I have gotten my brows done here about 4 to 5 times. Once a month, I dont like to go to often, because I have sensitive skin. Make your appointment with Samia, trust me you wont regret waiting for her available time frame. Unfortunately, I was desperate to have my brows done before my birthday 2 months ago. I made my appointment, but Samia wasnt available. I do regret that day, the girl who helped me messed up my brow so bad. So learned my lesson once never again. Ill continue making my appointments with Samia on her available time. Thank you Samia! Ive talked to you about this, and you made me feel better, you even noticed something was off about my brows when I came in last month.

USE SAMIA ONLYYYYYYY! She’s amazing and I agree she’s definitely worth the wait. She knows exactly what’s she’s doing. I’ve attempted to use the other threader (quiet petite lady) at least twice now when desperate and SAMIA not there (like today) and once again even after saying I just wanted a clean up bc I wanted to keep my brows & grow them thicker, she STILL gives me thin eyebrows. Idk why but she ALWAYS does this pencil brow look! 😣Ugh!!! I even said it again WHILE she was threading to keep them thick! But now they don’t even look the same anymore. I gave in today bc it was the only time I had today before leaving town. Now with my eyebrows super thinner than usual, I’m gonna have to wait MONTHS to grow them back. HIGHLY UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED because I really took time away to grow them out just for them to be chopped off! It’s not like you can give me my brows back after messing them up! I’d rather them be too thick than too thin any day. But that’s never the case soooo See you in 3months!!

I did enjoy the courtesy and customer service but fair warning if you have sensitive skin or psoriasis they dont have a light hand I was cut on my right eyebrow and have some red bumps that hurt on the left. My eye brows were shaped nice and they did wear gloves(since I have psoriasis and did warn them before even showing up to the place and before I was gonna get done).

I want to know can you do the leg of the man depilate? My good friend introduced this beauty home to be very experienced.

The place is small, quaint, and hidden off in a shopping center. The staff wasnt very friendly, but they werent rude. The threading they did was nice, my brows came out looking better than they did before I went in, but they missed a few of the strays here and there. For $10 though, you cant really complain. It was money was well spent.

They did not listen to what I asked for. I asked her to clean my eyebrows and specifically told her not to change the shape. She made my eyebrows very thin and took away the arch of my eyebrows. My eyebrows are thin and round now. Please dont go here because you will regret it afterwards like I do.

Samia is amazing! She’s the only threader I’ve ever had that will tell me if she thinks I need to wait for my brows to grow out more before coming back to make sure I get the shape I want. She really does care about getting you the look you want versus selling services you may not need. When she says she’s an eyebrow consultant, she isn’t lying. She really does have a gift. I recommend making an appt if possible instead of walking in because she almost always has a line, no matter what day or time of day. But ppl will wait for her because she is worth it. She also doesn’t rush even when she does have a line. And she always makes sure you’re happy with everything before you leave.

I love coming to Brow City for my eyebrows because they always listen to what you want to do with the thickness, style, etc. and offer suggestions on how to achieve that. The staff is very nice and the salon is clean. It’s always worth the wait time.

Samia is an absolute perfectionist in her work. I highly recommend her for her expertise in brows.Update (02/12/19)I’m rather disappointed by my last experience here. Samia usually does such an exceptional job, but in my last experience here she threaded too much from the top and bottom of my left brow (right side on the pic) as shown in the picture and the aftermath of my left brow looks very sparse. A day after I realized the skin on my eyelid were also cut in the process.This was very surprising to me considering Samia usually does a flawless job. However, consistency in work is important to me and after this experience i’m hesitant in coming back because I don’t want the feeling of uncertainty on whether my brows will come out flawless or sparse and uneven.

Once I found this place, I stopped going to my regular lady in Katy. I drive 22 minutes to be seen by Samia. She is the absolute best. The detail and attention she gives is worth the drive. Highly recommend this place!

My experience here was horrible. I waited for awhile because there was a line and only one lady that was working. I definitely am very conscious and aware that she was alone, so the wait was not the issue. I went on a Tuesday and it was surprisingly busy but I loved the way the lady was explaining to each customer what she was going to do and why. I was happy when it was my turn. I told her I wanted my eyebrows, upper lip and chin. Besides me having lots of hair naturally my eyebrows alone have a natural shape. Ive been getting my eyebrows threaded for as long as I can remember so I know exactly what to expect. She left my eyebrows so thick that when i left I had to go home and REDO them myself with tweezers. There was even a bald spot. In the middle of her threading my eyebrows I heard her say to herself she needed a break. I felt embarrassed immediately. Theres only been one place that has done my eyebrows for a cheaper price but is 45 minutes away from my home. I tip always because I know its a lot of work thats why I want to go to a place and pay someone to do it closer to home. I do not like feeling belittle or ashamed because of what naturally grows. I will not be going back.

Samia did my brows. I didn’t have an appointment or anything so this place accepts walk-ins. She was friendly and greeted me. She was fast but I didn’t feel rushed in any way. After she threatens my eyebrows she told me how I have more of an arch on one side and how we will work on creating one for the other etc etc. I appreciate her going above and beyond and explaining what she does and why. Looking forward to my next visit with her!

Visited Brow City on 10/8 & 11/26. I had a different tech both times but both ladies were friendly and professional. The salon appears to be very clean as well as their stations. On my 10/8 visit the tech told me I should stop plucking in between visits...which I only do under the brow/lower part of the brow to clean up until my next appointment...well although it was hard to resist, I took her advice and she was right. My eyebrows looked fuller after my 11/26 visit. So Im going to try to resist temptation, stop plucking, and just visit sooner than later. My eyebrows look great and service is quick. Overall Im satisfied with the service here.

Ive been coming here for a while. I started when I was tired of driving all the way down to Sugarland to my regular lady. I just looked up other places near my job. My lunch break is the best time for me get this done. Ive had a lot of bad experiences with different people doing my eyebrows. I was a little worried the first time. When you walk in the owner is very friendly and acknowledges you. She welcomes you and lets you know she will be with you. When you sit down in the chair she asks what you want done. Great listener and advises you the best course of action with your brows. My brows were a mess and she let me know what she was going to thread and leave so they could look as good as possible. I tend to always want to thread more and more. She still encouraged me to be patient and that made me feel like she really cared if I looked good or crazy. Every time I go she does a great job. Definitely going to stick with this place.

Samia is awesome! I let my brows grow for a few month and walked in looking like Chewbacca. She took her time to explain and made sure I was satisfied. Now my eyebrows look amazing thanks to her.

Ive come about 10 times to get my eyebrows and upper lip done. I usually wait about 5 minutes. Ive never had to wait more than 15 minutes. The results are great! They give you a chance to look when theyre done and get any hairs they may have missed. Definitely recommend

I love this place. Samia really knows how to make you feel comfortable and does an amazing job. Today I didnt have time to wait on her so I let the other staff do my brows... Equally impressive. I will never go anywhere else, it is worth the 30 minute drive.

Great some threading shop. They did a great job on mine and my husbands eyebrows - very natural looking. Theyre a very nice and priced reasonably.

A young lady (not Samia) did my lips and chin and she was so rough with the string that I was bleeding in more than 5 spots. It looked like little small spots from the toughness of the way she was threading that it scraped the facial skin. I will not be going back.

Asked me what I want and actually looked at my eyebrow to figure out what she needed to do before threading.I been to a lot of places they normally choose for me on making my eyebrow thin or thick, also never noticed my eyebrows were uneven and never tried to make them even. (Ps) this was the first thing she noticed and told me what she needed to do to even them and even asked which eyebrow I like the best! I will be back and will recommend her to my clients and friends!Also I like the brown powder how much is it?

Went in with my husband to both get our brows done. The service was fine but we were informed they will stop serving men in 2018. Rather unfortunate and not sure as to why, so well be returning to our old place where womens brows are only $5 and theyll do my husbands for the same $8.

Samia helped me even out my whacky brows, gave me tips on day to day care, and showed me how to properly fill them in all within about 10 minutes. SO happy to have found her!
