This place and Ari are the real deal. Even though Im a male, Ari makes you feel super at ease and comfortable. Very through with explanations and professional. Ive started with laser hair removal and considering doing other treatments with them because of the professional and excelent results.

When I had a problem the staff was friendly and did not hesitate to solve the issue quickly and without charge. Excellent service. Ive layered with other companies with 0 results. Ive lasered with Clearstone 3 times and each time my hair is finer and thinner. Im amazed by how slow my hair growth is growing. I 100% recommend it. My problem areas are my neck and chest. As a woman it can be so embarrassing but Clearstone has changed the game for me. They use a Yag stick which is catered to women of color and it truly works.

If you’re considering Laser Hair Removal I highly recommend Clearstone Laser Spa. I’ve been to 3 different locations over the years and received excellent care and service at them all. Ask for Fabiola or Olivia if you’re near the Holcombe location. As an African American woman I was uncertain if laser hair removal would work for my skin of color. I’ve tried Electrolysis and the results from laser have been significantly better. Thankfully the technology has improved and I haven’t had any negative side effects from my treatments. I really want to like Clearstone but my last two laser hair removal experiences have been subpar. Rushed work, not paying attention to detail, not choosing the right setting for my skin/efficacy and missing sections/patchy work.My first session here was with Monique. She was excellent and exceeded my expectations. Very detail-oriented. She seems passionate about what she does and that showed throughout my experience with her. I think Monique may have been a diamond in the rough.The next 2 sessions were with two different techs and both were disappointing, the second being the worst. I let the 3rd tech know of my prior experience and she was very receptive and understanding however the laser job itself was poor and somewhat rushed. Not expecting to be there for a long time but it should take longer than 10 minutes if you’re getting multiple sections done.As a result, spots were missed and the work is patchy. Both ladies were very nice and professional but I’m not confident in going here anymore. I have a few more sessions left and will finish them. I’d like to find a technician here that does better work so I will update as I finish the rest of my sessions.Customer service has been very good, clean facilities and they’ve always been very sweet when I’ve called to make appointments. Overall pleasant technicians.Would give 5 stars based on Monique’s exemplary work and the friendliness/professionalism of their staff.

I have been going to clear stone for the past 2 years and will continue to come here for my laser hair treatments! I’ve had different people do my laser treatment but they are all consistently great at what they do no matter who I get! They are quick, friendly and knowledgeable about laser hair removal. When I first went they made sure I was educated on how to get the best laser results. I will still come once a hear for touch ups, but has made a huge difference with 5 o’clock shadow that I would always have under my arm pits. Well worth the money. Also I have done Brazilian and they always make me feel comfortable, and do a quick job.

Today I received my first of many future treatments at the Holcombe location and my technician was Ariana (shes adorable). First of all, the spa is very clean and tidy. Secondly the staff is very nice and thirdly and most of all, Ari is a doll. She is very informative and makes sure you know whats going to happen during the treatment. She and I had great conversation. She made me feel comfortable and reassured. There is some discomfort during the treatment but its not anything that you cant handle. I compare it to getting a tattoo. I have 3 so I could handle it. Afterwards, I felt no discomfort and I continued with my day. Ari will explain what youre going to have to do afterwards. OVERALL, I am pleased and look forward to my next treatment. Thanks Ari!!!

I visited the League City location in late November and although I had been extremely uneasy about getting laser hair removal I must say that it has been the best decision ever. I really regret that I didnt go sooner. I went in to have the bottom half of my face, underarms, and back of neck treated. I have always hated how hairy I was and now I am much more confident thanks to Clearstone! Ive only had one treatment in these areas so far and a week out until my 2nd treatment but I already see a 50% reduction in hair growth. Trust me when I say the back of my neck was so hairy that I would not pick my hair up or ever wear my hair where you could see it. I have had my hair up, in public and neck visible since my visit, it really is life changing. I cant remember who my technician was although I felt extremely comfortable and she walked me though everything very thoroughly. She constantly asked if I needed a break or if the level needed to be adjusted. I have sensitive skin but high pain tolerance and if your the same, I suggest going down from the level you feel you can tolerate. Keep in mind that your skin is thicker/thinner or more sensitive in different areas of your body. I never considered this and had to deal with some hyperpigmentation and enhanced sensitivity, which has now subsided, so just keep that in mind.
