I have been working closely with Accounting Principals (Ruben Acosta) for over 2 years now in order to advance my career. They have been very helpful through every step of the process. Everyone at their office is always very welcoming, from their reception desk to their staffing managers. Wonderful agency and the staff is super friendly. Ellise Groos helped immensely. She was able to provide me with a position that I love in less than two weeks. I referred two friends, and they both got a position that they love within the same time frame. Nothing less than a great experience.

The reviews you see about Kylie and no one answering the phone or emails are all correct. Im a Human Resources professional with over 5 years of experience and have worked at major corporations in Houston. Im a valuable asset to any team I join. Kylie will often advise she is submitting your resume for an amazing company that will totally love you and then NEVER responds after that. We started contact in March - I interviewed the end of March - Ive called maybe 10 times since then and was able to speak to my recruiter ONCE out of the 10 times I called. And when I spoke to her that ONE time - she blamed her silence on her phone not working..... pathetic. She never called back or returned any of my emails - even when I sent her an updated resume. The business practices that Ajilon thinks are acceptable are absolutely disgusting. The negative posts you see on LinkedIn about staffing agencies are all geared towards Ajilon for a reason. I feel uncomfortable writing a negative review but this is absolutely absurd. People need to stop applying to this company so they can feel the wrath of their actions. Do not support someone who thinks youre worth less than a return phone call or email.

I interviewed with the company and got Abbey Johnson as my recruiter. Everything seemed perfect and great because in the beginning she was “helping” me try to find a job but after a couple of weeks she immediately just lost contact. I tried to call and send emails to her but couldn’t get any response from her!

Great company! My recruiter was Abbey Johnson. I got an interview within a week of meeting with her and was hired on that following week; worked temp for 9 months with this company and thanks to them I was recently hired on as a permanent full-time employee! Thanks Ajilon!

This is review is specifically about Kylie Meyers. She does not respond at all. She will respond quickly in the beginning to get you to come in and sign up but once you’re signed up, she will ignore you. I guess they have to meet a qouta about signing up a certain number of people. I had to take out 3 hours of my time for this. Ajilon should let her go!. If you read the other reviews, you’ll see many people complain about her. She is in the wrong business. I have dealt with many temp agencies and this experience is amongst the worst I have dealt with.

They have worked with me to find short term and long term assignments. I hear from them almost every week, and I am accruing office experiences with every assignment. Surprised to see negative reviews. I have had a positive, pleasant experience, based on my work aptitude and qualifications. I remain optimistic for assignments in the future.

Never responds to my emails or calls. Really unprofessional. There is NEVER any recruiter in the office for you to speak with. Your better off finding employment with a different agency.

Kylie and the rest of the Ajilon team are the best recruiters in the city. If they can’t get you a job, well, it may not be in the cards for you.Maybe showing up for your interview would help...

I am very Qualified for the position I applied for. I was working with Nicole who was very sweet but after she submitted my info to a client, I havent heard back from her, been trying to contact, sent multiple messages. I felt she was very professional but would like to get a response and be advised of whats going on, whether its a yes or no. But nothing even wrote the company. Aijlon needs to be more professional in how they contact there potential employees.

I was asked to come in for an interview so I did. I drove 45 minutes to get there. Ruben was my recruiter and he told me this one company will like me for sure and they need someone right away. Got my hopes up saying that I can hear back within the same week. Never heard back anything about that position again so I emailed after couple of days and Ruben was saying that they already did the first batch of interview for the other candidates. So I asked him if he can give me an update on that and he stopped replying to my emails. They couldve at least tell me that the position is no longer available rather than just ghosting my emails. Horrible experience.

They sent me to an interview for a temp to hire position. After 4 months I was hired on with the company they set me up with. After a year I wanted to find a job with a bit better pay and contacted Ajilon again. NO ONE responded to my emails, when I called they would transfer me and hang up. I sent my resume again for a few positions they had open in their page and nothing. Not even applying through a third party like Indeed. It was honestly very unprofessional and disrespectful of them. They had a good first impression but lacked in the end.

I met with Liz at Ajilon Professional Staffing and my experience was exceptional!! Liz was very professional and very uplifting, I could not have asked for better service and follow up. I would recommend this company to anyone searching for employment!

Had an interview last WK. Seems like an ok temp agency to work with . Decent pay. I just hate that they post a million Jobs yet claim they have no work available. So if u get an interview and sent to a job then great. Otherwise u will just be added to their long list of ppl signed up. Interview lady was super nice. They use a company called First Advantage for criminal background screening by the way

Kylie Miller was my consultant and she is not attentive at all. The first job I was sent on was NOT in my scope of work. She emailed me after that about NOT HAVING ANYTHING AVAILABLE, I saw Indeed postings and Ajilon jobsite postings in my scope that I was not contacted about nor submitted on UNLESS I called Kylie and PLEADED to be submitted. I do while heartedly believe I was told that I was sent over to get rid of me. This is the worst staffing individual I have ever dealt with...avoid Kylie Miller altogether.

I must say this agency really shouldnt be in buisnessBefore reading the reviews I showed up for an Interview with Ellise Groos. She seemed like a really nice lady everything went well and yet I had to call for an update which then she informed me that the position was filled. So she said she will keep me in mind for other positions. She also stated there werent any other roles available when they clearly post new positions. I definitely understand why there are so many negative reviews this company is extremely unprofessional & seems to just want to build up a certain status of interviews with no intent to hire them. A true waist of time. Do not get your hopes up no matter how enthusiastic they sound.

They called me for an interview.It went good. But then silence.They didnt follow back on me or nothing.

Don’t waste your time! Drove an hour for an interview with them.. sounded excited through email and was well overqualified for the position!! Told me sorry but tou adress to the job location is over 45 mins, told her it’s okay I travel long distance for my job now and am a okay with it. Told me they will keep my application on file just in case a closer job comes along, horrible organization.

Im well qualified. I interviewed and NEVER received placement. I thought that on ce I met with Stuart that I would be placed in a few days. Weeks went by and nothing. Never use this agency.

I would put no stars if i could. These people post alot of posts about all these jobs that they have available but dont have one job. I drove 45 min one way to go interview for a job they said i was a great candidate for then it turns out that they dont have any payroll jobs availble but have posted the post just to get people to come in....all they are doing is building their candidate folder. DONT WASTE YOUR GAS.

I would steer clear of this agency as they do not reply to emails or voicemails after first contacting you. There needs to be an HR business etiquette training for their recruiters.
