I am typically not one one to leave comments. However, I hope my comment can encourage someone who is needing hearing aids or a caregiver that is looking to find the best solution for their loved one. Best Hearing Aid Solutions was absolutely wonderful. As a caregiver for my mom, I was very impressed by Mr. Cornelius office, professionalism, and hearing solutions.Our first appointment was very easy and comfortable. He performed a thorough hearing test, explained her results at the level that my mom could easily understand, and provided a custom solution that made the most economic and physical sense. The hearing aids have several accommodations and are very light and invisible. My mom said several times that she was not able to feel the hearing aid and they were very comfortable. This is important for someone that has never had hearing aids and may feel embarrassed when wearing them. In addition, the hearings aids arrived and were programmed in less than a week. Upon retrieving the hearing aids, Mr. Cornelius spent over an hour teaching my mom how to use her new hearing aids, setting up an app on her phone, and walking through all the detailed steps to ensure she was comfortable operating them on her own. Hearing solutions can feel foreign and overwhelming, especially if its your own hearing and/ or your loved ones. However, you can rest assured and feel confident knowing that Mr. Cornelius will provide great care and the e process will be seamless and affordable. Thank you, Mr. Cornelius for all of your help. I purchased a new pair of hearing aids about a year ago. Mr. Darrell Cornelius took care of me at that time. I was pleasantly surprised by his quiet efficiency and demeanor. A year ago I bought hearing aids online and was referred to Mr Cornelius to have them fitted. There were some issues with what the online company delivered and he was able to resolve them for me quickly. I recently returned for a 1 year follow-up and he checked my hearing, tweaked the aids, fixed me up with some clean new parts and I was on my way with improved hearing. It was easy to get an appointment and he met me on time. A big improvement over my previous audiologist!

He is eager to make certain that everything is working not only according to specification, but is also adjusted in such a fashion that it suits me to a “T”. I might add that I rarely find cause to post such a positive review, but there is no exaggeration in anything I am saying, here. I have worn hearing aids since the late 1980’s and have dealt with a lot of people associated with them, but absolutely none of them come close to meeting the high standards of Darrell Cornelius and his company.Positively an excellent experience, from start to finish. My hearing aid broke and I was bracing to buy a new one and they saw me within a week as a new patient. Darrell Cornelius was very helpful and fixed my hearing aid right in front of me. I felt even more comfortable when he showed me his aids that he wears and told me about them and showed the app on his phone that can control the aids. Ive worn aids all my life and have a childhood stigma/scar of wearing them and Ive never had an audiologist that wore aids and made me feel as comfortable.

I have had the best experience with Best Hearing Aid Solutions! I first used them when my mother was in the hospital for an extended stay and her hearing aids did not work well. They do house calls! Darrell came to the hospital and got her hearing aids working better. Later, when we could go to an office visit, we discovered that her fairly new hearing aids purchased elsewhere were not the best kind for her issues. We bought new ones and her hearing has been better than it has in many years.

The hearing aid specialist was very sensitive to my mothers needs. I had a problem with noise in one of my Phonak hearing aids. I met with Darell Cornelius for about an hour and a half and he was able to download updated firmware to the aids and an updated app to my phone. Then he worked with Phonak tech support to resolve bluetooth connectivity to my phone. He recalibrated my aids and now they work better than before. Great experience. I replaced my 10 year old hearing aids with the newer technology phonak. I now have volume control and access to programming thru the I Phone app. You will have questions about how they work, so be sure to schedule a return visit in a week or so of your new purchase.
