Great customer service, the lady that took care of the application in order for us to get approved did great job from start to the end.Jenna Ramires was the best, she keep us inform at every step need in the process.

I do not like to post a negative review. However, I think the way my situation was handled was a bit unprofessional. I filled out an application($50 fee) for a listing that was available for lease online. No one contacted me about said application for two weeks. I called and left several messages and emails to no avail. I finally was in contact with someone and was told someone would get back to me. A week passed and again no contact was made. I once again reached out and contacted someone, and was then told that there were no rentals available that the property had been sold. While I understand that, no communication was issued to me, no consideration given to me. My application fee null and void. I find it disheartening that I was not provided with decent communication.

Id like to share my experience as a resident of Woodland Estate.When I originally purchased my mobile home,My intention was for short term. Its turned out my stay has become permanent.The management, and ground keep are great.The homes are well maintained.Were required to power wash yearly.As well as painting.No none working vehicles are allowed.

Been here a LONG WHILE. Security is RUDE and regardless of the many complaints I have put while under new management of Gabriela it seems like nothing is being done about him. All she does is add unnecessary rules. Monroe was better manager in my opinion although his son was neighborhood trouble back in the day. Shame. Would NOT recommend especially if you are a free spirited person they have so many restricting rules!

Im a resident of Woodland Estates,Houston Texas. Ive resided here for (16) sixteen years, Im disabled also. Id like to comment on the management of this community. Which is a well kept environment, non operational transportation is a no-no. The grounds are very well kept, trash pick-up on a regular basis, self home improvements are made by the resident. While keeping up with the demand for current upgrades. We have great play grounds for the kids, security in place on a (7) seven day period by 9pm. Management keeps up with the demands of residents concerns, which reflects GREAT TIME MANAGEMENT. Monroe and Gabriela, both display wonderful sense of HUMOR. Management is very important to any company, it either makes are break the established operations,on a daily basis. Lastly they have never allowed stress to be a factor of a positive REFLECTION to the COMMUNITY ! Total quality management is displayed on a continued out-put,which has from my point of view,been very effective from these two. This has generated a great tool for management and a well serviced community. Customer focus has exceeded expectations each and every time with minimal rework.Steven

Is ok place to rent land for your mobile home they raise prices when they want to do repairs .for a place that you pay 400 a month to put your mobile home they complain to much about having things in your porch.besisde that everything is ok they do have a security guard after 8pm .

Lots of Space for kids to play around!

You do not want move there. They steal money from peoples. I had a friend who move into this place. They told him to paid his rent and bills. He paid them they said it was not paid and ask for more money. Then my friend Trailer got broken into by a gang members who live there. Run fast before they steal your money and break into your home.

We have reside at Woodland Estates for over 10 years and the staff members have always been very profesional, courtesy and helpful. If you enjoy living in a community where the staff dont enforce the rules, dont move here. The community is very clean with soccer fiel de, basketball court, nice playstation for the kids. The community has a soccer team for boys and girls. Our familia is very happy living here.

Ones u get to buy your own mobilehome the manager would try kick you out in order to get new ones in so he can sell them, if u have a complaint & you addres it to the manager of that property who name is monroy if I dint spell incorrect he will take the wrong way & make your staying there the worst.. no manners, it looks all nice and pretty but you wouldnt wanna live there, I hope they change the managing soon and very soon .. Also the managers step son steals bikes from little kids they caught him on camera but he still does it & the child is in a gang but his family denied it .. sorry to disappoint yall just be careful wen dealing with certain people who dont know how to take care of there community & also people who dont take there job serious & are only trying to rip people off .. (Monroy) for example .

In my opinion it is a good place to live. My family and I feel calm and safe, we have never had any problems. And the office staff has always been available to help me with kindness.

I highly recommend this community because it is very safe there is a lot of discipline, thats why the place is so beautiful. In the office they are very friendly and they take care of us very well, I recommend it.

👎I think Hispanic people are not welcome to this place, I just called and a Hispanic person attended me, spoke Spanish perfectly but didnt want to talk to me and put me on hold for 15 minutes ... cut the call because they were obviously dodging my call. It is sad to see how Hispanic people are rasistas with also Hispanic people.

Very quiet to live safely when entering the property

I went to look for land in that community and after many laps I was offered a lot that the family liked and after being approved and giving a hitch of 545.00 dlls they told us that everything was ready now I had to contract with the company of the mobile home so that it could be moved to that place when I did it only needed the property to send the permission to the mobile home company to move the trailer to its propied but the permission never came and a person called gabriela no longer I answered the calls I had to go in person to tell me that the land had already given it to another person who apologize now they left me paying apartment and trailers at the same time which is heavy. It is a lack of total professional ethics. Now I have to go charging them the deposit which I expected a month and a half ago.

I have been living here for 8 years, I like the cleanliness of the property, the tranquility of this community of Woodland Estates and its staff is very friendly and if there is a quick problem they take action apart and where the children have fun I live very comfortable here and that also has very good security.
