Lots of washers in a very small area. Hard for customers to move around. Dingy. Building not kept up. Most washer and dryers do not work. Even less space to fold clothes. Onsite laundry service uses most of the working washers and dryers. Very hot inside, no a/c. Hard to breathe with mask on. Price to wash and dry is higher than normal. Spent 4.50 on the wash and 1.75 on the dry.

Most of the washing machines are broken. Of thr 12 dryers 4 are working. Don’t waste your time coming here! I have to leave to dry my clothes!!!

Did a photoshoot here and Elizabeth was insanely accommodating and helpful. She let us come in at after business hours and we had a great time. Thank you!

Convenient at reasonable price. They did a great job with a king size mattress pad I dropped off and picked up the next day. The lady behind the counter was very nice. On site parking and a good coffee store next door.

This place doesn’t even deserve a star. I live in the neighborhood and have had previous bad experiences here. Yet I decided to give them another chance. I ride an Uber up here only to have a worker wage her finger at me and says nothing

Over priced. Broken units. Person working in here didnt want to change coins for starters. Half way through washing I asked to use bathroom and I was denied it. Im just waiting to finish this load to leave and never come back. Unless you can afford someone taking care of your laundry this aint the place for you...

I love coming to this place to do laundry. It is right near Black Hole Coffee, so I can get some coffee while waiting on my laundry, and I just love the staff here, they are always so nice and helpful!

This is a quaint little shop. Its nice. And so are the folks who work here. Most laundromats Ive visited are either so expansive and pristine that I feel like Im in a garment factory, or theyre in such disrepair that I feel like however much I wash my clothes, theyll never get clean. Graustark is neither. Graustark feels homey.

Best place in the loop for your laundry needs. The owner goes the extra mile to ensure her customers are well taken care of. Can’t imagine taking my clothes anywhere else!

Depending on who is working this place ranges from one star to five stars. Some employees are super nice and friendly. Others like the employee working on my last visit greeted my entrance with a look of disdain. I suppose because my presence was interrupting her personal phone call on her cell phone. I wish this place was more consistent.

I love this place. The drop off service is easy and not too expensive. They even have dry cleaning services available, which is great because they are open later for pick up. I can drop off or pick up dry cleaning on a Sunday - changes my life. Everyone here is very nice - they always remember me. Do your laundry here!

Great experience / service when I needed it most! The employees are helpful and knowledgeable and the owner is awesome! There are multiple types of washers with different sizing / pricing options and they are easily accessible. Added bonus: You can drop your laundry off and have it washed / folded. Highly recommended, great location, great owner!

This is my favorite laundromat in Houston. The entire place is very clean, the washers work and the employees are very friendly. Also, the prices for the washers and dryers is very reasonable. Ive also dropped off dry cleaning on a number of occasions and have never been dissatisfied. I definitely recommend using Graustark Laundry.

These people are incredible!!! Our dryer was broken so we took our clothes here and I was blown away by their service. We came in on a Friday afternoon (New Years weekend mind you) with 3 huge trash bags full of clothes. It was going to be a little precarious because we had a sleeping baby in the car and were planning to take turns going in/watching her. To my amazement, this laundromat offers full service washing/drying/folding of your clothes! We left it all with them and in just two days(!!) they had everything ready for us. Im not sure how much they charge for this usually because my husband went in but those 3 huge garbage bags cost $48, which considering the amazing job they did cleaning them was totally worth it! If I could afford to have these people do my laundry every week I would because they got things SO clean. I was ooh-ing and ah-ing at everything as I took them out of the bag. They had everything neatly folded and sorted too, and even matched the socks!! I want to know their secret to how they get things so clean because it was way better than when I do laundry. It was a total treat to have our clothes washed by them. Five stars!!!

I love it here! The owner really takes care of the place and the employees are so nice. It is right next to the Black Hole Coffee Shop which makes it easy to drink some coffee while your laundry is going.

Have a coffee and read a book at Black Hole while you wait for your laundry. Or better yet...drop off your laundry and let them do it for you. Its like mom doing your laundry for you except you dont feel guilty afterwards and you still feel like an adult.

Quick, easy, clean. What more can you ask from a laundry mat? Oh, and its not cost prohibitive.

Go somewhere else if possible. We come here because its blocks from our house but wont be back after today. They will frequently mix up your dry cleaning and send you home with some of the wrong items, and often stains wont even get out of your dry cleaning. Today I came in to use the washing machine because ours broke and the lady working here practically yelled at me because she said I put too much in the washer. Then told me I had to wait by my machine while the clothes washed instead of going to the coffee shop next door (where there are actually seats!!). Over it. 2 stars instead of 1 because one of the women who works here is nice.

I went for the first time to this place I was looking for a washateria near me and I gave it a try, when I got there and this was this past Tuesday night around 7:30 pm and started loading a small washer and 2 medium ones the attendant (a black lady) who refused to tell me her name came up to me while I was loading the machine to tell me in a rudely manner to use the small machines not the medium ones cause they take longer to finish and that wouldnt give me enough time to dry them and get out of there by 9pm, and so I asked her if I had to be done by that time, she said well no but I close at 9pm (meaning almost kicking me out), therefore at 8:45 pm she turned off the lights while I was still folding my clothes, not to mention she didnt let me dry my last load full of wet clothes because I was supposedly running out of time, she moved my cart to the side and she kept on staring at us making us feel pressured to leave, just want to let people and the owner know that I had the worst experience this lady intimidated us and almost kicked us out by not letting me and my husband dry our last washer machine. We had to go to another place to dry them, I dont think this is the type of service anyone would like to receive, need to hire someone else who really gives good attention to your customer, it is a good place to wash, kind of small but its ok, but let me tell you this lady its terrible at the way she approaches to people in a rudely manner I hope you do something about it.

The Hispanic ladies that work together here are so rude. As soon as your dryer is off they remove your clothes without even giving you a chance. Dont let the cool coffee shop next store trick you into doing laundry here. Youll get ugly looks when you ask for quarters and they use every dryer for their dry cleaners service. So you stuck waiting and begging for a chance to dry your clothes.

Drop it off by 7pm, pick it up about 4pm - no brainier. Great Service to the public! Especially us travelers.

Attendant more interested in doing the drop off laundry than helping people doing their own laundry. 1 lady in particular is very rude.

So I will never come here again. The lady that works there took my clothes out of the dryer even with them still damp. I have a little 7 month old baby and I live 2 minutes away so I drive back and forth and occasionally walk depending on him. He was napping in his carseat so I left my car on just to gi get my laundry to find it spread out in the laundry mat and still damp. I dont like strangers touching my belonging and not knowing who is touching them and them leaving them around just for anyone to get.

I love this place. Its sad to see so many bad reviews simply because of the language barrier that exists. So to all of you who are clueless about whats actually going on let me fill you in. They DO have a lot of work. Theyre not running their own personal laundry service on the side just to screw with you. Graustark has a drop off service, so THATS their job!! Secondly they pull peoples laundry out of the dryers because people always go next door and forget/ dont care that their laundry is sitting in the dryers occupying space and backing everyone else up.So if youre not a clueless jerk, this is an awesome place to do laundry.

They dont answer the phone inthe morning because the hispanic ladies dont speak good English. Hello? I thought I lived in America. According to them they have so much work they dont have time to answer the phone. They definitely dont listen, they lost laundry. When the laundry was found owner laughed and said it was no ones fault.I told them several times it could be under 2 names. Irs not the place I would choose personally. We have been using it for business.
