Oscar and his team are great. They are very responsive, upfront and professional. What I like best about them is their proof of work and documentation that they keep on file. So for any future work he and myself remembers exactly what was done before.Highly recommend! Thank you Oscar!

Quick and professional service. After having a not-so-great experience with another company, this company treated my family and me so well. Oscar came out, quickly identified the problem, and was able to provide a solution that was thousands of dollars cheaper than what the other company was charging. This is an honest and reliable company, and I’d recommend them to anyone.

They came out very quickly. It turned out to be a minor repair. I really appreciate that he didn’t try to take advantage of us. I would recommend.

I definitely do not recommend this company. All they do is claim they are the best that’s why their price is double. I had Oscar came in to check my unit to find out why it’s not cooling. He spotted an issue on the evaporator coil which is still under warranty and asked $1684 for labor. I declined his price but still had to pay $65. Then we had to sit in this heat for one more day until I got another company who did the same job for half of the price. The second company found out that the major issue was not the evaporator coil. Yes, the coil was also leaking but that was not the issue that drained the our system in 30 minutes. There was a major leak inside the outside unit that would be fixed with simple soldering so we didn’t have to sit in this heat for one more day and pay this much money. Oscar couldn’t find out or didn’t want to find out this easy/low cost issue. Instead he found an expensive one. I am almost sure that if I had agreed to work with him, after replacing the coil he would come and tell me there is another leak somewhere alse and I have to pay $300 more.After the second company fixed our AC, I called Oscar to address the issue. He didn’t accept that he missed the actual issue and gave me miss information. First he said he would refund the service fee if I send the other company’s invoice. Later, when I sent the invoice he blamed me lying and didn’t refund the service fee. I had this bad experience with them. I hope you don’t the the same mistake by calling them.

Great customer service! From the initial call to the end of my service call. This is the fourth year I’ve used TAM AC & HEAT, and I’ve always asked for Oscar. He’s friendly, charismatic but above all professional and knowledgeable. I couldn’t recommend any other place to have your appliance checked from other than these guys! Oh and did I mention reasonable in pricing?? ;)
