If I could I put 0 stars. Horrible service, lazy employees. I showed up with my doctors notice and they refused to accept it. Later on they asked me about insurance and I don’t have any, so they said they don’t take any other way of payment, so disappointed with their service.(by the way, I have done exact same thing in the other labcorb, and everything was perfect and fast). Don’t go there. Don’t waste your time

Can I give this place zero stars. I made an appointment online. Showed up at the time of my appointment. Signed in via express login. Waited over an hour. There were no other patients in the lobby or coming and going. Staff was in the back laughing and joking around. They never called me back or even came to the window. I had to leave and notify my doctor that my timed test would have to be rescheduled for next month because of the incompetent phlebotomists at this location.

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews unless the service is exceptional. when it comes to my blood being drawn I’ve always been fearful due to having rolling veins and getting stuck then bruising. From now on I only go here and have LaTarasa draw blood she is PHENOMENAL! We ALL come here, the whole family now if we have to get blood drawn. One day she was headed to lunch, bags in hand and all on the way out and put them down to draw my 2 year old sons blood as I would only put my baby in her care. He didn’t even cry!! I’m shocked to see this place has only 3.5 stars because it’s definitely 5 stars especially because of someone like her, that’s a whole different level of care!

I have been a couple of times for lab work and Lety is so fast and kind also amazing at drawing blood can’t feel a thing I will also only come to this location and only want her again she’s amazing

Do not go there. They lost my blood sample. Horrible service. I even got a bruise on my arm.

I’ve been to this one multiple times for my blood work during my pregnancy and now after and I’ve had to wait every single time. I’m currently on a over 30 minute wait. They have no patients in there and they still can’t get me in. One of the ladies here is extremely rude. She’ll talk back with an attitude If you ask how much longer. She was about to get someone else before me when I was there first. I had to tell her something this time.

Great experience at this location! Cece did everything! Super-quick check-in to blood-drawn to check out. I dont write reviews often, but had to today. She drew my blood and I did not have ANY pain or discomfort at ALL! I didnt even feel her taking out the needle! I usually have anxiety...and nope! Its been a couple of hours, bandage off and I cant even tell that I had my blood drawn. I usually bruise fast! Shes a natural talent. Best experience with a lab so far and will follow her wherever she goes! Its the little things that really make a difference. LabCorp is lucky to have you. Thanks Cece! :)

Insurance did not cover this particular lab. Labs were sent here anyway. Now we are stuck with the bill.Insurance company had us signed consent forms so they are coveredLab corp covers itselfDoctors office is not responsible for whats covered and whats not.Lowest on the food chain: the patient

The worst experience ever no one came out & said anything and I waited over an hour or more before I could get Labs drawn I will never recommend this place to anyone would have loved to speak to a manager

Went this morning at 8:00am without an appointment; their new staff was friendly, efficient, and very helpful. With these two new technicians working at this location, I highly recommend it.

Called them at 4:45 pm. They put me on hold till they closed at 5.Very bad experience!

I came in when the lab opened at 8am it took them over 30 min to get my name called and i have yet to been seen for my lab draw. I was the 2nd patient in, they literally were chit chatting. They were quite unprofessional. As a medical professional this place is a joke. If i were LabCorp you need to get this lab into shape with work flow.

They were too busy chit-chating to even acknowledge I was there or ask for paperwork. No one in waiting room. Waited 10 minutes- walked out.

They drew blood from only one person in the thirty minutes I waited. I had to ask when I would be helped, they removed the Check in list and marked everyone helped but I was still there waiting.

Staff is extremely rude. If you have an option to go elsewhere you probably should. They have no sense of urgency about anything.

While the staff is friendly, their work is friendly too. They will literally stand around and chit chat while customers are waiting around. They do not the their jobs seriously. I dont think Ive ever seen anybody in there trying to get their job done.

Very slow and not professorial at all. Go to next location.
