The owners ad staff are Amazing people!!Beyond just helping with all your tool needs they take an interest in your projects and who you are as a person. Hey give the best advice and help and even go out of their way to help you personally with your project!!I feel they are real pillars of the community and outstanding in character.Oh, and they have a lot of really great tools to rent too for almost any project..

I visit total rental for the frist time , they where nice friendly people they treat you right and the prices not bad i can say cheapest price in town machines work like new

These guys are fantastic! They know their stuff and are super friendly and easy to work with. From equipment to tools to concrete, it seems like these guys do it all. They bust @$$ to get you taken care of and really have the customer in mind. They also actually know how to mix their concrete. Their mix is just right for the job. I dont use anyone but Total Rental whenever I need something.

Place is phenomenal. Great customer service. Also the prices are some of the cheapest around. Solid!

Amazing place to rent from!

Please note that the information on uhaul website is rather ambiguous and somewhat vague. The location that we were directed to was TOTAL RENTAL. I cant remember the name of the man that called me but he was very rude and told me that his truck was suppose to be returned earlier that day on 8-16-2020 and threatened to report it stolen. Yes, the U-Haul truck that was still being paid for because they had all my payment information. I would NEVER RENT FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN.

Great place , this is where I get all my rentals from. , great machines to pick from very friendly staff , and its good on the wallet, I would recommend this place.for any contractors , instead of home depo , just me , but I have a great experience with them this year , and wish them the best this year comming

All of their tool rental equipment need serious attention! The number one word I can use is Maintenance lots! and lots! of Maintenance!!!!! I lost the whole day of work due to their equipment. dont waste your time or money!

A review request popped up as I visited site for tool info, usually I will ignore. But this is such an outstanding business and I would love to tell the world how pleased I am, and have been for many years. I would hate to have to own & operate a rental business- period. The time and trouble to maintain, clean, educate customers, etc. pertaining to not just tools, but some serious heavy equipment and specialty products with some serious risks & liabilities also. The hassles of keeping this stuff in tip-top shape and accepting the risks and damages that just seem to happen when guys use someone elses tools. But Earl, daughter & crew have always made me feel like a king, and made sure I was completely prepared and satisfied with any and everything I have rented. He runs this business with great pride and honor, and actually cares about his customers and our safety & happiness.

On Saturday the 19 of March I went and rented a ditch- witch to dig some lines I needed to run the utilities to my new double wide home. This is not the first time to have rented one from them however the last time I renter it worked just fine. When I complained to the manager and requested a refund since my lines were not done He told me I must have gotten something done because I had used a half of a tank of gas and there was dirt on the machine from trying to get and keep the thing running.He also said they had just bought the business and the previous owners had not preformed maintenance on the equipment. Yet they were still renting it out with a lack of maintenance. He Gave me back 100.00 of the 209.00 and asked me to please leave So next weekend I will Have TO FIND A MORE REPUTABLE DEALER AND RENT ANOTHER.PLEASE FIND YOURSELF A MORE REPUTABLE PLACE TO RENT.
