Took my car to replace a rusted manifold with broken studs. Price is good and job is done. The only thing is that it took longer than I expected

Well the place was initially recommended by a dealership to have the engine rebuild, work took longer that expected because of their personal issues, engine was never painted or cleaned of plastic residue left from the overheated parts. They took almost 3 months to finish the work that should have taken 2 weeks. When I got my car back the inside was full of cigarette ashes, a scratch in the good and broken grille. I believe everyone tries to do a good job but professionalism and responsability is owe to the customer if you own a business and perform a job for a customer.
