Great view!

We are 6 months into our lease after an extensive build out to our specs. We are very happy with our office space and the building staff. Special recognition to Jet, the building Tech and Scott Talbert, the building manager. Both Jet and Scott are very responsive, knowledgeable and pleasant. A fellow manager in our office space recently recommended to a colleague from another company that he and his team should relocate to this building, when their lease is up this Fall, based on his experience here and the convenient location of the building to 610, 290, 10 and 59.

My company loves Boxer Property! We have leased from Boxer for 3 years, we love our current location the best @ 2500 E. TC Jester. Ms. Jazzmine Hill is the greatest! She is extremely knowledgeable about the facilities. Her personality is stellar, extremely pleasant. Moving to our current office was a breeze with her support and expertise!

There is no one at the leasing office in this building when you go to see the place. I called them a couple of times on the number mentioned online and he disconnects the call every time without answering. After trying several times, they finally connect me to this leasing officer Stephen Bell, who is absolutely unapologetic and extremely rude. The office area looks nice, but he quotes such high rates for the office space and is not willing to negotiate at all.

Miss Hill is a very professional, understanding and knowledgeable leasing agent.She will address all your issues in a timely manner. Leasing an office space at this location was a breeze. I highly recommend her and this location for any and all your office rental needs.Dr. E

I have been at this property for less than a year. Jazzmine Hill the leasing representative has made my leasing experience awesome. She is very competent in her position. She is always smiling and has a great personality which makes it very easy to work with her. I think the building looks great and I enjoy the convenience of this location.

Jillian Uresti is the best! Not only is she professional, but she is also personable, and outgoing. She was very informative during our site tour. She helped me make a final decision that would change my business for the better. She didnt brush me off because I was only in need of a smaller space (which is what happened with other realtors, brokers, and properties). Im more than pleased with the level of service I received from Jillian. While I have not moved into the property yet. My experience thus far is great. The building exterior as well as interior is very clean (no bugs, webs, dust, etc.) to be seen. The glass throughout the building is well kept also. I look at all these minor things when visiting a property and this location was by far the best. Im happy with my choice and pray much success for Jillian as she deserves it. Thanks again Jillian. Keep looking for the signs :-) I know I sure will. :-)

My company has been with boxer for a little over 2 years and weve had several different property managers during this time. Jazzmine Hill is by far the best property manager to date. Ive witnessed first hand her efforts to organize the office here and create some sort of system that was completely missing before she came. She is very accessible and personable. She is always smiling and eager to help. When we needed to find an office in another city (Dallas) , she got right on top of it. We were contacted by property management from Dallas the same day. I would definitely recommend Jazzmine.

Great location, fast temperature response time, excellent conference/training room available, excellent management (Debra) and leasing rep (Stephanie). Price is fair.

I have been a tenant here at 2500 E TC Jester and we have been through several property manager and no one has been as attentive as Jazmine, In the past the managers have not responded to my needs nor have they been as willing to work with us as Jazmine. Boxer made the right move by bringing her aboard hopefully they do not move her from this location.
