Nothing but scammers. You would be crazy to work with these people.

I dont even know where to start with these people. They are absolute scammers. Paid up front for work that was never provided. DO NOT USE THEM.

Worked with Joe Applewhite and it was an amazing experience. He brought his clients to Westin in Trails of Katy where we tried to find the perfect plan for his buyers. I didn’t have what they needed in my community however they were open to checking out a few more homes in Willow Creek Farms. We found a winner and we worked together to help the happy couple move into their dream home! If you want someone who is honest and hardworking I highly recommend Joe!

The alinez family charged me $1,500 from my security deposit to replace the tank on a toilet ($40 part) and to repair nail holes in sheetrock from hanging pictures (which was encouraged when we moved in) hang stuff wherever youd like, of course! My family operates a construction company and we wouldve charged no more than $600 for that work.Alicia was very unprofessional and scattered. It was almost like she was under the influence when she would call (often late at night). Id have a hard time understanding her and her mood would swing from nice to irritable, even rude within seconds. All of the sudden shed be screaming at me and I literally could not understand what she was saying or why she had any reason to be upset. I could go on and on about them. They started out overly nice and understanding but quickly started to go back on their word and bully us into doing what they wanted. Signing a lease is a big deal. Dont do it with them. Im pretty sure the alinez family left town. But if theyre still here - stay away.

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. They build extremely poor quality homes. We rented a house from the Alaniz family that had not been lived in before. It was brand new, and within a few months, cabinets started to break, appliances started to leak, etc. You will not get a security deposit back.As landlords, they are unprofessional to say the least. We negotiated a month free rent in our lease and they threatened us for not paying it. Alicia Alaniz would call us late at night, presumably under the influence, demanding outrageous things.PLEASE do not put yourself through this misery.

Horrible experience. My girlfriend and I had a showing scheduled at 11am this morning with Waldina. Arrived 15 minutes early and was told to call our agent when we arrived. Went straight to voicemail, so we waited assuming she was driving. 11:20am comes around and she is still a no show so we call again. Voicemail again. We waited for another 10 minutes without any answer. Fed up, we drive all the way home which is a 35 minute commute and I call the agency. The gentleman I spoke with was not helpful, telling me hell try to get in touch with her and I have yet to hear anything back. Extremely unprofessional and not the way to attract business.

I worked with Joe Applewhite and what an amazing experience it was!!!!! He was very knowledgeable, took the time to show me different areas and negotiated every penny with the landlord. He found me a rental property in 3 days and I couldnt be happier. He is by far the best in the business!

Worked with Monica who is so charismatic and charming... But dont let that fool ou!! Shes a shark when it come to doing write by her clients... I know becasue she just gets it when it came to my house search!! I trust her with my life!! Thank you Monica!!
