Do not go to Walmart for anything automotive customer service is the worst and the wait is longer than the Disney world lines in summer. They’re not even worthy of 1 star.

Staff inside was ok, but mechanics refused service because I would not give them my private number. Even though it was just a blinker light installation, and I was going to wait while they installed it. 😤

Customer service is good, they just need to speed up the service! I understand the volume of vehicles coming in at a first come first serve rate but f$#k man! For just doing PM service, IT TAKES TO LONG! for a simple oil change or in my case a balance and tire rotation. As a 10+ year tech working with Toyota , getting paid at flat rate, were expected to knock them oil changes within 10-15 min max! So that level of urgency should be applied when doing simple services like what is being done there. It can be done! So if you need a leader to apply these expectations, let me know Ill be ready to make it happen!

I really like this location. The staff is always friendly and i get my oil changed while i shop. i try to be there right when they open so i am one of the first (if not the first) car to be serviced. The 2 ladies i have had the pleasure working with at the counter have always been pleasant and helpful. They can get super busy and not only mange people coming in for auto, but also people with warranty and wanting to go in and out of that door, sometimes it can get hectic and i have seen that first hand.

I took my car in for a oil change, and there was nothing wrong with my car and they called me and said that my car was ready, but when I got there they had a battery charger hooked up to my car trying to boost it off, and I asked them what was going on and the service mgr. said I shouldnt leave my lights on auto, but I always leave my light on auto and never had any issues, so I was like ok, it started up and I left. I got my car home and I tried to crank it again and it wouldnt crank. The worst of it was that I walked to the back of my car and I had some scratches and a dent on my car and it wouldnt start. I had to wait til the next day to talk to someone because they had already closed by the time I got home, so I went up there and told them what was going on and they did not accept responsibility for anything. I even talked to the store mgr. and he sided with the service mgr.

Tech was helpful and courteous. Counter girl was very busy but courteous as well.

The service technicians were very helpful, polite and caring. It was a very busy day/time cars backed up for hours they worked them in and out. Again, great customer service.

I have been doing my oil changes there since I got my car 3 years ago. Firts oil change was done at the diler and after that at Walmart. Today my husband took my car to our mechanic to do a tune up and he was asked were we were doing the oil change? To what my husband responded Walmart. He said the oil was too dirty, that they were not doing it right nor using synthetic oil as I had asked and paid. This ppl will not hold responsible if something happens to our cars.

Sheri was awesome, unfortunately I forgot the Hispanic womans name but they really went a step above to help me. Everyone there is wonderful and very helpful.

Was fine but my battery was out of time frame for free replacement.

This is the worse tire and lube place Ive ever been to. I hit a curb and blew two tires. Got up here at 7am it is now 11:25 and the tires are still not done.

Experience was pleasant expect that they asked if I wanted my windshield wipers checked. Key word is checked. And they changed them without asking if I wanted them changed at that time. Charging me more than I was capable if paying at the time, thus putting me in a financial bind.

They are horrible. They got rid of all the experienced people. They are tremendously slow now. I spent 4 and a half hours there just for a oil change.

Quick service

Went to go buy tires. but didnt stay for them to put them on. Out of Three Garages that they have only one was open for service. And a long line of cars to get service from and only two guys to service all these cars.. idk maybe some people were on break, but STILL the wait was too long.. In all the tires were a great price.

If I could give 0 stars I would! They had a line of cars and plenty people working . The Hispanic guy with the ballcap is rude as hell couldnt get his name. The guy who checked me in was paying attention to everyone but the customer. They said it would be an hour and a half. Come back and no ones car has moved! They said its only 1 person now everyone else clocked out and left!. They were so unapologetic, unconcerned. The 1 person kept stopping laughing and talking . If my truck wasnt blocked in from the back and the front u would just leave and pay the difference at jiffy lube or something. The manager isnt here no one is trying to be accountable for this unorganized disaster. I WILL NEVER BE BACK HERE!

I had been calling since 7:30 in the morning for like 3 hours before someone finally answered just to put me on hold for ever and never picked up. So I go to the store arriving at 2:45pm to pick up some tires I ordered online, and that took over an hour just to get the tires and then they tell me that even though they close at 7 they went be able to mount the tires. Horrible experience!!!

The waiting time is horrible. I was told there were two vehicles in front of mine and just to have three new tires installed and the waiting time is 2 hours. This place lacks work efficiency. When you observe the tire bay, I dont see people actually working. Perhaps you can learn something from discount tire service. Check out their work efficiency.

I go here every 3 mos and it is always bad service around getting my oil changed. Auto care opens up at 730am I was there waiting, always only one older lady trying help everyone by herself (long wait). Today no oil changes, they calling someone in now that can change oil. I asked a worker to call the store manager to help us out, she turned out to be the Auto care mgr and did not bother to help me or explain the situation. My money is too good for bad treatment. There is not enough Walmart cashiers Associates working in Automotive. I had to wait over 30 minutes to get them to open up the automotive light bulb cabinet to get headlight bulb. I hope management reads this and puts more Associates there.

Got a oil change they got it done quick they even vacuum, check tire pressure and clean the windows which I was not expecting so they did a good job.

Worst place ever! Don’t come here. Went at 9am for a oil change they said 5 cars were ahead of us that it will be a 3 hour wait. Came back after 3 hours to be told 8 cars were in front of mine and would be another 3 hours!!! So unprofessional. Don’t waste your time here.

My experience yesterday at Wal-Mart was not a good one, I brought a Battery and the guy who put it half way tighten it down, all he had to do was put a little WD40 on screw and tighten it up, I asked him to tighten it and he said No he couldnt so I did it myself and I am Disabled,he act like he is getting tiered of his Job he is an African-American Male about 27yrs old hair black with dreadlocks about 5ft4. Be warned that if he is doing work on your Vehicle be sure to check behind him he will half do the work,not a good workers for a Company like Wal-Mart

I waited over 3 hours for an oil change...the employees were very kind but the wait was much to long for the oil change.my boyfriend recommended it to me...but i think ill stick to Chevron and pay my 45 dollars. THANKS Wal-Mart for the oil change i do appreciate yall.

This Wal-Mart never answers their phone and when they do they claim to transfer you and hang-up on you, this includes their management. It is no better when you go there in person nobody appears to work in that department, no matter where you are. I wish I could give them a minus -5 stars but that is not an option.

Unprofessional and chaotic environment. They locked themselves out of our car doing an oil change and Mike, the auto manager, nor Rita did nothing to undo their mishap. I was there over 2 hours, I am never going back.

Horrible management and false advertisement regarding their battery warranty. Headache after headache making trips to Walmart to recharge a battery that can’t hold a charge. After years of using their services; very disappointed that they wouldn’t exchange it still being in warranty.

We have bought three sets of tires from Walmart for the price we pay they are still working for my daughter and my sons vehicle very professional kind of slow on the inside checking you out but however the service department outside takes very good care of you

I bought 4 tires and after 5 month one get flat. I went there and they intentional put non-Wal-Mart tire. Now I went there for flat again they said it is not Wal-Mart tire and will not cover warranty.Only place I took my car for tire is walmart auto place.They are crook... put a different brand tire so I cant claim for warranty replacement.Dont trust their warranty --they will not honor it.They are cook and will find a way not to honor it......................

I Loath this Walmart!!! I go here every time to shop. I hate it but my dad loves this place. Im just his errand girl.. all workers are rude and do nothing! They just sit down all shift and talk. I even saw a manager come in and stopped them. But once they left, it was back to talking. It happened in the shoe department, as well as the clothes department!!! I Harry the clothing department the most. I could feel the ladys urge to talk crap. I bet she did after I left. At least Im not super over weight, I got the idea to work in a power chair! In every department, I feel like every worker avoids you. Everything is always a mess, no veggies on certain days because they forgot to order them. I mean, wtf! Lettuce?! Tomatoes?! Bell peppers?!!?! Dood. Everyone uses that! I usually went right after they stock up. Thats usually the busy times around 11-3 I enjoy my routine, but its like every woman, man, and child for themselves! D:

Bring my truck to rotate and balance the tires and they do a really bad job the truck start vibrating real bad so I bring the truck with a friend that have a tire shop he check the balance and all was balanced wrong by wall mart real bad service I never came back to that store.

Parts of the store are okay, some of employees are nice but the rest need a little attitude training, and the clothes are always out of place.

I called twice to see if the item that the internet said they had they really had twice they said they checked and did not have I finally talked to a supervisor and oh my god they have three right there on the shelf they just didnt want to do their jobs

This, like many other Walmart stores in the area has lost focus on the customer for profits. On a Saturday night (payday weekend) there are only 5 lanes open, each lane has 17 or more people waiting to cash out. Whats worse, the FAC that more cahiers arent available? Or the fact that people actually stand in line?

Online it states open till 7 pm on Tuesday. I go there at 5:59pm and the “tire guy” says their closed. I told him that it states they are open till 7. He said they are open till 7 but he has to clean up and doesn’t have time to change my one tire.
