Firt of all...some reviews about this agency are just scam..as you can read some reviews thanks and give credit to Alex Sarmiento others recommend him...a bit down Alex Sarmiento gives himself 5 stars and review of a great costumer service...i let you guess....cuz they are the employees and friends...I had a very bad experience with Sarmiento insurance group.All state insurance...they did not send a copy of my policy to dmv....Therefore instead of being insured I was put at high risk ..my licence was suspended..sinse I got their policy..i could have been arrested n put in jail....even Estella Alex...etc and even miss morine from the ceo executive of the ceo mrs Wilson thomas...was very hands off..l . Liar and not helpful..bottom line costumer comes last...instead of in good hands..i was in shi... hands..im not able to go to work ...etc..i have been asking you why you made anti dated effective on 04/04/2017changes on my policy after I have canceled and you sent me my insurance Id as well...thing that Ive never received from you...you also have put my mothers name as my wife in the system .though Ive never mentioned her...you got her name from my check...you also manipulated my account as if I have moved out of my house...God knows what you been doing..but Im gonna do my best to find out...to be continued...i have been asking you explanation about anti dated changes you made effective 5 months ago...you said dont worry...since its canceled...then you said it was just to correct my name...that another lie..cuz my name was always spelled correctly until this week...another lie....as I told you via text ..the more you ignore my question the more you are lying...the more Im going forward to seek the truth and reveal it publicly...the only thing you can do its to refund me 5 months ...othetwise for me you are less then a sub sub title that Im not willing to deal or talk to....i really think that you have super flat brain or its mounted upside down...maybe both....to be continued.....Season 1.

Great service, Lewis was a pleasure to deal with. We didnt end up going with Allstate in this instance, but he was so genuine and courteous the whole time that would definitely recommend this agent for all insurance inquiries!
