Worst company. DO NOT use them. Texas had a freeze and my house had a bursted pipe. They came in and basically put fans on and removed about 5 pieces of dry wall. Never gave me a price from the beginning they said they would handle it with our insurance, they ended up sending me a bill for a total of almost 7k. Never communicated anything. Company is a total rip off. They never even cleaned the drywall and insulation. I had to hire a different company for the clean up. Take your business elsewhere.

Work was great. cannot find a location or number to speak with someone about billing. They would not accept my check for deductible.

Very very bad experience for the last 6 months (and still ongoing). When time comes for a follow-up removal, they do not even respond. They did NOT pay for the re-test after they finished their 2nd time services. The mold is still not removed. They gave wrong recommendations and made me write a bigger 2nd check as well.

Dont Hire, Waste of Time - Contacted the company to perform a mold assessment repair estimate. Not only did they forget about the appointment (had to call and remind) but arrived late blaming the supervisor for the delay. Was told the report would be ready in 2 days on 6/27/20 and here we are today 7/16/20 and still do not have a report. Eli has dodged both my calls and email inquiries. Ended up hiring Supreme Mold Testing, they were fast, professional, and above all responsive. Dont waste your time with this company.

Super disappointed in our experience. While the mold was remediated, the customer service left a lot to be desired. Communication was incredibly poor not only with us but also within the company. They would show up unannounced, and I had to ask 6 times for the photos of what they discovered. I finally got them from one of the team members who came to pick up the equipment. Conversations over the phone were dismissive at best. We have additional projects for our home, but I wont be using them again.

Eli was awesome! He got to the house fast for my consultation and understood my needs as a landlord. His quote was half what the other bids I got were and he guaranteed the quality of his work. It took over a week for me to get clearance testing done and Eli was super patient maintaining everything until testing was complete. I dont wish mold issues on anyone but if you end up having to deal with mold I hope u have the opportunity to let Eli take care of it.

911 restoration was able to get us on their schedule quickly! The scheduling, coordination and payment were all so simple and every employee we encountered was polite and efficient. The work was done thoroughly and quickly with no issues at all! We would definitely recommend this company!

Fantastic experience. Our house flooded during Harvey and we had Eli and his team take care of all of the mold remediation. They treated our home like their own and were incredibly clean and thorough. Overall I felt like we were treated exceptionally well and received a top notch fair and honest service from an incredibly professional team.

As soon as I received my mold inspection results from MI&T, I reached out to their three recommended mold remediation companies. 911 was one of them and by far the best one out of the three. As soon as I submitted a request for a remediation estimate, Eli called me to discuss and ask that I send over the inspection report. He also went through the inspection report findings and took time to explain what the report meant (its pretty scientific). Additionally, out of the 3 remediation companies I requested a quote from, 911 Restoration was the most involved and the quickest (they sent their own inspector to my home the same day). Compared to other companies, they also had the lowest rates for my AC mold remediation problem. I would highly recommend 911 for any mold restoration needs - especially if you can work with Eli.

Was referred to them by a friend. Called made an apt for this past Saturday @ 3pm. At 3:15pm, 3:30pm and 3:45 pm checked on status. I finally left my fathers come called up to 5pm no response. I called on Tuesday, wanting to speak to the manager, Shelby, what took place and still to this day waiting on a call. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Great crew, great customer service. I couldnt believe how professional they are. If I knew it before I would have hired them last year as well when I my house was flooded. My house and my father in laws house was flooded this year once again. They offered me a unpredictable deal that I couldnt pass on. They came in and out quickly, the job was done better than expected. They were able to save both houses counter tops (1 house granite and the other quartz) on the kitchen and bathroom. I dont know how, but they were able to remove the cabinets without never removing the counter top, that blew my mind. Eli, Junior, Greg and Eddie (and the rest of your team) congratulations on your business model, I wish you all all the success in the world, really thank you. Im recommending you to any and everyone. Such a great experience overall, keep it up.

I give this one star because the actual cleaning staff and Victor were great. The project lead however was a disappointment. When contacting him to find out what steps were next since the machines were still at my house over a week later, I was extremely surprised by the defensiveness and rudeness that came from him. I honestly didnt know what to do next and wondered why the machines were still at my home. We have to schedule repairs due to the sheet rock taken out and when trying to ask what we needed to do, the project lead got defensive. I honestly admitted there was some miscommunication and I repeatedly stated that I was not assuming they were responsible for the repairs and tried to explain that I was just wanting information on the next step, but I was rudely talked over. He has been going back and forth on my phone via text still trying to defend himself and saying I am rude. I am extremely baffled by this entire thing. I never assumed the repairs were the companys responsibility. I thought this was going to be a great transaction but sadly at the end, the project lead ruined it all. I am waiting on the conversation he said he recorded and also still waiting for a supervisor to call me.

Fantastic company with fast response and quality employees! Had extensive flooding during the Memorial Day weekend floods and 911 Restoration Houston was at my home the day after I called. Precise and professional water remediation and they went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend them!!

Eli and his team did great, thorough work in a timely and efficient manner. All employees were friendly and very helpful.

I used them to remove mold in one of my rental properties. Greg Gutierrez, their supervisor worked really hard to make sure things moved along. Since this was a rental property I didnt have time to check their progress everyday. Even with the added complication of coordinating with tenants they got the job done. Greg kept me in constant communication and helped resolve issues along the way. Id recommend them for anyone who needs a quick response time and flexibility.

Wow! I have been doing business with Eli, the Houston Branch Manager for 911 Restoration, for years and was literally just told to take my business elsewhere for requesting details on a quote to include in my proposal to my client.I am a local contractor and used 911 Restoration for all off my mold remediation work - not anymore! During this time the quotes I have received have doubled in cost. I asked about this and was initially told he lost money on my past jobs and he learned from his mistakes. However, this does not make sense since I met him 7 years in to his tenure with 911 Restoration! Todays quote came in 75% higher than a job he did two months ago at a property that was much worse. At the last job, my quote stated 1 supervisor and 5 technicians were needed and the job took 9 days to complete (side note: during each site inspection there were only three individuals present - half of what I was told was needed), and there was a $1,000 charge to remove 40CYDs of debris. The quote I received today stated only 1 supervisor and 4 technicians were needed and the job was expected to take 8 days - less manpower, less time, and no debris. Thus, this prompted my request for an explanation of the work this job would entail and Eli became irate. Eli started rambling off the mold remediation process - which I am already familiar with - when I had to interrupt and clarify I was looking to understand what additional work was required that caused the price to increase 75%. Eli then became very defensive and said he was barely going to break even on the job. I advised Eli that all I was seeking is an explanation of why to justify the cost to my client. At this point, I was told to find somebody else because he wasnt going to do work for free. 1) I never asked Eli to reduce his quote or do work for free and 2) I went as far as explaining to Eli that I thought there may be a misunderstanding on what I was asking for and re-explained my request differently. To this I was told Dont tell me what I understand. I was told again to find somebody else and Eli hung up on me.Needless to say, I was left dumbfounded. I called and reported this to 911 Restoration and I am currently awaiting a response.UPDATE: I just received a call from Eli threatening to sue me if I dont take down my review! First, he went off on my husband and said that my complaint to the corporate office was futile because he is the owner. Eli went on to say he is going to sue us to the fullest extent if we dont take down our review, to which my husband advised he heard yesterdays conversation and that he heard him start screaming at me for asking to provide details on the quote to provide to our client. Eli advised we have no right to question his pricing which is when I took the phone. I advised Eli I have a right to post my review and let others know my experience which he said I did not, nor do I have the right to question his pricing. I tried to interject and explain that as a customer, I do have rights and he told me No, now I am talking and you will listen. You dont speak. You do not have the right to question my pricing and you have until the end of the day then he hung up on me - again. I called 911 Restorations corporate office and I am awaiting a response from their ops team.
