Waste of time every experience. They are no different than Robert Half quality these days.Why call me to waste my time if I was not qualified in your opinion? Why is there a recruiter, a manager and a managers manager involved in a simple recruiting process?

In my 20+ year career I have dealt with hundreds of recruiters. Brooke Chambers and Lindsey Morgan went above and beyond my expectations with response times, interview scheduling, and a face time call to save me from a long commute in bad weather. Insight was straight forward and eager to land me this position at a company I had been targeting years prior. My experience with Insight Global has been a very positive one. I love the job they assigned me to but my recruiter took 2 weeks off of work for family issues & I tried contacting his higher ups daily so I can get paid and didn’t get a response for over a week so now I’m late on my rent and my car payment & nobody will do anything and I have to take responsibility for their mistakes. Also I’ve worked here for almost 3 full weeks without getting paid a penny when it’s supposed to be weekly pay & It’s seriously getting in the way of my ability to work because I can’t eat or buy gas or pay any bills. Wish me luck :/

This is one of the best agencies I’ve ever worked for! Insight Global recruiters work VERY hard to place you. They never gave up on me. I was unemployed and the recruiters at Insight Global worked with me for over a year to place me in the perfect position. My past experiences with other agencies were frustrating and would waste my time. Recruiters would call me, claim they had a position available for me but I would have to first come in, do a face to face interview with THEM, fill out a bunch of paper work, do all this clerical and administrative testing , then find out they actually didn’t have a position available. This would waste about 2-3 hours of my time. Then they would claim that they will keep my application on file and contact me should anything become available, NEVER to hear from them again. (Who knows what they are doing with my information). Other agencies would tell me to call in weekly to check in with them so I can be marked as “available”, but once a position would post on their website that fit my background, I would call and inquire about it, and despite me calling in available on a Monday morning, the position had already been filled. It was almost like a waiting list. Insight Global doesn’t do that. They won’t call you and waste your time. If they have an opportunity that they feel is a good fit for you, they will call you, present it to you and if you are interested, they will submit you. It’s that simple.

This has been by far the smoothest and easiest process Ive had working with a staffing agency. They found my resume, contacted me to offer me a potential placement with a great company and within a week I was offered the job. I must also say that I have been very impressed with the professionalism of the staff. They have kept me informed at all times and have made the entire process really easy!

I have been placed with HPE three times through Insight Global and my experience has been good. If you like contract work like I do this is a great place. I have had contracts extended which is always a good thing, and I have already been invited to stay again, so I guess your experience will depend on how well you perform.They made me Team Lead the 3rd time back, so I have no complaints because I am being judged based on performance.

Ive had more success on my job search with this group than I have with any other staffing company. Granted, its been temporary contracts, but thats more than other staffing companies have done for me so thats pretty good in comparison. Hoping to get a better job via this group.

Very unprofessional. First, I am a PhD holder scientist and my time is so valuable as the others. I was contacted in LinkedIn from a person from Insight Global (I dont wanna say a name) for a position in Houston. She took 30 to 45 mins of my time over a phone call (during the business hour) and told me to send her my resume for submitting for the discussed position to her client. A day after, I sent her my updated resume.I was waiting more than a week to get any update. Unfortunately, no update! I followed up with her and she said because of some weather issue her client didnt get a chance to review my resume. I kept waiting for any update but I didnt hear form her again for 10 days. I followed up with her again but this time she didnt even respond my email. I though she might missed my email so I followed up with her in LinkedIn where she messaged me for the first time! She ignored my message and didnt respond me! I believe anyone who you contact with them and start a business with them deserve respect ! their time , their life, their career is valuable as yours! If you dont feel you have any responsibility for anything or anyone youd better not start business with people and dont waste their time! Drafting a short email doesnt take more than a minute!

They have only offered contract jobs. Ever since I received a new agent, I never received anymore high paying jobs. So I went from 17 to 18 hr accounting jobs to 14 hr accounting jobs. Been there since 2007. Never been offered a permanent position. Ive always gotten the excuse theirs no permanent positions available at the moment. Im starting believe they dont offer permanent positions. You cannot change agents. You cant get detailed information about your insurance. Your agent is your middle man. You can never speak to someone directly. I asked to speak with someone in human resources. I was told they were not allowed to transfer anyone to HR and they will contact your agent. Example.. I had problems with my agent in the past. I spoke with someone and all they did was send me back to that same agent to resolve it when I had already asked for a new representative. So now Im at the mercy of an agent I previously had issues with. Thats probably why Im only offered low paying jobs even though my experience and education is worth way more. Put it like this, if you like being in the same place you started that you worked so hard to surpass, this is the place for you. Good job placement, good positions, depends on your agent. Ohh and I have been asking about retrieving my personal items from a job I was on last year, and they lost my stuff. I have called numerous times. So its clear they dont care. After this contract ends. Im leaving this agency. They are dressed up nice. But its modern day slavery. I just spoke with a manager, who confirmed theres nothing they can do about my belongings.. my stuff is just gone.. and they basically screwed me on insurance.. Im done with this company. I will never refer them to anyone ever again!. Even the managers dont care. Then had the nerve to call them again if I need anymore help... time to involve my lawyer at this point. Time to sue!

Jen called me from insight global: she said i think tou are the best candidate for this position... i love you resume.... blala blah blah.I said okay great and yes i am in the market.Then she ask how much you are currently working and how much are you looking for and she is not moving forward until she knows!Really? My question is: how can i be a great candidate and then you will not move forward if I dont tell you $. I think its on you then, a flawless system that they dont help until you guagr yourself.My advice to job seekers: never ever tell how much you will make or you are currently making. Period. Sll in all, I showed enthusiasm and willing to work but i am not giving $ amount. My resume speaks. I give you 2 stars because at least you greeted me.

VERY DECEITFUL!!!Horrible experience! Assistant firmly stated I had an interview, on Friday at 9:30---not subject to anything. And agreed salary was agreeable.Showed up and Morgan Brinegar advised I had too many years experience 20+ and I said it clearly states that on first paragraph of Resume.She also tried to prospect me for companies I have interviewed with ---did not reveal.Asked me would I take contract and less money in person.Called back said you were not a fit and she apologized if she miscommicated anything.Would have never dropped everything today had she not stated the interview was confirmed.VERY DECEITFUL AND THEN SHE WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO TALK TO MANAGER JUST WANTED TO ARGUE OVER THE PHONE.

I was recruited by Insight Global, for a Sr. IT Project Manager position with a leading company in the oil and gas industry, and Im extremely impressed with the vetting I underwent as well as how I was championed into my current role.My advice for others is to be confident, skillful, and let Insight Global handle the rest.

Meh pretty much sums up my experience with Insight Global. I applied for a position and was called down for an interview at the Galleria. Nice corporate offices and the interviewer was actually quite good at making me feel relaxed and comfortable. I was interviewing for an IT project management position and I thought it highly irregular that the interviewer couldnt tell me anything specific about the contract (i.e., duration, technical requirements/skills, number of staff to be supervised, budget estimates, etc.). As she explained it, the initial interview was simply a physical vetting process to ensure that I didnt have facial piercings or unseemly tattoos that might appear, well, unseemly (tats are a BIG thing in that part of Texas). So I show up properly polished and pressed, dressed in a grey pin-strip business suit, white shirt, red tie and polished shoes. I present my credentials and we go through my background. Ive over 20 years experience in IT with a MS from a leading east-coast university, with supporting degrees in Finance and Accounting. Ive been everything from a project manager to a bench technician, so my technical expertise is pretty strong. Not perfect, but certainly above-average. Anyway, the interview went quite well and ended on a very good, solid, positive up-note....and then came the silence. I NEVER heard back from them. I called and emailed my interview repeatedly....silence. Now, for those who might be suspicious, theres nothing in my background to cause them to drop me like a hot potato. Although I have a couple short breaks in my employment history because of the economy, Ive never been fired, have never had any altercations with colleagues and have never been arrested (minor moving violations notwithstanding). So GIs behavior is really quite mystifying to me.

If I could rate zero stars I would! I had the best expectations when starting with Insight Global. To begin with both of my recruiters Seth and Yanna seemed interested in helping me find employment at first, but once they placed me to a contract position it went downhill fast. For one they were both unprofessional from first giving me a completely different description of what the actual job was to not providing me a proper first day. I literally had to knock outside the doors and wait for someone to come into the office to be let inside the building. Then once I began the position there was an indecent that I was almost ran over on the job at an overnight shift and nothing once done even after reporting the incident. After only one month I was contacted by Seth over the Labor Day weekend to be told I was being terminated. I was in a state of shock since I was scheduled to go on a business trip the coming Monday. Seth had no response and said he didnt know why I was being terminated. I then tried to contact Yanna to ask her thinking she might know, but she did not return my attempts to communicate. I sent my last time sheet via email to my assigned supervisors and cc both recruiters asking to please let me know when I could exchange the company laptop and receive my personal belongings. I did not hear back from Seth or Yanna again even though I tried for several more weeks to communicate with them. One month later I receive a threatening email from Seth where he cc Yanna saying that if I did not respond right away a warrant would be issued for not returning the company laptop. In shock I responded to them both stating that I had not heard back from them in a month and that I would be happy to return to them the laptop and to please have my personal belongings. When I went to drop of the laptop I asked to speak with the person in charge of their office and I was told by another recruiter that it would not be possible since they were in meetings. At this point I was frustrated and felt bullied by the representatives at Insight Global. Seth came out to greet me in a aggressive tone. Mind you this was the first time I ever meet him face to face. I asked to receive a letter stating I was returning the laptop and asked for my belongings. I was given the letter, but was told my personal belongings had not been retrieved for me and that they would contact me the following Monday to pick up my belongings. It has been one week and I have yet to hear from anyone not Seth or Yanna about my personal belongings that were left at my first and last assignment with Insight Global. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BOTHER with this agency.

Insight Global (Houston) Is the worst experience of my working career. I was lied to about the great software position they had found for me. After signing all paperwork as a contract worker, I showed up for my 1st day at work. I was told by the Company that I was not approved to start by the HR department of Microsemi. Sent home. Didnt hear from Insight Global about the situation for a couple of weeks, saying they were working with HR of Microsemi to resolve the approval issue. After 6 weeks (YES, 6 weeks!) I was told I could start the following Monday. It turns out the Tech job at Microsemi was 95% Hardware involved, very LOUD server fans screaming all day every day, you cannont hear when someone is talking to you without removing my hearing protection, worst Trainer who talks low and with an African accent and talks to you while walking away from you so you have no idea what hes mumbling about. Then you have to deal with working for foreigners from India here on HB-1 Work Visas, not even citizens, ordering you around and talking down to you.Microsemi is the WORST place I have ever been placed in and Insight Global is a very deceitful agency...Stay away!

Had some issues with my first contract through them. We ended up terminating the contract because the recruiter had put my salary wrong. Anyhow, I have a new contract with another client of theirs and I couldnt be happier.

Avoid this company. First, youll never hear from them after been contracted by their clients. Second, good luck getting a pay raise when due, they will ignore your communications until you get irritated with your account manager and/or recruiter and contact the corporate office with complains about this unprofessional and discourteous treatment.

They do not take up for their employees, and the way they speak to you is obsurd.

Didnt like how they asked for my social security number over the phone?Just another corporation that recruits workers, so they can make a buck out of them.Modern day slavery at its best....or should I say worst?
