The technician was so good at drawing blood it was almost like nothing happened. I really appreciate that because I hate needles. Definitely coming back to this location for any other tests if I ever need them.

Fantastic service. We required a urgent PCR RT testing for travel, as Walgreens delayed the rest results. Quick and efficient service. The technicians took the samples very gentle and we received the results the next day before noon. Not a cheap option, but it certainly worth the urgency.

Did a test there, they are open 6 days a week, and employees are kind and nice there, and very patient to explain you all kinds of questions. Very helpful. I had a good experience there. Their price is fair. A good place to go if you want to any test. Include COVID-19 test, they only offer 24 hour result service. It is the place you want to go if you have an emergency that need the result in 24 hours. Overall, it is good, I will do business with them again if I need to.

When I came in Optimal Labs for a drug screen per company request , I went there because it was suppose to be the closet to my house in the 22 years working in my field and getting drug screens I never in my life I was treated like a I was on parole , She first requested me to take everything out of my pockets , keys, wallet, jackets etc , and I complied , then she said to go wash my hands and I did that , then she instructed me to do a a full body pat down and I did that in which I thought that was a little bit extreme, then she told me to pat down my private area and requested me to touch my private area for the second time , that when I knew something was wrong because , I told her that was my private parts , for someone who suppose to be Muslim and had no doctor or nurse on hand I felt humiliated and violated , I decided that I wanted to go somewhere else and cancelled she refused to excepted my requested and insisted that she would call my company and tell them that I refused a drug test and that would allow the company to rescinded the job offer , but thank god , the company decided to allow me to take it some else and I passed it , the moral of the story , if you are black or brown person , my observation this lab technician will profile you and will treat your drug screen like a parole hearing , be careful or find someone else to do your drug screen .

Terrible place. You schedule an appointment for a drug test, and once you arrived to your scheduled appointment theyre not able to do it, and you have to reschedule your appointment, and then arrive on time, and again reschedule your appointment, and again and again

Excellent service. Needed a 24 hour covid PCR test for international travel and drove 30 mins to this lab. Samina was very thorough and patient.

I don’t exactly enjoy visiting labs, but this location offered convenient and quick (2 days!) lab results. They were very forthcoming with any questions I could come up with since I was so unfamiliar with the process. With my schedule I have to make last-minute appointments so I love that they’re open on Saturdays. They have a lovely office and very friendly staff, and they’re pretty good with their wait time. I would definitely recommend them if you need results that are quick and cheaper than most insurance rates would allow.

Just tried using Optimal Lab Tests after using a major chain lab company for a year for pre-employment drug screens and its a huge difference from my old process. We have only been using them for about a week and already the customer service has been exceptional! We received results super FAST, like in the same day and the price is super competitive (less than what I was paying before to send new hires for drug screens). Having hours on Saturday is a huge plus as well.

Customer service was Amazing! I had to get blood work done and I HATE needles, but the doctor talked to me while she inserted the needle and I barely felt it. She made me feel comfortable with her drawing my blood. She is an amazing woman and a beast at her job.

Optim Lab has exceeded my expectations. I was looking for a lab that could do a paternity test within 24-48 hrs. I am a 45 year old adoptee and i have been looking for my biological parents for years. I finally got a lead on my father and we had been communicating. His birthday was 08/20 and we were trying to get results by his birthday. The only problem we were having was he works off shore so we could never get together to do the test. Optim, was so helpful in working with us to make this happen. With all that said, they made it happen. We were able to get results on my DAD birthday. Yes he is my Father! It was the most happiest Day for both of us.

I stopped by for some blood tests. The staff here was absolutely amazing in helping me deal with my apprehension of needles. They spent ample time looking for a suitable vein so as not to have to stick me more than once and when it came time for the deed, it was very gentle and painless. They flawlessly drew 4 tubes and had me out the door in 15 mins start to finish. The service here was amazing and I will definitely will be going back for any future blood work.

Went in for a random drug screening was a little late, the lady was super nice. Turned around and came back to stay late to help me. Im vary pleased with the customer care.

I brought my son here for routine blood work ordered by his doctor. My son hates needles and was not so cooperative (mind you, he’s 17 years old). But the staff here did a great job at easing his fears and were able to proceed with drawing his blood with no issues. They also accept insurance. I highly recommend this place.

Found this place on Google, called nd spoked to someone named Eric (dont remember his last name) but he was very kind nd polite nd helped me with pricing nd location. Got lost getting here lol. Upon arrival nd entry I was greeted by a young woman by the name of Rosa, very sweet polite nd awesome worker. Had a nice conversation nd didnt take no more than 5 minutes (for my procedure anyway) Highly recommend her as a go to, she might be new but she definitely knows whats she doing nd very helpful.
