We had three light poles to put up in our parking lot. After calling a few crane companies in town no one was able to get out the same day at a decent price. Found Heave Ho online, I called and was greeted by Frances at 9am and scheduled me same day services at 11:30am. Crane showed up right on time, we asked the operator how long it will take to crane the posts and he said an hour in which he did it in one hour. Paid the man and he was on his way. Great team, reliable service, great customer service, 10/10 highly recommend them!P.S. Not even a smug on our light poles too I was highly impressed!

Very professional crane service. We use them all the time and they always take good care of us.

Ive used this company for over 5 years any time I needed a crane to lift something to my roof. They are always professional, on time, efficient, and very helpful making suggestions. The first couple times I used the service I was unsure what type of lift i needed. They patiently worked with me to find the exact lift without overselling me on a larger lift.

While we did not do business with them this time around? They were more than helpful. When they understood we lacked some details they had someone come right out to us. He was patient and willing to explain in detail the steps he felt should be taken. They were on top of things, and they were more than friendly. I just thought it deserved a good review to combat the others. There was nothing unprofessional here. :)

We use Heave Ho Crane on and off for our company, we have an HVAC company that does both commercial and residential. We had booked the small crane for a job out in Hempstead and it turned out the crane was too small for the job we had. We contacted Heave Ho about the issue and they had informed us that they were sending the bigger crane out with no problem. Although the problem did set us back about an hour we were still able to get everything done in a timely manner.

Horrible service driver showed up at 9:30 when we asked for 11:00am. Was told the driver would be back at 12:00pm. Well the driver didnt show up until 2:15pm. Then we were charged more than what we were told. Will not be using this company anymore.

We are a service company that is expected to keep appointments, we have been doing this for over 25 years and are exceptionally well at doing this. We were utterly dissapointed at the service we recieved from Heave-Ho. We made an appt. at 10:30am,they pushed it back to 11:30, then they never showed up till 3:00 in the afternoon. Our customer was left with out a/c because they had to shut down at 3:30,so the job was posponed,we sent two technicians back in the morning to finish at our expense. There mistake cost us nearly the price we paid them for their services,so its like we paid twice. They felt that a 30 dollar discount wAs enough to resolve this, when their mistake cost us nearly 300 dollars.We do not recommend this company at all and tell other servie companies to be cautious when using Heave-ho Crane.
