Still patiently waiting to be seen by the dentist been waiting since March and still haven’t been seen by a dentist. Also if you call the appointment line there is a man that will awnser the phone with a rude attitude . He needs to be fired completely unprofessional and intolerable. Especially towards somone who has been waiting for several months just to be seen by the dentist-_-

I Have being going to Healthcare for the homeless for about 3 yrs now from day one. When I walk into the door I felt truly welcome from Crissy, at the front desk until all the staff in the back. I truly thank you all from the Bottom of my Heart. Stay Blessed Healthcare for the Homeless.

I was a walk in and got an appointment for a week later. At my appointment I had blood tests results from quest diagnostics positive for hep c and that day I was told that they would order Epclusa for me, which is a very expensive medication. I would have to wait a month for it because I was uninsured. A month later I was given 28 days worth of it with 2 more months refill because it is a 12 week regimen of treatment. It supposedly has a 95 % cure rate. I am so grateful for this clinic and the formulator of Epclusa cuz I heard hep c treatment in the past was very unpleasant. And you have to have your liver healthy inorder for you to have clean blood circulating through you. I think having blood work done really helped in getting the medication in that time frame. Oh back in Jan. of 2020i was told they were having maintenance issues with their phone number so I had to go walk in but I dont know if the phone number has been fixed as of February 17

This has been the best place that Ive used in TX to donate whole blood & platelets. In my 10+ visits Ive experienced skilled & friendly phlebotomists at a nice, clean facility, with short waits and free parking (you have to run in to get a pass then park in a structure nearby). If you have extra time, why not help out? Plus you may never have to buy a movie ticket again!

By referral only. No walk ins. This is literally a Godsend. Great staff, great service, and a priceless gift to the people they facilitate the dental and healthcare for.

The staff is caring and treat the homeless with dignity and respect. I was going through an incident of domestic violence, and homelessness. They went above and beyond to help me.

The dental clinic make you wait 2 years for dentures, then at the end of service they turn you away without the dentures. Uses people as a guinea pig for experiments. this a poor service dental school that doesnt know what they are doing. Do not go there please!!! its not worth your time and aggravation...

If they dont have preconceived notions about homelessness then why is it that beyond my gender identity and medication allergies the only questions I asked dealt with drug and alcohol abuse.
