I give 5 stars to Ace Cash Express, Delfina is Great I was treated well. She is very Knowledgeable. I only went to cash my check and was greeted by Delfina at location 2001 Fannin St Houston, TX 77002 she is very polite and courteous in my opinion this Ace Cash Express location is the best! The people who work there are really professional, friendly and courteous. They always provide you with all the information you need and explain in detail what you need depending on the service you are requesting.

When I do come in ,it’s always no line but just so happen this time it’s a line and some of the customers was rude to the woman behind counter.I work in auto repair field so I know how they can get a person character out of control..When I got to the window I ask was she ok but she was like (it’s nothing customer’s treat her like that all the time even when I give the best customer regardless).I had to ask her for her name was Ms.Adrianna ,She still was polite and very informative on helping me.Since I know now i can pay all my credit cards bills here I will come back..Maybe by her lunch next time, if that’s no problem,,...Keep up the good positive atmosphere you created ..👍🏾

There is only one person that I like doing my transactions.Her name is Ms.Adrianna She is very helpful and always greet the customer with a smile and the store is always clean and the young lady is always happy to greet the customers .This store is the best that I have ever been in the Houston Downtown area.

Went in to to use the ATM. Octavia helped me as there is no ATM but they provide the same service. Octavia was very nice and courteous. My transaction was quick and efficient. If I ever need to withdraw money, Ill be stopping by Ace. Kudos Octavia on great customer service.

Nothing, was only afraid of the outside of the store from all the homeless people that surrounded the store in that area.

Hmm. More clarification on what happened while the person on the other side of a class used thirty minutes on phone and re-asking information I already provided while seemingly trying to organize my simple cashing of a check.Looks like they dont get that many foreigners there even though they seemed to be one of the few places in Houston where my check could be cashed. :-)
