Make sure if youre dropping off clothes to check the scale and calculate the service fees. And get a receipt that shows the weight.

They WILL close EARLY regardless of if your clothes are still tumbling in the dryer if no one is inside.It’s 8:01 pm on a teusday my clothes finished drying 3 minutes ago and everything is locked even though the signs on the door say last WASH is at 8pm and google maps and the door says it closes at 9pm. What the hell is this those are my WORK clothesUpdate: changing my review from 1 to 3 stars in honor of the fact that normally this place is great and the fact that they were actually open at 7am for me to get my stuff.

The managers dont wear masks half the time, and they dont enforce the mask rule for customers, either. Also, I was there today and the owners were there and the husband was not wearing one.Also, the machines tend to break, and its overpriced.

Near my apartment! The washing machines are pretty large and I can do one load of a weeks worth of clothes (its 14 quarters, which is pretty standard for all washaterias Ive been to but the machines at those other places are smaller). I can even wash two of my heavy winter blankets without overloading the machines! Facility is clean and people are respectful. In addition, their Wash & Fold service is pretty cheap!! I used to go to a facility on W. Alabama where I was getting charged 1.75/ lb. This place is SO.MUCH.CHEAPER!

They wash your comforters - Yeah! For $12 it is a steal. Ive been using them for years to drop off - Boys sports uniforms ( no way those are going into my washer- comforters, and large items that need a commercial washer) - Ive been very happy with their service.

Cheap, clean, theres a massage chair there! And a unisex restroom. 😃 You can buy soda/chips soap, softener there etc...

Everytime i show up after work they always close an Hour to an Hour and a half early, and the staff is rude, i started taking videos of them being closed an hour early too, just change your hours it’s that simple.

MY CLOTHES WERE STOLEN FROM THIS LAUNDROMAT SO I WILL NOT BE GOING THERE AGAIN AND MOST OF THE DRYERS WAS BROKEN

Cheap, and though many of the machines dont work, it was good in a pinch when Hurricane Harvey came and our apartment complexs laundry room was dammaged. I dont recommend the imediate area. There are dope dealers and druggies in it and around the gas station and the METRO bus stop across the street, but you get what you pay for. I never got messed with and never had a problem. I just went there, on occasion, and left on the bus. Be careful and alert of your surroundings at night.

The place is very clean . Machines clean . But the lady manager is very rude . There is no hot water there only cold water to clean clothes ..need hot water there to clean clothes.. most of time vending machine jams .no product no change need to talk to owner.

Very bad buisness. Most Dryers barely get hot enough to dry a full load. Wouldnt be that big of an issue if the cashier had a better attitude and gave better customer service when it comes to customer complaints. Very rude and unprofessional.

They steal your clothes if youre a wash/fold customer and dont do anything about it. I confronted them and they had nothing to say other than taking my information. I was getting my clothes washed here weekly because it was close and reasonable, they were always friendly. Then, I noticed items of my clothes missing. It took me a few weeks before I said anything, hoping I was wrong, but when theyre stealing $70 Victoria secret work out leggings once a week, it becomes too much. Add on a pair of Nike sweats and those items alone are worth more than Ive ever spent there having my clothes washed. You cant trust anyone these days. DO NOT BRING YOUR CLOTHES here for wash/fold service. They are THIEVES!!!!

This washateria is very clean and quiet. Its not over crowded when I go so Im always able to get a washer, dryer and folding table when need it. The super washer is great for huge loads or washing my comforters. Theres a small tv to watch if you get bored I choose to read. They also provide a washing service if you want to leave your throngs for them to wash and pick it up later. I love that theyre one until 10pm so I can come late and get a wash in if my schedule was to packed to get it done during the day. The bathroom is clean. And it has FREE WiFi you cant beat that! Its a great washateria.😊

This washateria is ok. They should fix the cheapest machines ($1.75) because most of them are always out of oder. One time a staff member mopped the floor and it smelled like sewage and mildew....super nasty. Then there was lil children rolling around the floor as if they were rolling on grass. So you know that mop water wasnt clean if it smelled bad. Those lil kids left with thousands of germs all the way to their casa.
