These guys go above and beyond to help their customers. Customer service is amazing. I live in another state and the freakin owner helped me diagnose and repair my forklift over the phone. Definitely will do business with them every chance I can.

One of the worst lift repair companies in Houston. Steer clear and avoid any services from this company as they mislead customers.We requested their services for lift repairs and the company returned back with a proposal for repair. Their prices were on average 5% higher than the market and we decided to use them due to the promises assured the lift would be repaired. The lift was returned within 16 days at our facility.Within 12 min of trying to use the lift it failed and would no longer move at all. The company had promised a 3 month guarantee on the repairs and so we contacted them again to see what happened. They sent a technician and explained that our options now was to replace certain items that had been overlooked during the initial repairs and that their warranty doesnt cover these new repairs which cost an additional $3,665. We trusted them again and request the repairs to be done. They fixed the repairs onsite and told us the lift is ready to be used. The lift was used for 11 min and then failed again and couldnt be moved. We again called the company back and was told there are more items that need to be repaired as they had incorrectly wired a few components the second time. The total cost of these new repairs was going to be an additional $7,443. Feeling mislead and attempting to extort more money, we stopped working with this company and hired another. The new company located the issue and replaced a SINGLE wire and corrected Integrals mistakes. The lift has been working perfectly fine for the past 2 months without any issues. The total cost of the replaced wire with labor was $45.00.

We called this company to come and give us a quote on fixing our Sky Jacker scissor lift......the quote was over 5k to repair. I didnt feel that was correct, one of our great employees decided to look at it himself....$600.00 later the lift is fixed. It was a Battery!

I dont have forklift or equipment for the Integral Team to repair, quite honestly. But I have known and worked with the owners for three years and what always shines through our interactions is the insane level of knowledge they have to repair your equipment, and the dedication they have to value for their clients. If I had heavy equip that needed a fix, Roy, Sam, and John would be the first people I call.

Switched over the PIT to Integral a few months ago. Service has been excellent, technician did a very thorough job on the initial PM.

We have had our forklift serviced a couple of times by Intragel Lift Trucks and they are always prompt thorough and fairly priced.

Very happy with how quickly the repair was completed and the quality of the work. Informed me of all of my options all the way through the repair.
