Unfortunately I have to modify this review. I have tried for almost 6 months to get Randall to honor his commitments. He was supposed to provide power coated bodies for two scooters. I paid him for this back in July. It is now December and he won’t answer my emails or respond to any of my communications. I had hoped for Bette customer support but never got it. To be fair my original scooters are running fine but I can no longer recommend this business.Original Review:Very honest and friendly and they also have some great prices. The color we wanted wasn’t in stock so they let us take the scooters for a trip we have planned and we will get the colored pieces when we return. Everyone has so much fun trying them out we ended up buying 3 of them! The kids are on them now as I type this review. If you are in the Houston area looking for a scooter, do yourself a favor and check Scoots out!

Called looking for a charger for my scooter almost every other place I called wanted to sell the their brand name charger saying that if you use another brand it could possibly damage the scooter and of course its always $30-$50 more the sales rep at Scoots was kind enough to explain about the voltages and amps of the chargers and assured me as long as the current is correct the name didnt matter.

I purchased a scooter for my niece and she loves it!!! The team at ScootsTx were great! They did a customize paint job on the scooter and even added a little bling which she loved! Their team really did go above and beyond.
