What a great business to work with. Robin was extremely professional, responding immediately to every question, following up on the estimates, etc. The pricing was very clear, reasonable and competitive. The best thing was how Robin worked with me to find a standard-cost color that was quite “unusual” for today. They brought my 1980’s patio furniture back to the original color—just as a “restoration” should be. I have something truly special now and the work is just beautiful. Specific times are set for pick up and delivery. Job completed exactly on time as promised. Great company and people to work with from the initial inquiry to the delivery of finished product.

These guys are the best business I’ve worked with in the last several years! They were on time when they picked up my glider and fire pit. The fire pit just had 15 yrs of wear and tear on it, but the finish on our glider really needed help. I showed the Pickup Crew the glider and the rust problem areas and they pointed out what their Metal Guys could do to stop the issues...I told them, “Go for it!” The pics below tell the story. They did a GREAT job!!! They split a seam on the glider so water would drain out, they closed spots that were letting water inside, they replaced all the cheap nuts, bolts & washers with all Stainless Steel hardware, & the quality of the powder coat finish is spectacular! Awesome work!Robin Orlando, the Coordinator, the metal magicians, and their delivery team were all kind & talented professionals. This team has truly earned a 5 out 5 rating!

Great customer service. I had my patio furniture recoated by Houston Powder Coaters in May of 2020. They did a good job and delivered on the agreed upon date. In July of 2021, I realized I lost one of the levelers for the table. I contacted Robin Orlando, one of their sales mangers, and told her my predicament. She said she would contact their product manager and get the part in the mail. Sure enough, a few days later, the part came in the mail and fit perfectly. It is great to see a company that is so responsive. I would recommend this company and their sales manager, Robin Orlando.

We heard of Houston Powder Coaters on the radio, and sent our patio furniture (two tables, four chairs, two chaise lounge chairs) to be redone. The results were amazing, all looks better than new. The quality of the powder coating far exceeds the original finish, and looks much nicer too! The guys who picked up and delivered the furniture took great care with each piece, even replacing the rubber tires on the lounge chairs, we didnt expect that ! Absolutely recommend these folks. Dropped off a pair of motorcycle wheels to be powder coated. Robyn was helpful over the phone and in person. They were running a special and their prices were unbeatable. Wheels came out perfect and haven’t had any issues with them at all. The time it took to complete was really fast.I would definitely use them again in the future and highly recommended their services.

Robin and the team at Houston Powder Coating made our sling lounge chairs looking function like new again. We asked that the new sling and the powder coating match our existing patio furniture. Robin went above and beyond to make the right match. The lounge chairs look and function perfectly. They also powder coated four rusty umbrella stands to match the furniture. The work was the worse ive ever saw in my life. the powder coat is chipping, they want warranty they work, customer service is the worse.

I recently sent my 1995 era lawn furniture to Houston Powder Coaters. They sand blasted the table and six chairs, recoated it in the dark bronze finish I selected and even placed new plastic inserts in the chair feet.They picked up and delivered the lawn furniture during the time and schedule we established and I am very happy with the results. I would recommend them for all refinishing that requires a powder coating. Great job and great service.

Had them restore a full patio set. Showed up on time to pick up. Delivered on time as promised (actually several days ahead of best case schedule.) Looks terrific. Price was very fair relative to competitors. Shout out to Armando who delivered and was was very friendly and efficient. Office staff was quick to respond by email and phone. Did more work to restore than was indicated on the web site. If the paint holds up any where near to how good it looked when delivered, we will be ecstatic. Highly recommend for any metal patio furniture restoration you need.

We just had our 20 year old cast aluminum table and 4 chairs powder coated at Houston Powder Coaters. The entire process took less than a month. We are extremely pleased with the outcome as the table and chairs now look like a brand new set. Their work is of superior quality. We had visited the company and learned about the process from their knowledgeable sales manager, Robin Cadena. She was very helpful in answering our questions. There are many different colors to choose from in having your patio furniture powder coated. They will pickup your furniture and redeliver it. No waiting around, the delivery men were right on time. Appears they can powder coat any type of metal material. Best of all, Robin suggested we use turtle wax a couple of times a year which will keep your set looking new. I am so happy she made this suggestion since anything sitting in the baking Texas sun all day long does require some extra help along the way. We highly recommend their services.

**UPDATE**They had given me a price on 3 guardrails over the phone in pretty detail; however, when it came down to getting it done and I already had the rails drop off at their facility. We had a misunderstanding on the price.After going back and forth, Steven and I finally got it all worked out and what shocked me more was their willingness to hold their original schedule. I was impressed.Now, my advice as a customer and to future customers if you use them, get it in writing and send pictures/drawings, it helps tremendously.
