BEST CAR REPAIR SHOP ON THE SOUTHWEST!! I came in for a simple fix involving a hanging piece under my car and Leo, Xavier, and the rest of the team there went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and my car was well taken care of! I took my car in to get an inspection last week, and it didnt pass. Xavier was extremely helpful letting me know exactly what I needed to do to get it ready. I brought it back today, and Alexis inspected it. It passed. I would highly recommend this place. I managed to get in and out in less than 15 minutes both times, and everyone there was very friendly!

Xavier is super friendly and knowledgeable. No wait during lunch. I didnt even have to get out of my car. They didnt try to upsell me or anything too pushy like other places but did make some recommendations. The place is very professional. Its new so dont get lost and confused by the Google Maps. Its a blue building with a blue roof.

Truly professional service. The manager will courteously explain what you need to know about the service. Their main priority is not about making as much money as possible. They will be honest with you and give you professional advice even if that will mean they can’t provide the service to you safely. The mechanic know what they are doing and they did an excellent job! Place are also clean and cosy. Highly recommended.

First time taking my car somewhere to have serviced since my son moved out. I found this place after leaving NTB due to wait time. Staff was friendly and very informative. These guys are professional and did more than asked. I asked for an oil change and they came back with some great feedback on things. I usually don’t post reviews but the service here was great. They serviced my car fast and charged a really good price for the synthetic oil. I usually wait HOURS for my car. I just did a road trip and needed my car serviced immediately so I stumbled on this place. Alexis was very helpful and completely honest about what I needed to have done on my car today. She didn’t try and upsell me on extras like people usually do.

I went to this location twice during the week, once for an oil change which was done extremely quickly and again to get my drive belt replaced as suggested. Let me start off by saying this will be the only place I take my cars in the future. I visited Express Oil Change off Memorial for the first time today. I not only needed an oil change but a service light came on in my car for the Coolant level. The minute I arrived they were quick to help me with my needs. The female mechanic (which how cool, you dont see that often) was so friendly and personable- which is just an added bonus to the service. Leo, the Manager not only made sure my car was taken care of but he took the time to show me and better explain what was wrong. I have been to numerous places where they try and sell you extra services that might not be necessary, Leo did a great job showing me what was needed and nothing more. He is definitely educated on what he does. They provided excellent & reliable service and I will definitely return again.

I was helped by Alexis and Bianca; both provided stellar customer service. Bianca spent a lot of time explaining my options and answering my questions. Initially they couldn’t replicate the issue I had but found some other issues. She was very clear that my problem might not be fixed. I appreciated the honestly. Turns out the work they did fixed my problem. I went from getting 16mpg to 24 mpg! The final price also came in a little lower than the estimate. They also finished my car a few hours earlier than expected.

I recently moved to this side of town and the place I would normally go to, is just too far. I googled the nearest place and stumbled across this one. I understand why they are so highly rated! The customer service is incredible! Leo took great care of me. He educated me on the type of oil I should be using how anything less than would damage my car. He did a thorough once over on my car to make sure that everything was in tact. He even clean my window!! Lol. He went above any beyond to make sure that everything was what it needed to be. I will definitely be returning here for auto services.!

Came in for an emergency tire patch. They took a look at the location of the nail on the tire and advised of its patch ability pros and cons. Once they got my Jeep in the shop they did a thorough lookover and made some recommendations that we will be getting done here. The staff is extremely friendly, personable and professional!!!This initially was an emergency stop that happened because they were the closest tire shop and I needed quick service. Based on today, they have gained a repeat customer for my upcoming preventive maintenance.Im going to order them pizza! :)

This automotive center was awesome. My wife was having surgery this day and I had to travel across town for it. My check engine light came on with about 20 minutes into the trip with another 25 to go. After dropping my wife off, I went to them, explained the situation, my time constraints as I needed to get back to her ASAP, and what this issue was. They understood and worked really hard to get what we agreed to done. They were actually able to get everything done such that I got to my wife on time and didn’t have to visit my local one where I live for items that I was looking at deferring. If I lived closer to them, I would definitely use them again.

I am way delinquent in sharing this review (from December 19th), but the service and efforts of Stan and Leo and the others (Alexis, etc) who went above and beyond to get us on the road safely are to be incredibly commended. We were long-distance driving in the rain through Houston in a very large and unusual van when the alternator went out...in Covid...with the van packed full and 7 passengers...as the day was ending on a Saturday evening. Not only did Leo and Stan go the distance to locate the very specific and unusual alternator our vehicle required at the end of a rainy business day, but they stayed 2.5 hours overtime to complete the job to perfection and safety test it for us to be able to get on the road for another 400 miles that night. It was service with a smile and no complaint and endless hard work. They truly made the impossible happen and did a fantastic job (as a month later of lots of driving, were continuing to be in great shape!). The shop and waiting room were extremely clean, and their hospitality and knowledge of their work was impressive and expertise. Thank you!

I went here today to get some preventive maintenance done on my truck. Bianca quickly greeted me and got my vehicle right in the service bay. The mechanic and manager did a thorough job checking over my vehicle for any other concerns. There was a great level of concern to ensure the service was completed to my expectation and that I was completely satisfied. They even offered for me to test drive it afterward to ensure I was satisfied and noticed an improved performance. I really enjoyed talking to Leo and the mechanic as they, among the other staff, were all very friendly and knowledgeable. I noticed a level of pride in their hard work that you dont see too often, as they all took advantage of down time to clean around the shop and keep their work areas clean. This is definitely a team that cares and will be honest, professional, and work hard to keep your business. I wish I knew the mechanics name but they all did a great job and Im glad I went there. Two weeks ago, Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers worked on my car and the experience was wonderful. I had called a couple days before taking in my car and Bianca took the time to answer my questions and explained alignments, struts, and shocks to me. When I took in my car Leo was respectful of my COVID-19 precaution questions. He also took the time to listen to what was going on with my car and quickly set up a game plan to get my car checked out. They completed a fuel system cleaning, alignment, and break drum clean. They checked in with me through out the process to let me know what they found my car needed.The part that sold me to this place was they were never pushy or pressured me to get all the work done right away, like soooo many other car shops. They understood and were respectful of me being on a tight budget. Bianca quickly offered their best & lowest prices! She explained and suggested what work was more pressing to get done that day and what could be scheduled for another time. She got me a great deal to get what I needed to get done on my car within my budget.It is so hard to find good ole customer service anywhere now and days. I was super impressed with this place and will definitely bring my car here in the future. It has been two weeks and my car is running and driving great! Thank you Bianca, Leo, & your great team!
