We have been in this building for more than 20 years and have always had a great experience. Through the years we have had many building managers, but the current manager, Helen De Nobrega has always responded quickly to any concerns and the maintenance staff has always been willing to make sure any needs are handled quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend working with Boxer Property.

Price of the office space is very reasonable. Management is horrible. Customer service is also very bad. You cant even call if you accidentally lock yourself out of your own office because you get attitude from the receptionist and the property Manager. Jackie. Thumbs down for management. The sales person who helped me at the beginning to show me the office space was so nice and attentive. As soon as i signed the lease and became a tenant, she also became very rude. I couldnt even call to ask a simple question without getting attitude, since its my first time leasing an office space. SMH.
