Angela did amazing on my set of acrylic nails. She pays attention to details and is extremely sweet! I had a last minute urge to put rhinestones on the nails and she made it happen. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the staff is very attentive. I used to avoid getting my nails done until I found this place. They won’t disappoint!

This was my first visit to executive and it was amazing! I asked for ombré nails with pink and purple and they came out way better than I expected. Jessica did a great job on my nails and Tracy gave me an awesome pedicure. The drink selection was great as well, whether you wanted a cocktail or a coffee. I wish this place was in San Antonio where I live because this would be go to nail salon. I loved how they were so punctual and everyone working in the salon was helpful and kind. I will be back whenever I’m in town!

Loved my nails ive been here twice and received excellent nails that lasted me. I also got really cute nail art. Their pedicure with hot stones felt amazing definitely will be back again. They really pay attention to detail.

This place had it all! Rewards program, great drinks, service, cleanliness. My only complaint is that pedicure was too short,!wanted it to last just a bit longer. But it was great! Cherry was attentive and friendly. She let me relax and enjoy.

First off….. shout out to Angela for being so patient with me and my tedious design. She did it with patience and ease. Honestly so amazing! I used to go to a different nail salon and this one has deff stolen me away. I am so in love and feel like the baddest B every time I walk out. Also try the iced coffee. So worth every penny!

I usually don’t post reviews, but I had to for this time. I love going here, but today I just had a horrible experience. My sister and I came in, she had to get her nails removed and redone (she also had an appt) and I just wanted to get mine removed. My sister usually goes to the other location, but Didn’t since they were booked. So I told her to come to the one I go to. I always have a good experience, but this time nope. I understand they were really busy, but instead of giving us two people or have us wait we had Mr. Tommy for both of us. First off, his nails were so gross. They were not cut. And I felt disgusted. He kept going back and forth between us two. His nails were long and choppy. His nails kept digging into my sisters hands. No one asked us how we were, or offered drinks or anything. Tommy didn’t even talk to us or ask us anything. And like I said, I come here all the time. But I felt bad, because my sisters first experience did not go well. She won’t be coming back. Also, here is a pic of my hands after I removed my Nails. I have never had this happen to me. This only happened because I had to soak my hands for a very long time and that should not be the case. If you’re short staffed, just tell us that there will be a longer wait time. I’d rather wait and have my separate person work with me, instead of one person working on two of us, at the same time! Now I’m stuck with dry hands.

This place is beautiful and professional with great drinks. I made an appointment the same day and was able to have a pedicure with gel french polish and a full set of acrylics (pink and white almond shape) within an hour and a half.I had one nail tech doing my pedicure and one nail tech doing my acrylics at the same time. The process was very efficient, but I would have preferred to do one service at a time. The pedicure was maybe 45 minutes for their paraffin wax 2nd level pedicure, and the nails took longer but was a bit awkward because of the need to pull my arm to the side of the pedicure chair for the nail tech to work on my other hand. The place wasnt busy so I was unsure of the reason to work so quickly.The quality of the pedicure was really good and the nail tech really did her best to get my french gel polish completely thin and straight. She did a great job.My nails also turned out really nicely and perfectly shaped, I have a fair amount of lifting after about 8 days so Im going back for a fill.

I recently moved to the neighborhood and saw this place had 4.8 of 5 stars. I totally see why. It’s definitely an upscale vibe with great service. They have a whole bar for you to grab a drink while you wait or while you dry. Found my new nail salon.

I used to go to this nail salon and really enjoyed it. Was always clean and liked the work. I had known they were a little overpriced but again I liked the work. Until this last time. I discovered they will nickel and dime you any chance they can. I was being charged extra every time to keep my almond shape. The killer was I got a very simple nail design and it’s just like a corner painted and a gold line and was charged 20$ extra. The last time I was charged 10$ extra. They make up their prices however they feel. I ask about it and it made noDifference. I like to know what im going to pay and going here you never will. They guy up front didn’t help at all and was not understanding when I asked how I could be charged so differently when the design was almost the same. Won’t go back again. Beware

I love how the place looks. Feels very high end but the prices are competitive and they have a million services. I’m a clean fanatic and the place is spotless and they use new tools each time. Everyone likes a free drink too!

Today was my first time here since Ive been wanting to try a new nail salon out. It was pretty good. I love the layout and the style of the whole salon. My drink was amazing. I got the Asian Sunset Bellini.

Worst experience ever. I was rushed from the time I walked in to the time I left. They did my toes and nails at the same time and I was tugged separate ways the WHOLEEEE time, so not relaxing in ANY WAY. The woman I had ( named Angela) was the worst Nail tech ever. She left my cuticles and gel overlay on my acrylic bumpy and bubbly. I just have never been treated so rudely before? Especially when Im giving this place business ? & When I requested for her to try & fix she got so upset and said tht she doesnt understand me and that nothing is wrong and stormed off. Then came back and YANKED my hand to her asking LOOK! WHAT ELSE? :/. When she finally fixed it she shoved my hand back into the UV light. She got mad several times and at the beginning of my service she wanted to make it seem like my color I picked wasnt a good choice. I had to insist that, that is what I wanted. Ive never experience a mail tech that was this physical & forceful. This was a complete waste of money as my pedicure was awful as well. I still have rough spots and polish around my toes. My pedi tech left randomly for 30 min & then came back rushing like I was the one holding her up? I was charged for absolute trash. If I could give this 0 stars I would.Oh & when we asked for a glass of wine ( they are supposed to ask us) she didnt even acknowledge anything I said. Someone had to come up and ask us if we would like anything. Never had any mail tech roll her eyes so many times.

Loved the atmosphere and staff. I had a great mani and pedi. They clean the chairs after each service and offer delicious drinks.

I never get dip powder done because I’ve had a bad experience with it at a different salon a while back. However, Jessie turned that around for me. She’s professional and honest. This nail salon is a 5STAR SALON! The service you receive here is exemplary. I had a manicure with shellac, and a pedicure with regular polish. Van took her time while doing each of those services. You receive complimentary drinks (a wealth of unlimited alcoholic beverages of your choosing). I couldn’t drink because I’m pregnant but they also have complimentary soft drinks, juices and water. The pedicure I received is the best I’ve had in a LONG TIME. I didn’t have to tell my nail tech to go back over any areas while she was clipping my cuticles on my nails or toes (this is something I would usually have to do at other nail shops). She was very thorough!!You are treated like royalty at Executive Nail Spa. My services were not rushed. My nail tech was super sweet and hospitable. The nail salon is PRISTINE!! The owners walked around the salon and greeted each guest. I will definitely be back to this salon. Mimi is so nice.Thank you for an amazing experience!

Im looking for a new nail salon and saw the great reviews, so I tried them out Sunday. I feel like I was rushed in and out because I wasnt getting some expensive nail job. My toes barely had time to soak before she started on them and my right toe now has a huge cut on the inside of it. My mani didnt get a top coat and the nail polish is already peeling. I really liked this place😩😩

Very clean and “hip”. Crystal was very nice because after I finished getting my pedicure I changed my mind that I wanted a design added after I saw my friends. They had no problem adding the design after. Definitely NOT a nail salon you would stereotypically imagine where you a group of employees speaking in a foreign language very loudly. Or them greeting you by yelling while working on someone’s nails. They have cashiers at front to greet you. The water is very good. It’s a detox water. Also if you’re into drinking they have a full bar.

I was referred to this nail salon twice and I finally decided to give it a try and treat myself a spa day for my birthday. It was the BEST experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon and I finally found my nail tech in Houston for the PERFECT French tip I was looking for. 10/10 recommend Vivian for a full set manicure. She took her time and did the best job! For my pedicure I had Hallen and she was so sweet and gentle to my toes. I was unsatisfied with my nails, and came back the next day to get them redone. I called the wrong office and got a discounted price that was still honored at the location I went to by a very understanding manager named Jason on 245. The nails came out better than I thought they would and the customer service was thorough and pleasant. Definitely coming again.

First time to visit this salon. About 30 min drive for me, but I will be back!!! Amazing selection of colors, sparkling clean, great pedi prices....and a FULL BAR!!! I didnt grab a drink, but the ones being served looks delicious. My pedicure was divine. On a side note, i went in with a sore stiff neck going on a week. Part of my pedi package included a neck/shoulder massage...walked out with no pain for the first time in days!!! Cant wait to go back!

Today was my first visit . And at first it wasn’t the best then cricket stepped in and was very nice and polite .but My nails did not turn out very well. I needed them cut down and a few spots on the sides were missed. I honestly felt terrible because i arrived at 545 and didn’t leave until 740 way after closing . I didn’t want to keep anyone there longer. My color length and the missing areas really are disappointing . The salon is beautiful and everyone seemed so friendly besides the first nail tech I was placed with . My nails are wayyy too long and I was over charged for poor work . I reccomended my best friend and the same happened to her . 2 hours for poor work . And it’s crazy all these good reviews on google but Yelp says different . Really wish i read Yelp first

Went here with my friend because she really enjoys it unfortunately our experience was not good. The place is absolutely beautiful but the two techs we had Vincent and either ni or Wynn (she wasn’t wearing a name tag) were not friendly. Never once spoke to us once or even asked if we wanted a drink after they saw us finish ours but that’s not a huge deal to me. Our pedicure was fantastic no complaints. But we both got dip nails with tips and asked for what I feel is a beginner design, neither nail tech could do them and the design I asked for was even the opposite pattern of what I showed her. They seemed to get very upset when we asked them to change to just a single color set. Both my friend and I were nicked with the Dremel 2-3 times to the point of bleeding and I was even clipped with nail clippers on the end of finger. My nails are extremely sore. You’re paying for the atmosphere but not going to get $50 nails if you come here.

The team from the hostess to the person that put the manicure and pedicure on me and my step daughter were very professional, clean and friendly. I will confirm that this place is the best in the industry and the place looks exotic inside. They also served us with a cold refreshment as we waited which was so nice.

Really nice nail spa if you would like to wait an hour after your appointment time to be attended to. the first time i came i was not worked on until about 30 minutes after the appointment time. i really loved the atmosphere however, so i made an appointment for my birthday bringing along my mom and sister. we waited a while and someone worked on my sister while my mom and i just waited. after a literal hour of waiting someone barely came to work on my nails. i left however. what is the purpose of making an appointment at an appointment only salon if you have to wait an hour to be worked on? furthermore i made the reservation for 3 and we weren’t even getting worked on anywhere near the same. love the atmosphere and i can tell the work is great but my time is more valuable than this. we were offered a gift card but i’m sorry i’m just gonna have to pass.
