Signed up for services during the struggle of 2020 with a new business. Scary I know! I meet with Kacie, and she was able to answer all my questions, even finished my sentences.. she knows her stuff! She talked me out of taking on a higher package that I was not ready for. After 6 months, as she said, we upgraded my account within moments and I was more ready at that point. She helped me save over $700 and I couldnt be more grateful as i had a handful of unexpected expenses (non Covid related) 2 weeks after beginning my free trial. I am so pleased with the office, location and have already made a few friends at the office! Nice nice place!!

Kaci and the entire team there is unprofessional. They should not be running this beautiful place and will run this place to the ground and out of business. The entire business structure here is made to nickel and dime you for everything nothing is free if you do business with them. If you ask for a pen or paper they will charge you for that. Then they have an option to hire themfor $78 per hour what a joke even with a masters degree you not getting paid that much. They have a general studies degree at best I’m sure. These people are unprofessional do not office here!

A professional atmosphere that you can make your own when you bring you customers in. They dont out their company name anywhere, so it looks like your own office. This was a big deal to my firm. They blew Firmspace, WeWork and Regus way out of the water! Im very happy so far and have used quite a bit of admin services, they are decent priced and much cheaper than having to hire a receptionist or secretary. Dont mess up and go somewhere else! Trial their free trial and get the insight!

KACI STINGEL AND THE ENTIRE SERVECORP TEAM AT THE WILLIAMS TOWER ARE UNPROFESSIONAL. AS A TENANT THEY DO NOT SEEM TO BE PROMPT, OR ONTIME AND LACK BASIC COMMUNICATION SKILLS. THEY NEVER KEEP PROPER SUPPLIES SUCH AS AS MILK AND SUGAR AND ARE ALWAYS MAKING EXCUSES. THEY WILL NICKEL AND DIME YOU. ALSO DURING THE COVID SEASON, OUR BUSINESS TOOK A BIG HIT WE DID NOT GET OUR 3 FREE MONTHS AS PROMISED AND THEY ARE UNWILLING TO WORK WITH YOU...KACI STINGEL NEEDS TO BE FIRED

This place is tops. Top notch service, top floor suite, top coffee machine. I love a place with good coffee. The workspace is tops also.. you gotta come check it out.

Kaci Stingel is an incredible Center Manager. Makes the office concept even more rewarding knowing you have someone like Kaci managing the Serb Corp at the Williams Tower.

Very poor and totally unhygienic staff, i called many times but no one picked up , and i got call late in the evening , Im sure this is not a professional way to deal.totally wastage of time

When you walk into this office you feel like coming to your extended family. Christine, Ariel and Rachel are absolutely professional and always helpful. Any time I have a request they wow me with their dedication to customer satisfaction. They really go above and beyond. The office looks always impeccable. The location and the view is the very best in Houston. The other tenants are very friendly and it offers a great opportunity to network as well. In my business travels Ive been able to take advantage of other locations across the country. I was with the competition but this is by far the best option in service and value. Thank you!!

They milk me for every penny they can. A ton of hidden fees. I feel like Im being taken advantage of, but they dont care. Thats their business model.

Just awesome. Easy parking. Great location. And the staff really helps small business owners like myself reach our goals.I recently had a client visit who expected me to be working out of a shopping strip or industrial unit like my competition. By the time Kristen escorted him into the boardroom, and brought him his espresso, the deal had already been closed.I have paid much, much more, for far, far less.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Both the downtown and this location is a complete JOKE! I was with them for 2 years and I feel I wasted my money with them. They hire people who clearly have never held an executive office position before (more like interns) but charge us (the company) $75 per hour for them to help with a project/tasks. even though we are already paying clients. Then they nickle and dime you for everything. You can only use the office a few hours per month (which is understandable) but they do not have enough offices for you to reserve so you have to wait weeks to get a office. And when you do you are treated like trash and offered an office WAY in the back corner. If you want to actually get a office with a view then thats extra! Printing EXTRA cost! Parking $15-$20 bucks! If you are a business owner looking for a virtual office solution THIS IS NOT IT! Do not be fooled by their presentation it is a waste of time if you can not use the services and have to pay extra for everything. Go to Regus or google other company that offers REASONABLE rates & bundle pricing for different services. $75 an hour for intern level work ... NO THANK YOU! These people will be out of business soon so do not waste your time. I agree with other reviewers on here RUN & save yourself a headache.

The original team was great and professional. Lately, since they made Kaci a manager, things are going left. She would arbitrary bill you and harass you. She cant seem to keep track of things and its a mess. Make sure you set up a plan B elsewhere.

The staff at service Corp has been amazing. Always with a smile and willing to help everytime. They have been IT, assistants, gate keepers, and encouraging. Awesome.

I have tried other companies similar to Servcorp, and from my personal experience this company is the best in the Houston area by far. The staff is professional and friendly. I have been in a some difficult situations and they have gone over above and beyond to accommodate my last minute changes or request. I really enjoy all of the services they offer not to mention exceptional customer service. I plan on staying a Servcorp client for the long term.

The manager (kaci) was not a manager before she was promoted before she just answered the phones. She is all over the place and not organized. Our company has been with Servcorp for a two years. In my opinion the company is to centered on collecting money and not satisfying their clients needs. The pricing is about average and the $ervices are sub par. I would like to see more services that help clients vs services that come with dissected fees.

Servcorp (Kristen the manager) puts on one heck of a show when you visit and inquire. After you close on an office, their true colors are shown. Even with the $259 package, all of the hidden fees come out. You find out A LOT of things are NOT included. The very young staff and their mediocre professional skills do not make it any better. If you all need is an address for you business then go with them, other than that you will be nickel and dimed for every little service. Servcorps purpose is clearly not for the client(you) only for your money. There is nothing dedicated or complimentary about them. You should know this before doing business with them.

I have been a client for many years. It is a fantastic location, although parking can sometimes be bothersome. However, the parking does not outweigh the many other advantages they offer. The staff is well educated and better than anything you could get for an equivalent salary.

The Servcorp Willams Tower Team has been through a few recent changes in staffing (thanks, COVID), however I cant fault any of the current team members for this. I have been a member at this location for over 3 years and cant imagine taking my business anywhere else. The front desk ladies are always cheerful and eager to greet me and my guests. Kaci (manager) and her team have always been friendly, courteous and professional towards me.Thanks for all you do.
