I could not been happier with them! You know that living in Houston is not about if your AC will need something but when. I called 6 other companies and they were the only ones who could accommodate a visit to my home the very same day my AC stopped working. Rodrigo came to my house twice, and he explained everything in detail and was super patient with all my questions.This is my first time using the company (my house is 5 years old), but it will not be the last!

I had very complex A/c issue. After some trial and error they finally solved our problem. they did it efficiently, transparently and didn’t bill us until problem was solved. They had prompt follow up and excellent customer service. I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat.

My moms house needed a new ac/heat unit. I called Master AC and they were able to get her a great price and quick install. They even offered to come check it out next year to make sure everything was working properly. Everyone was nice and professional from the secretarys to the techs that came out to put in unit.
