I have to say this is the most professional, attentive, overqualified company I have ever worked with in my life. I made one phone call and they came running to the rescue, not only did they run to the rescue they did it during a catastrophic event and packed out a house for me within less than a week. Impressed is an understatement. This team is phenomenal. I would recommend them 100 times out of a 100 times.

Does not get any worse than this scam of a company. Took over four months when they promised one to two weeks. Wants full payment. Have to take them to count. But I will let the world know what a scam of a company they are.

They showed up unannounced at our home in February, saying they worked with ServPro. I was very uneasy and should have trusted my instinct - I protested against them removing our property without inventory done on site. However, they cited the work overload imposed by the storm and wound up throwing our property into plastic bags. One of the owners on site promised theyd provide us with a comprehensive detailed inventory list with showing data for every piece of item theyd professionally clean/ozonate. Reality has turned out to show:a) They are UNPROFESSIONAL by way of being NON-RESPONSIVE unless we make multiple contact efforts, or have ServPro intervene - and why should we?;b) They are raising INTEGRITY concerns, as they provided an incomplete inventory list and have made incomplete deliveries each of the two times theyve delivered; begs the question - where are the items asked for?c) We are in May and still waiting for some of the ER items, along with other non emergency since February.The storm is no longer a valid excuse, not even covid-19.6/4/2021Whoever is pitching in to respond here is avoiding the real issues or is somehow out of touch with reality in this case. Refer to our numerous correspondence and youll realize our concern isnt about the optics during collection of our property.The real issue here is your total mismanagement of clientele. Starting with your surprise appearance at our home and the ensuing chronic unresponsiveness that only gets resolved by third party intervention; the constant failures to deliver on time; incomplete deliveries; cluelessness on how to treat delicate fibers; needless to say there are still some items lying around on site but somehow show up on your inventory list....The only saving grace for you is your polite delivery staff. And NO - at this rate we wouldnt even recommend you to anyone, leave alone engage you again!!That said, its really curious how you find time to respond here but not to our phone calls/email, even when were just asking to be given a time frame (not date) for a delivery.

This company came in cleaned every item that was smoke damaged including kids toys and said they had an obligation to the insurance company. Now my clothes are full of black soot stains. This company is greedy and only out for money. Stay away from them or you will end up with nothing!! I wish I could give no stars
