Ive never received such a great, friendly, and polite customer service from a postal office. Out of all the post offices Ive been to, this was the first time Ive gotten such a great service. Even my family members agree. Mr. Kim made the passports process simple & efficiently. He knew what he was doing and was quick and patient to do it. Thank you so much Mr. Kim for the amazing service you provided.

Did a 3 day priority package on 9-7 Not delivered. Tracked then went up to and counter man said wont get your insurance of $50. I said I paid for it, unless you can find it. He said go around to side door and ring the bell. Okay, rang, waited..... rang again waited....rang again, man with food on his face opened the half door. Showed him my receipt and info on tracking. He said give it a few more days...okay I paid for 3 days and at 9 days now. He told me the insurance of $50.00 can only be paid if package is damaged. How do I know if its damaged or not... its disappeared within your govt system. epic failure. He said you have to file a report on www.usps. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. 😡 Besides all this mess they made, Sent a card to my Dad and on back flap wrote my address really small. I got it at my address 3 days later and it is less than a mile away. Cant figure out the BIG Address on front with stamp on is WHERE IT IS SUPPOSE to go. Major breakdown of this location ‼️

This location will never answer the phone, they constantly dont pick up packages. I have to call and chase down the mail carrier over multiple days just to send something out.Bad customer service

The worst delivery company there is, if I could give zero I would. they lost 4 of my packages in a 3 month interval. they say that is deliver when not. They dont refund me and no follow-up anything at all. im really on edge. These are very important packages.

I ordered a package that was supposed to be delivered 7/30/21 the package says delivered clearly it was not. This was a very important package that involved the launch of my new business. Upon speaking with the manager who was not helpful at all I still have not gotten a resolve to locating my package. The excuse I recieved was that packages are lost all the time! I was supposed to recieve a call back after some follow up was done with the mail carrier and I have yet to recieve that call! From the looks of all the reviews there is a blatant level of incompetence at this location and or theft! And no one is being held accountable! Something needs to be done!

Bad really bad service, they left the mail and package wherever they want it Im loosing a lot of money and time and when I go to complain about it, the post man said its not true, I live in the 77084 Bradford colony. !!!!!!!!!

The absolute worst customer service Ive ever received. I went to check on a missing package and the lady told me her supervisor was checking on it. I was left standing there for about an hour before I had to go to several people to ask what was going on. Turns out they completely forgot about me and was not checking on my package after all. I was told I needed to go to another post office. No apologies, no nothing. Do not go to this place!

Had my car keys and wallet stolen from the counter today, I’m sure it was the person in line after me but unfortunately by the time I realized it was missing he was gone. I was desperately asking the staff for help and they didn’t seem to care. They claimed to have checked the cameras and said they didn’t see anything after about 40 minutes. I understand it wasn’t the post office fault but they didn’t need to be so rude!

I went in today to cash my post office money order there because most places wont cash it even my bank wont take it. An Im going on 2 days trying to get it cashed i get there mind you its been open for 4 hrs at this point an the lady asked if i could come back in another 4 her because she didnt have the money to cash it............people go there to cash them all the time an u havent even went to the bank yet what a joke

This was the only post office open after the bad weather we had here. They took all 26 of my packages and scanned them in quickly. Thank you all very much!

Long story short:I have not been to this office in person, but I did call and speak with Supervisor Trevino. He is the most helpful person and I greatly appreciated his careful attention to my issue. Thank you so much Mr. Trevino!

UPDATE: Recovered from Harvey and open. PREVIOUS REVIEW: Damaged in hurricane Harvey flood and currently closed (except for PO Boxes, which are in a couple of trailers). Mail still being delivered. Ive always found the workers mostly friendly and helpful. This office seems to have a problem with address changes, sending mail to the wrong addresses.

Package arrived at location and for 4 days in a row I went to there to retrieve it. Told excuses by supervisor who ultimately told me “it’s been lost, but you can make a claim that will most likely be denied.” They hire the most incompetent people they can find to run this pathetic excuse for a government institution. Wish I could give zero stars.

I have ordered multiple things online before and at least 1/3 of the packages have never been delivered. Even when tracking shows the package has been delivered, never got anything.

Had literally the best experience at the post office yesterday getting 5 passports processed for my family. Had an appointment for 1:30 PM, got right in, and Mr. Kim helped us every step of the way. He even retook a couple of pictures that would have been rejected by the passport office. One photo was for our 1-yr old son and how he got that boy to sit still for even a second to grab a good forward-facing photo was pure genius. He had my wife hoist the baby up on her shoulders and had my oldest son distract him towards the camera which allowed him to take a great photo! It was entertaining for other post office guests as well. I asked Mr. Kim if he would do our family photos sometime. He said he would if I had a good camera! Haha! Mr. Kim was efficient, humorous, and amicable. He was kind to my wife and my 3 sons. We were in and out of the post office in 45 minutes with everything signed, sealed, and paid. I would definitely go back to this location because of Mr. Kim. His customer service was top-notch.

Sadly I live in the delivery area of this post office. I am constantly loosing mail, mail showing up well past delivery times (received a Easter card for my son from his grandmother in August), and mail either not being delivered (but scanned as delivered) or delivered to the wrong address. The latest was this Friday when the tracking stated, delivery cannot be made due to cannot access delivery location. My house is in a neighborhood with grouped mailboxes, if the postal agent couldnt deliver to the mailbox, then they should have left it on my front door; it is not like I was tracking it and waiting at home for it to arrive. Now I have to wait until the next business day, Monday. And they expect us to trust them with mail in ballots! No wonder the postal agency is failing; lazy and corrupt all the way to the top!

Lines were long and service was extremely slow. Attendant was not very knowledgeable or helpful. Of the 6 counters there were only 3 open and even then 1 of the attendant left to talk to someone in the back. The post office is extremely expensive.

Tracking link says package was delivered on Saturday, on Monday there is still no mail is in the mailbox. Filled out a claim online, no one has reached out. Called Saturday and Monday to inquire about solutions. Only robots were available. Still dont have my package.

This postal center is wholly incompetent at delivering mail. I dont know how you mess up with cluster boxes so badly or so often but man do they know how to do it. Have your important mail directed anywhere and anyway else.

Not my 1st choice if I had another to pick from. The staff needs to understand that they deal with incoming/outgoing mail on a daily basis and are more familiar with paperwork that needs to be filled out. Ive witnessed the staff ridicule customers for making mistakes. So for the staff that doesnt like dealing with customers maybe you should find somewhere else to work and be replaced with employees that are more customer friendly because that is part of your job description. Hopefully theyll get there act together soon.

They have a handicap door opener, however when you hit the button it will not work. It is been this way for a while, I cannot seem to find the person I need to talk to Ive even tried the postmaster. However, once you get into the building, it is so so! The automatic button that opens the door from the inside, it works. I have had a post office box since 2014, these problems have been an issue since that time.

If your mail is delivered through this post office, reroute your mail to an outside service like fetch. The postal workers will lie about boxes being full and will not deliver your packages, or they will deliver your mail to your neighbors. This is the most unreliable USPS I have ever been serviced through. Avoid at all costs. This office has cost me over $100 in merchandise losses over 3 years because they lose everything, refuse to deliver and it’s never seen again, or mark things as delivered to your box when they have not been delivered.

Can’t trust the post office anymore. I bought stamps on line on Dec. 15,2019, today Dec 27, 2019 I still have not got stamps. They had mailman running every day and on top of it they charge $1.30 Service charge!!!I have had enough of USPS, I will try to avoid them as much as I can.

This Bear Creek USPS is horrible, since I started dropping off packages here with pre paid label they charged me adjusted shipping fee, i’ve been using same prepaid and same packages for years and this only happened when start dropping packages with this location. Unacceptable coz the adjustment is way too high, double the charge. Is the USPS charging penalty now?

Despite the non-existent customer service and rude employees, I opened a P. O. box at this location February 1st. (Shame on me, right?) I never received any mail even though I had many important things sent to that box. Every time I opened my box there was a clear, plastic tape covering it and I never thought to question it. Well, I had had enough. I questioned it today and was told the box was closed and was never registered in my name. I showed them my keys for the box and they literally panicked. A few minutes later they magically found my application. So for an ENTIRE month I was never receiving mail because they couldn’t do their job. I paid for a six month service but will only get a five month service & you know they won’t give you no discount or reimbursement, obviously. Complete BS. Don’t waste your time here.

I absolutely HATE this post office they are slow, lazy, rude. I live near by so they deliver my mail and packages and the disregard for peoples property is unbelievable. I recieve messages at 7:30am saying my packages are delivered at my door go check and nothing there then at about 3pm the guy drives up and drops it off and I recieve no alert. Even had an item say it was dropped off but didnt recieve it till the next day and the guy said a car was in his way and he doesnt have to get out of his car if he doesnt want to. Anyone can easily steel my mail because they have absolutely no care!! AVOID at all cost. Use a different location if possible

Awesome service. Went above and beyond what I asked for. The young woman even asked me about my trip while I was trying to renew my passport and was struggling LOL she packed it and everything for me :-)

Ive had 7 packages delivered in the past 3 months. I paid for priority shipping on all of these orders and not 1 of them was delivered on time. I ask the representatives, Whats the point of charging for a service that you never provide? I get the same answer, this delivery was delayed. No kidding?! EVERY SHIPMENT HAS BEEN DELAYED!!! Horrible customer service. They wont do anything until the package is 5 days late or more. A lot of good that does you when youre waiting on time sensitive materials. They wont fix the problem and their solution to me was to write a letter to my congressman. So, Im expected to take time out of my day to write a formal let to our congressman about a USPS delivery issue? And they expect me to get some kind of response from our congressman? REALLY???

Great post office, workers are very pleasant. Unfortunately satisfied customers generally feel no need to give positive reviews because they consider this a government facility. Anyway I am 100% satisfied.

Hold on phone for 29 minutes, after I told Them my shipment never got shipped. Tracking claimed mail is in mailbox. I’m always Recieving my neighbor mails inside my mailbox. So Im pretty sure my shipment is in the wrong mailbox number

My eBay app indicated that my package was delivered and left in my mailbox. Went to check and its wasnt there I went to the post office just to get the get an answer of what I already knew . And basically told me that my package was probably stolen and took no responsibility whatsoever.

Carrier didnt pickup my scheduled packages. Ms.Johnson said carrier left for the day and must have missed the packages. She sent out another carrier to pick them up from me, same day. Ms..johnson was very nice to speak with.

Liar! Whoever is the carrier of my parcel never knocked or rang a doorbell or even attempted to deliver my package. Ive been next to my door all day and NO ONE has been to my residence yet they left a redelivery slip in my mail box and claimed they came by. LIAR!!! One the other hand, the actual post office and its employees of the building were quick and helpful. Cant have it all I guess.

The one star is for there mailman transit delivery.I was at the mailbox with my son hoping he will just handed to me or my son hopping to get my son experience handing my son the mail, But instead of giving to us the mail even though we’re right beside he put inside my mail box which is okay.and after that he put his hand inside the my mailbox and grab a small mailbag that I order from amazon in which I pay extra to have a one day delivery. And right after he grab my I told him that is my mail from amazon that am supposed to receive today not knowing it arrived already. Incase he give back to me, he insists that’s is US Postal Property. I even tell him check the name on that mail but he don’t even listen and he just told me if you have a problem. Been waiting for a letter for two weeks now I still haven’t got my bills either they said they been backed up since the roof fell in I just got mail that was posted from the 10th and today is the 24th come on I need my mail if the place can’t send out mail in time then y’all need to close until y’all can and let the mail go somewhere else where it will be mailed on time

Best Post Office in North Houston!I went there to mail a large package. There were two clerks working and six people in line ahead of me. I waited less than 7 minutes to reach the counter. The clerk was very friendly and helpful.This is now my post office of choice!

The mail guy keeps putting my packages in the wrong mail box slot so I have to be calling and put on hold. Then when someone answers there rude, nasty and say they will call back but never do. Nothing will ever change at that post office and this review board sux because we can all vent about the post office but nothing will ever be done as well.

Its been over 3 weeks since my vehicle registration sticker has arrived at the USPS to be delivered to me, yet it hasnt arrived. My sticker expires end of Feb. Also an important document from TWC (which has been mailed out by them for a month now) hasnt been delivered to us yet. The post office near Clay is running behind on delivery.Fyi, only place to get replacement stickers are court houses (not grocery stores) . So for anyone in this area, they might be better off finding another courthouse to go to get their sticker since the one on Clay rd is closed.

Handled 3 passport applications/interviews in less than 15 minutes. Always greeted with smiles for over the past 7 years Ive utilized this post office and received efficient service from personable people.

I mean, its a post office. Its not like Kinkos or something. The government already treats citizens like garbage, how do you think they treat their employees? Its gotta be a beuracracy nightmare! Anyway, for what its worth, I go here for anything I need mailed off priority mail and have never had a problem. No they didnt come out and greet me with a fake smile and ask me how I was doing today, but theyre busy and I dont care if anyone asks for that matter. I think the cordial niceties of society are a waste of breath... And expecting postal workers to cater to your feelings or inability to grasp basic postage is a bit asinine​. Certified mail requiring a signature was delivered 3 TIMES, WITHOUT any notification. This is a VERY important document that could only be sent via USPS. This isnt the 1st time Ive experienced complication, that shouldnt have been complicated in the 1st place. Incompetency at its best!!! I dont understand HOW this location is still operating.

Absolutely awful! Lost package did nothing to help. I went to reorder out of stock!!!!! No one helps almost act like this is the norm. Trash customer service and delivery.

Wish there was a rate to zero. Got a notice for a mail which required signature. Called the place and they said my carrier will be back no later than 4:15 pm. I reach there at 4:30 pm and after 10 minutes I was informed that my carrier has not returned yet. I wasted 1 hour for nothing.

RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I only wanted to inquire which form to use so that I can update my name on my passport and this one woman would not tell me! How RUDE! She told me to ask someone else and the one man gave me the wrong information. The other two that was handling the customers are nice except that one woman working on the passports. RUDE! Worst mail delivery ever. Packages left on sidewalk in the rain all the time. Lazy carrier not fit to deliver pizza. Took photos for months. Someone needs to be fired and pay for all the damages. Let the post office go out of business. Get all your bills ebill and epay plus use UPS and FEDEX from now on. Now they are falsifying delivery notices and stealing my mail. None has been delivered for a week and almost a dozen delivery confirmations state they are holding mail or lied about delivering it. Time to get the FBI involved. These are felony acts and I reported this to Visa already

Why do you close at 5? 80% of the population works 9 to 5. Just another reason why UPS should be in charge of US mail.

They lie about fake delivery attempts. I was home all day waiting for a package. Even saw the mail truck pass by my neighborhood. Not once did they come to my house to give me my package. But they did leave a note in my mailbox saying sorry we missed you while you were out.

The customer service at this post office is non existent. I have actually had one of the workers named Debra yell I didnt want you to do that! in my face. I am appalled that these people are allowed to mistreat customers and act the way that they do. But this has been going on for years. Its unfortunate that the workers choose to belittle and mistreat customers, this community is so nice and friendly its too bad we dont have a post office to represent the community.

The mail carrier who delivers to Georgetown Colony is HORRIBLE!!! I can never get my mail. I have to track it down or go back and forth to the post office to find it. I had a package to be delivered and she put animal interference when there are no animals!! It was a very important package that I needed to have that day. Its very frustrating those who fail to do their jobs and lie to keep from doing them!!

Like any other post office, the employees dont care and when paid to change mail box keys, they dont call, they dont answer a phone to check if the keys are done and they throw them away after two weeks so its a huge guessing game not to mention waste of the citizens time to do any kind of buisness with the Usps. But hey you are funding their 30+ holiday and sick days a year along with life time pensions so...

So I usually love coming here and the comments about this particular post office a always thought were wrong but I came her on Sunday to pick up my mail because I was out of town when i went to the pick up window, theirs a lady between 45-50 short about 55 with the puffy hair a little heavy set with hips, looks mixed, wears red lipstick with top black eyeliner. Dont remember her name but when I Arrived instead of taking care of business first she decided to continue to flirt with the old customer in front of me after about 5 min when she told him to get back with her when she got off, then she helped me as I told her I was out of town thats why I was unable to receive my mail she kept talking to me like I was a 5 year old saying slowly, When you get a note like this this means, pick up your mail.. I understood the note but I had questions on it. Also when I received my mail when it was a lot of mail they give you a box you can return she decided to hand me all my mail in my hand and it was clearly a lot. If it wasnt for the nice man who helped me out with a bag in the parking lot while I waited for my ride so everything didnt fly everywhere. I have lived in bear creek all my life and I know there jobs at the post office can be trying, but handle business first and treat people kindly and with respect. Check yourself.

I dont received 2 weeks my mail at all i know we lot bill coming i call on bear creek 77084 talk to supervisor Aug 19. 2015 time day time 1 pm i ask him why not receiving my mail he say you dont have any mail thats why you dont see what about i need send my mail he say i am sorry i send the message to courier person he come to you he never show up. wrose place to send the mail i dont trust that post office customer service worse please they need more training

Horrible! I lost my package because they put it in wrong mail box and sometimes put someone elses package in my mail box. This is not the first time and they still dont know how important a mail or a package is. My husband lost his working permit card which is really important. How can they not do anything to these mail man? Im so mad

Absolutely garbage. I asked if I could return a box with stuff in it pretty much how got it. I was told no. I was told the box is destroyed and would not be able to be used to ship anything in.The condition my box came to me Hours ago just how they see it... it was ok for them to destroy it, but cant be used by anyone else once destroyed!I hope they go out of business and the fruits of their ignorance come back to bite them in the ass.

Keep delivered my packages to the wrong address.Three wrong delivery with 1 month.Talked to one of the representative on the phone and he told me to knock on my neighbor doors and find out, and call amazon.I wonder on their intelligence of delivery? How hard can that be to deliver packages to the right address. Everything is printed on the label.

Yall do know this is the post office and not chick fil a right! If u think your carrier is stealing your mail sign up for informed delivery and get a email every morning w pictures of each piece of mail u get that day! Dont block your box if u want your mail duh!! And if u think u can make a phone call crying your sucks and youll take their job guess again.. Union strong!!! Also if u got a gate, dog, or horrible yard your carriers safety becomes an issue so delivery options will change!! Stop being so butthurt your mail aint worth anyone loosing their job!! Customer Service is very poor. By far the worse experience in the United States of America. I’ve been to multiple USPS locations nation wide. I experienced the worse service at the Bear Creek Facility.

The service I get from this post office is hit or miss. I often get two different answers to the same question. The line to pick up registered mail averages (I timed it) 7 minutes per person. The long wait is because the carriers dont all follow the same procedures and put undelivered packages in the same location. And some have been known to leave packages in their trucks - after leaving a notice that you were not home to sign for your package. One of the better experiences I have with this location is being able to drop off my shipments (the drop box is always full) so I have to put them on the counter inside the main part of the office. This location has lost one of my packages...the tracking clearly shows arrived at the post office but no delivery to me or my neighbors.

Im getting other peoples mail every time. Who ever delivers to fairview Valley ct doesnt care, Im getting a bunch of my neighbors letters. Neighbors are also bringing me my mail. Its crazy. They also delivered a package to another address and gave me the persons address, what if it was something important to me and they didnt give it back? That would of gotten messy. I dont think they should give out peoples addresses. The neighbor returned the package. Just sloppy if you ask me.

After reading the reviews I was a little hesitant to contact this station, but Im glad I did. I mistakenly sent an Etsy order to an outdated address for a customer. The tracking showed that the item was about to be returned to me. Luckily, her new address is served by the same post office, so I contacted the branch this morning and they were able to re-direct the package to her new address. I want to thank the woman who initially answered my call, the postal carrier who initially attempted to deliver the package, and re-directed it to the proper carrier, as well as the carrier who delivered it to her home. She received her package TODAY and she is thrilled. I am thankful for the help I received. Please note that great service is possible and gets customers attention too!!

Service is awful!!!! I can not reach a live person. Id be dead if my live depended on it. Despite countless times informing the postal staff through mail return slot and verbally I am still receiving mail from the previous box owner over 5 years ago.

Everyone that works here is garbage at doing their job. The people who deliver the mail cant even get it in the right mailbox.. for YEARS now! I get someone elses mail and they get mine. Been dealing with a lost package now for days and no one seems to know whats going on over there. No wonder the USPS almost went bankrupt.

In my neighborhood they go threw a lot of mail postal carriers. I have had great ones but in the past five years they have changed them. When we get a great carrier they take them off my route. This area is considered a rural area. I was a rural carrier for a real roral area. Here the Carriers have it made. I had to drive 15 miles to a prison to drop off mail and pick up mail. I had to drive 15 miles back to deliver mail to the rest of my mail rout. My mail rout was county roads that only one vehicle can go threw because of the dirt roads and soft shoulds. The majority of areas only one vehicle can go threw at a time. My mail is being held at the post office now because she for what ever reason will not deliver my mail. I have seen her deliver mail to houses that is harder to get to their mail box. My husband parks on the side of the road because it makes it more difficult to have to rearrange vehicles for one of us to leave. She claims we are parked to close to the mail box and he parks about 5 feet away from it. Also I cant control others that park infont of my house. Today I am going to talk to the Postal Master of my local post office. So I am going to let them know how easy they have it.

They send a overweight girl who dont want to get out of the car to make the deliveries the right way ( and with bad aptitude if you ask something)... lazy fat girl

I REPORTED THEM TO CHANNEL 13 NEWS AND THE USPS .. YESTERDAY WE HAVE A OPEN INVESTIGATION.. THEY WILL NOT HOLD PEOPLE MAIL.. SHE TOLD ME SOME REAL SASSY STUFF I RECORDED THE MANAGER SO I HOPE HER 401K IS SET UP REAL NICE ...LIKE I TOLD HER WHAT IF THIS WAS YOU ... WHY ARE ALL YALL SO RUDE .. SHE SAID ...BECAUSE IT WAS 7Am ...my package came into this post office the same day.. and before i can pick it up it was gone back to sender by 1:30 after they told me i can pick it upthese people old asses need to retire.. they no longer care about people getting their mail..i only lived out here 3 years and mail still getting lost smh and wrong packages 📦 come.. smh

Neighborhood Mailbox Damaged. Cannot Recover Mail.

They canceled my mail.. I still live here been here for 3 years.. all my bills are late an my light shut off.. they are so ignorant.. been calling for two days nobody answers.. there is always about 20 or people in line an only one post worker at counter. while the rest u can see them just hanging out. an u get attitude from the only postal worker working. cant ask a question cause there too busy to help.. they just tell u to wait till on the side untill they want to help u. also the rest of the employees are all in the back laughing an talking instead of them helping out customers... will be back today.. will be there before the doors open.. I am going to get all there names an post them...

This place sucks!!! I mailed my boxes or packages here before and they use to tape the box after they check it. But it changed now I guess. When I left it open for them to inspect it, the indian guy and the spanish lady acted like they dont want to touch your box or package and didnt want to help you tape it. They didnt have tape for you so you have to get out of their facility and come back. What great service they provide for the public? Is this how government employee suppose to be? Youll get better service in the Barker Cypress postal even though its small!

This post office is aweful!!! They are constantly losing our mail and packages. It takes twice as long to get our mail, the lady that delivers our mail is extremely rude and disrespectful too. She yelled at my daughter because my daughter asked her if she delivered a package to the office before for us before we walked in and she responded “who knows”. Recently, we received pictures for in a large envelope that says in large red letters “DO NOT BEND, PICTURES INSIDE”. Guess what happened, they bent them in half so they could fit them in the mail box.The USPS is a joke and I’m sick and tired of dealing with them. Try as hard as you can you use anything else for postage!! I’m giving this one star because it forces me to in order to post this.

This post office is a joke!! Ive been waiting for my mailbox key for 2 months now. Went in 8 times and called them 10 times. Two weeks ago, they confirmed with me that the key was ready to pick up by 12PM on a Saturday. I came in a little early and they said its not ready until EXACTLY AT 12PM but they close at 12PM? So the guy there told me hell drop it off later at the house. Lies! All lies!! Not only that, now 2 weeks later, I called them again to make sure it is ready for me to pick up later on today and they said it is NOT READY. What in the world...........I hope I can get it before I go into labor and Im tired of carrying my big belly there all the time!!

I wonder if on this post office postman can read? My charges are delivered to the wrong address. Interventions do not help and I lose my money.

Consistently get loses my mail and gives me other peoples mail. Even lost my babys ss card! these comments are legit this place is HORRIBLE

I received a call at 630am from a lady at the post office stating that my PO box is too small for all my mail. She said I had too many magazines for such a small box and was not picking up. All that was true I had been out of town for the summer due to a relative having surgery so I had not picked up in a few month but mostly receive mags and junk mail. My issue is, when did the postal service start calling people at 630 in the fricking morning? Then she very rudely advised me that if no one was coming to pick it up it would all be returned unclaimed. Scary first thing in the morning I thought something bad had happened to family in Houston. Someone will be there today OK!

Postal workers QUIT bending peoples MAIL!!!!!! Im so sick of you guys bending my MAIL!!! I have important things shipped to me that should not be BENT!!!!!!!! I hope someone BENDS you!!!!
