I really wish I could give it 0 stars. Buyer beware. After you initially go through the sales process- be prepared for complete lack of communication for repairs and even customer service regarding general questions. I have been requesting a buyoff quote for our forklift for over a month. They will tell you, you need to contact their financial institution DLL, which will keep looping you in circles. One month still no quote. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY- it has been a nightmare because apparently no one knows how to generate a payoff quote.

Bought one forklift very happy. Bought a second forklift and asked that it be equipped with the same safety equipment and forks and it didnt happen. After many months and several attempts to get the equipment and even offering to pay we still do not have it. Terrible after the sale service. Ordering another forklift but not from these guys.

This place takes too much time to do any repairs. Save yourself some money and time and just use someone else. The guy came with the wrong seal kits TWICE and wants to bill for labor. Not a good business practice.
