I bring many of our residents here and the service is wonderful!! The lady at the desk is great and the doctor amazing!!

I go in for a check up and cleaning every three months. Never have any problems. My ears get cleaned and my hearing aids also get a good cleaning. Nice quiet atmosphere and friendly staff.

Came today to have my hearing aid check and fix, dont know what was wrong with the audiologist it was like she didnt want to be here. I had to ask to clean my ears, and fix my ear piece. I asked for batteries and it was like she didnt want to give me any. Im she said you were just here in June. She knows Im in a wheelchair so I cant just jump in a car to come and get batteries, I also paid $299.00 for the maintenance fee that includes them. The receptionist is very nice.

HAD TO GO IN FOR A REGULAR VISIT, THE NEW STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY. IV BEEN A REGULAR CUSTOMER (PATIENT) FOR THE LAST 3 YRS. AND ALWAYS BEEN VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICE & PERFORMANCE. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Has a very good audiologist who checks her work. Not checking has been a problem at other vendors.

Had repair done on one of my mothers hearing aid. Had to leave it to be sent to the manufacturer. Week and a half wait time.

They offer basic hearing aid services. The hearing aid technicians card lists him as Clinician In Training.
