The sales team was on point and got things expedited very quickly and easily. We had Erick Stanfield as our exterminator and he was friendly, courteous and on time. He worked on our house for a good hour and a half and performed all the basic functions as he was supposed to. We had to leave early and he even called me when he was finished to let us know everything he encountered and his thoughts. The whole process has been exactly like you would want it to be. Great job to the entire company and leadership team on putting the process in place. We are very happy.

All of these companies basically offer the same services. It basically comes down to the technician that shows up at your house. Fortunately for me Eric is the best. He actually cares about his work and takes his time to do the job right. Im always pleased when hes the one showing up to do the job!

We have the home pest control system in the walls so we tried them out. So far it seems good, we’ve seen a lot of dead texas-sized mosquitos even without the mosquito treatment (it’s an extra fee). For our whole 3-bedroom two story house system and perimeter outdoors we paid ~$100 and will continue with every three months until our community is completely built and the pests die down a bit.

So far so good. I had first come service and do not know the results yet... will see it further and change my mind in case of something

Great team that does great work

I have always had wonderful experiences with Home Team Pest Control. They’re professional and do a great job. Any time I have a pest issue, they are quick to take care of it for me, no questions asked.

Everything was great but I was not given the pricing that was agreed upon. Is was told $97 but charged $105. The receipt that I received has no tax information as well. There was no agreement sent to me as well. I contacted Cinthia via text yesterday and she responded by telling me that it could be tax. I asked for the updated invoice and agreement. Haven’t received it yet.

I had a very professional experience while choosing this service. The worker also followed up with me after to show the work that was done and gave recommendations. I recommend this service.

They used to call or email in advance when a Technician was coming to my home, that doesn’t happen anymore. The Technician is supposed to call when he arrives, that doesn’t happen either but it puts on the invoice that the curbside call was made. Doesn’t even ring the doorbell to let me know he’s here. Just happened to walk outside and found him in my backyard the other day. Not good! I’ve called about these issues but they continue to happen. Will be looking for a new service.

Our tech was very detailed in his treatment approach and was nice enough to educate us on how we can handle treatment between scheduled services. Very glad to have moved from our previous pest control provider to HomeTeam Pest Defense!

This place is a joke. I had nothing but issues using their service. Still saw a lot of bugs after numerous visits. They called and were supposed to have a manager come to my home with the tech. Everyone is so nice and they work with me because I am always concerned about my pets being exposed to pesticides even though they are considered safe when dry. Everyone Ive talked to has always erred on the side of caution with me instead of telling me Im overreacting. They are always so accommodating and have even done a separate inside visit to allow for my cats to be either inside or outside on treatment days. They also always work with our work schedules and everyone Ive ever spoken with over the phone or in person has been very pleasant. I am truly happy and satisfied with Home Team Pest Defense service.

Firstly, the price reduction made your service much more affordable. When I first moved into my new home, HomeTeam reps were quoting $139 per quarter for service. That was way too much considering competitors were only charging $69 to $96 per quarter. Secondly, going the extra mile by brushing old spider webs, wasp nests, mud daubers, and other insects from around the eaves of my home including front and back patios. That is what sold me!

HomeTeam has been providing us with exceptional service quarterly for the last 6 years! We have the Taexx system installed by them. Very thorough technicians who will come back out 2 weeks later for free if anything or insects arise. We have NEVER seen spiders nor ants in our home since HomeTeam has been treating it.
