After getting a Groupon and coming to this location the technician immediately said he didnt know if he had the oil then said Im not sure if I have the filter and then told me I should probably just go to the dealership. Ive been to several other valvolines that are much more helpful customer service is much better and Ive never been turned away and told to go to a dealership because they might know which oil to use. I dont know what kind of text they have here and what kind of training they are provided but this guy was zero help and clearly not very knowledgeable.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR OIL CHANGE! The oil they use will damage your motor. I took my car TWO MONTHS AGO for oil change and just yesterday (Sunday, May 3rd) I check the oil and it look HORRIBLE! Pitch black as you can see the pictures below. Even my dad said the same thing. Good thing I checked on time and changed my oil & filter right away! I definitely recommend changing your own engine oil for your vehicle. Never again!!Y’all deserve 0 STARS!!!!

Horrible customer service! Was waiting in lane 1 for 30 minutes just to be told a customer from lane 2 was going to be going in front of me. Very unprofessional way of explaining to their customers and did not value my time! I will not use this location again!!

Ive visited this location twice and the employees are very friendly, polite and attentive. Quick and convenient when you need an oil change. It is a little pricy for full synthetic but Ive always had a coupon or voucher.

These guys are not only fast but are very knowledgable about what theyre doing while assuring you the whole way. We were there less than 30 minutes and they replaced a filter, 2 light bulbs, and did an oil change and still managed to be very professional and helpful and showed us our oil stick when they had finished to ensure it was done right. They accepted and gave us more coupons afterwards and before we left had checked multiple other things on our vehicle just because.Definitely would recommend them and their prices are not bad at all either.Very sweet people.Would recommend 10/10.

I showed up at the last minute and a man named Eli decided he would still do my oil change! I had no oil and I’m 6 months pregnant about to go on a road trip. I couldn’t wait to get it done and he got it done so fast and was so kind. Then, Groupon was slow and having technical difficulties and he even navigated that problem for me! If I could give a million stars I would. I wish I asked the other guys name that helped me but they’re amazing 😭💗 if you can go here do it💪

Listen, all I came for is for my coolant to be topped off. I was driving to California so I wanted to make sure it was filled. When I get here I check my oil & I look and my reservoir is almost full. The woman was nice but how don’t know how to fill coolant? It should only be between the minimum and maximum line because when the car heats up the coolant rises. To see it was almost full and they didn’t even try to extract some of it out was not cool especially considering they weren’t even busy when I came!

Where do I even begin? Let me first start off by saying this is one of the best experiences I’ve had getting my oil changed. Normally only my husband would do it just because we don’t trust anyone. Well let me just tell you this is a completely different experience.The manager, she was amazing, she offered us water, talked to our children. Great customer service. It’s great seeing women in a predominantly male field. And it’s really good for your kids to see that as well. Well anyways I digress. Our oil change took about seven minutes, which is insane, and they were super busy. while they were doing the oil change we could see everything that was going on, as well as had interaction with all of the staff around. I had other services done as well on my vehicle, and my gas mileage went up by 4 miles per gallons!! Can we say amazing. Anyways I highly recommend this experience to anybody, you can see everything going on, customer service is amazing from everybody. And they don’t push you into buying any services that you don’t want; I found out that they don’t work under commission. It’s a completely different experience from any other experience we ever had!! very clean place to be!!

Everyone is so helpful and efficient. They have serviced my vehicles 3 times and im more impressed each time so much that im actually writing a review. ELI deserves a raise ( and all the techs on shift!) he is truly amazing and saved my pregnant sisters life potentially thankful she wont encounter those obstacles, whatever sould come from driving states with NO OIL AND A OIL LEAK!!! she stood no chance on the 13+ hour drive she was facing thereafter. I seriously would tip them all 1000 dollars they deserve it? Period!

By far the best place I have honestly EVER been to get my oil changed! They were extremely thorough very nice very helpful friendly and checked all of my fluids added proper amount of air to my tires and gave me actually a few discounts and it ended up being about $40 less than it would have been for a full service synthetic oil change. Answered all of my questions, involved me in the process and have made me feel very safe driving my vehicle. Plus $41.33 IS AN AWESOME PRICE! I will definitely be coming back. I will definitely come back again .The person that works in my car name was Chris he was knowledgeable and respectful . this place is a Good place to do your oil changes. I used to work on cars before but I didnt tell the workers so I can see if theyre going to do a good job or not, and I found out that they did a pretty good job they checked all my fluids they topped up some of my fluids that are needed to be topped up, they were friendly and nice showed me what needs to be changed Maybe by the next visit or the next Oil Change and that was accurate, and the coupon I got from their website was accepted and everything was fine.

This location was fast, efficient, and fair with price points. I will go back.

Great service !! I pulled my car right into the bay! Everyone was polite and courteous !I was in and out in about 15 min.Full synthetic oil change with 1 extra quart of oil was (12.97) 🤨. $94.00 was the total and that’s with a 10.00 off coupon. I thought it was about $10-$15 on the high side , but the service was awesome .They do check and top off all fluids. Visual inspections are performed on belts , air filters, tires, and low tires are inflated.

I came in because I got a coupon at my job for services and in was blown away at the experience. The staff are amazing. The job was done quickly and efficiently. They informed me of services I can take advantage of, some free and some at additional cost, but without making me feel pressure to buy anything. Ill definitely be back and have already recommended going here to people I know.

Excellent customer service! I got a $20 conventional full service oil change. I didnt have to get out of my car , they checked all my fluids and refilled them if needed, they checked to be sure all my lights were working, aired up all my tired with the correct psi, and check the battery. Crew worked great together.

Great customer service! Went to get my oils changed and they check all fluids and top them off as well as fill tires with air. One of my headlights was out and one of the service providers offered to replace the bulb with one that I brought in at no additional charge. I had the wrong bulb and they had one in stock they said they would give to me at a discount. Turns out it was a wiring issue with my car and they still didn’t charge me for the time they spent trying to replace the bulb. Very very sweet and they didn’t try to up-sell me on things I didn’t need. I will definitely come back to this location and recommend it to everyone.

Thought this place was solid. You get an oil change without leaving your truck. They check lots of little things for you like tire pressure, windshield fluid, and air filter for free. They have a national system which is great for upkeep. I personally think their prices are high, but the quality is high. You pay for what you get. They have good coupons locally.I recommend for quality service.

Easy process, but they helped another person for an inspection while I was getting mine done. They finished his before i was done despite him coming in 5-10 minutes after me.

From the moment I pulled up to the minute I left this store, every employee was kind, courteous, VERY smiley, informative, and never seemed pushy or annoyed. They answered my questions fully and quickly found answers to the questions they weren’t too sure of (like if the crack on the passenger side of my windshield would prevent passing inspection). They also showed me a list of recommended services and informed me which ones would be most beneficial versus which ones CAN wait (because I let them know I was on a bit of a budget) & they worked very well together as a team. The service was fast and I wasn’t there longer than 20 minutes for the oil change, fluid top-off, one other thing I honestly can’t remember I had done (lol), AND inspection. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend coming here, most especially if you’re getting it done during a lunch break or any other type of time crunch. I honestly wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

First time Ive paid for someone to change my oil in 8 years.They did not remove the under engine splash cover all the way when draining the oil, which left used motor oil on it from draining.Did not reinstall splash cover correctly (1/2 of it hanging down)Also lost 3 of the 10 bolts holding splash cover on.When removing topside oil filter housing they did not drain it and left used engine oil all over the side of the engine and on the serpentine belt.Not very impressed. Had to jack my own car up and fix and clean the splash shield, buy 3 new bolts, pressure wash the top side of my engine, and change my oil soaked serpentine belt.

Never in my life have I paid for separate labor on an oil change until now. You got me. $16 in labor. Over $100 for a full synthetic change! What!? I will say the people were very pleasant but needless to say I will NOT be returning.
