Vicky was very nice and helpful. Very clean and A/C felt good. They have a TV going on playing different network shows. Our washer is being worked on, so I will be coming back if its not done by my next wash.

Its clean friendly and convenient

I drove by this place today and i remembered I had to give them 5 stars because used to wash my clothes here every weekend back in 2017 when I lived in apartments and I never had any issues. The place was always clean and people were really friendly and I loved that it was never too crowded I will definitely recommend this place if you live around the area.

Helping friends get laundry cleaned after their house flooded. This place is wonderful! Its staffed with helpful and friendly faces, very clean, and tons of machines and dryers!

Its just as good as the really big washeteria on Bellaire..

Clearly the new management has their priorities set and is following through here. Well maintained machines first, customer assistance (on site attendant) with the machines second, and the cosmetics of the facility. Very pleased with my experience here, and will recommend this facility to others.

She is very supportive there ? My three daughters likes her so much they just want us to keep going there just to meet Vicky ? I recommend them to be the best

I had a huge comforter to wash but didnt fit in my washer or dryer. The attendant was super nice and gave me tips on how I should dry my comforter so it would dry quickly and evenly. Very clean and stocked with everything (supplies, detergent, etc.)needed to wash your clothes.

Nice, friendly, and not overly crowded with people. Great service! The staff is approachable, and I believe its free dry on Tuesdays. Will definitely be back. I was able to read in peace while my laundry was being cleaned, which is always a plus!!

I dont will come back to this place again, this was my second time there. The new stainless steel machines really catch my eye, I got a $4.00 Maxi loan Machine and I putted only half of the basket. The machine filled less than half with water, 8 min.washing and the 16 min. the Machine was at rinse circle, spinning around without any water, resulted from that the clothes still dirty, the sweat marks from the shirts and blouses still in the same place, even the sweat smells still on the clothes. After 16 min.rinse, the clothes come out soaked in water, just awful!!!Im not used to laundromat, but seems to me the machine needs water. I will try some place else next time.

The place is nice, clean and well maintained. The owner, a younger gentleman greeted me with a warm/hearty smile and provided helpful recommendations. Initially i was skeptical of the location and surroundings when i found this place on Google, but the owner quickly put my concerns at ease.The customer service here exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend that you give this place a try, you wont be disappointed.

Very clean. Up to date machines. Decent prices. Owner Tom, upon walking in, informed me of the different sizes and prices of the machines and where they were located. He also helped unload my baskets from my car. Explained how to use the machines...hes a great guy! Super courteous, friendly, professional and helpful.

This place is the best washateria I ever been to. Its clean and kept clean. The couple that works there are friendly and very helpful. They will tell you what washer is the best for your size laundry and will satisfy any of your needs. Highly recommended

Absolutely love this place I just moved out here to Houston and don’t really like my apartment laundry room so I was googling around cause I was fairly new to the area I seen this place came and it was AMAZING customer service is wonderful the owners (I don’t know if they’re married or siblings) but they are wonderful very very helpful and clean the machines are new up to date and the prices are reasonable i love this place and I don’t want to go to any other thank you 🙏🏾

From start to finish, very attentive. The staff engaged with customers in every aspect even helped an older customer to her car. Full service vendor with change machine and Step by step instructions if needed.

I love this place!! The owners are so helpful and friendly. The dryers are actually hot! And my kid loved that they were playing the Power Rangers movie on the TVs ...major plus.

This washateria is better than most because of their machines and assistance if needed that accommodates the community through others that come servicing each other with successful business. I will say to stop by and give them a try, you wont be dissatisfied.

Wow ! I was greeted by a friendly young man as soon as I entered. He looked at the size of my laundry and recommended the right size machine for it. They have 4 different sizes of front loading machines. Prices are $1.75, $2.00, $3.00, and $4.75 for the extra large machines. I dont normally use fabric softener and he even gave me some Downey for my single medium-sized load ! Clean place, I highly recommend it !

It’s a great and quiet place and also clean very helpful staff I can say I gone to a few washateria location and I love this one so far it is on my price range I spend about 11$ and they have different loads you can choose from and they do help you if you need help.

This place is small but its wasnt busy at all. Fair prices and the attendant is VERY helpful. My dryer quit working and I went to the one around the corner. I was 20 min before I decided to leave, because they were so busy. I came here and got right into 3 machines. I HIGHLY reccomend this place.

After suffering a small in home trauma (small flooding in the wash room), I asked my darling husband to take our familys clothes to a washateria. This place far exceeded my expectations. We are a family of 6. Can you say socks for days? They matched all the socks and folded everything beautifully. I highly recommend this establishment for their customer service and careful care of our clothes. Its a labor of love and we appreciate you!

Came to wash sleeping bags. The place was clean including the bathrooms. The manager was very helpful. It was a good experience which is not always the case with coin operated laundries.

Nice place to get your laundry done. If you dont want to do it your self, they help you do your laundry for a fee and help fold them too.

Owners and staff have great customer service, very helpful and friendly. Answered all of our questions, and walked us through how to use the machines. The facility was very clean with air conditioning. Found my new washateria.

It was definitely not what I expected. The reviews were over rated. The machines were too small, the place over crowded. Too tight. I usually go to Gees Washeteria on Wilcrest. I thot I could find a closer one to me but I guess not
