I never thought I would say it but, this laundromat is a pleasure to visit. What stands out is that the machines are quick and there are enough of each that you never have to wait. I can do my laundry in half the time it normally takes.

A small black owned business. Over priced as far as anything. Went in to use a larger machine to wash my oversized blanket and the attendent took the cash to make change then proceeded add the quarters to the machine and never returned with any change. Nevertheless it was convenient but 5.00 for a washer is way too expensive.

Worst experience with a cleaner. Extremely poor customer service.DO NOT USE THIS CLEANERS!!! Giving one star since there is no option to give zero star. I sent my mother black goat skin jacket for dry-cleaning in this place. They gave it back to me completely damaged and said it was because the jacket was worn. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST. They are rude and very short with customers. This place is awful and needs to be out of our community.These people are rude, unprofessional, and just dont give a ****. They never even give a simple smile. What kind of customer service is that!!!???

Today is March 05, 2021 I wanted to come wash my clothes at 5:30pm before the doors were going to be closed and locked, “I WAS TOLD BY THE BLACK OLDER GENTLEMEN WITH KEYS THAT I COULD NOT WASH MY BECAUSE HE HAD SOMETHING GOING ON AT HOME AND HAD TO CLOSE” he didn’t care enough to wait until business hours were over, he closed at 6:30 pm that’s a whole hour I could have used towards my clothes but it didn’t matter, I didn’t appreciate the way I got treated, I’m a customer paying good money for the services that are suppose to be given and it was not, the person over this Washateria should not own a business he was rude and disrespectful please take this man out of business immediately!

Its clean, prices are very reasonable, almost all washers and driers are working, its not too crowded, and conveniently located on same shopping strip with gas station, liquor store, barbershop and 3 or 4 different restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Q quick wash is a clean safe and my favorite laundry place to get my clothes done.

Clean place close to several South Med Center area apartments. 2.00, 20 minute wash. No quarter machine but attendant will give you however many you need as long as you bring your clothes in first. Attendant is nice and helpful. Would highly recommend this place.

I couldnt have been to a more lower class laundromat. The place was small cramped and filthy dirty. The lady that manages it is rude, nosy, gossipy and poorly kept. The way she spoke about other people that were not there or that were in the parking lot was offensive and shameful. She was extremely rude and particularly unhelpful to me. I feel she acted this way toward me because I dont look like her. To her friends or aquaintences she was a little nicer. I tried to remain polite and quickly finished my business there and found somewhere else. I would not go back nor would I recommend this place.

Dry cleaning services are overpriced for the quality of workmanship provided. I came here for location convenience and will not be a returning customer. Took my wrinkled items to another place of business with Qwiks Laundry tags still on them.

No complaints. I use the washing machines and dryers which work well.I have come to get a zipper fixed on my pants, the seamstress did well with that.Used the dry cleaning service once (I dont usually dry clean) and I was satisfied with that service as well.

Very un welcoming facility. The lady that runs the joint is rude. I went in to see if there was a change machine and carts available and was shut down with ghetto intolerant questioning of the whereabouts of my clothes. Guess she thought i was there just to get just get change. . Needless to say i went to a more civilized side of town and was not hassled at all. You should get ZERO stars.

Ive been a customer there (dry cleaning and large laundry items) since 2013 and believe Kais below review must be regarding the competing dry cleaners that was in the same complex, a few doors down. The owners for Quick Wash have always greeted me with a smile, talked to me about my day while they work up my order form. My husband left his iPod in his pants pocket, and the cleaners placed it in a plastic bag and tied it around the hanger of the cleaned pants. The owners could not more trustworthy and pleasant. I know they would do everything possible to provide quality customer service.The other place a few doors down, which recently closed permanently is another story. I used them once before I started going to Quick Wash and did not return because of their awful customer service and for heat staining a blouse without an apology or resolution.
