Not only are they good, they are quick. They are not too personable but customer service was still great. I got my laptop fixed within 3hrs. The price for labor is not too expensive. They also didnt require an in house diagnosis. He listened to my description of the problem and confirmed and then replaced the part. I will most definitely use this iPC Repair for future electronic issues.

A lot of the reviews state that they work fast, which is true, but if you want a screen that is going to last and not have immediate issues this is not the spot for you. I went in a couple of months ago for a screen repair and they were faster and cheaper than competitors, but after I got my repair back I experienced ghost touching in some areas months later. Unfortunately, the screen cracked before I could make it back to the store when the phone fell from the seat of my car to the car floor, maybe a foot and a half drop, with the screen protector they provided on it.I went back in for another repair and expressed the issues I was having. After telling them about the ghost touching I was informed that any defects of the screen warranted a free repair.About a week ago, I had another problem with the screen. The digitizer on the left side of my phone went out. The phone hadnt been dropped and there were no cracks on the screen. Literally took it out of my pocket and the digitizer was messed up. I returned to the store to show them the defective screen and get my defective screen fixed like they said would for defective screens. They didn’t stand by their word and tried to give me a small discounted price on a repair. I took my device to another shop and I can already tell the difference in quality and durability.There was no professionalism to work through my issue. It’s a waste of money to use this repair shop because there repairs are cheap, fragile and short-lived. You’re just going to be back either at this shop or another one...might as well go to one that’s going to repair your screen with quality and durable screens.

I’m quite satisfied with the service provided by iPC Repair! My ASUS Laptop wouldn’t power on the day after relocating to the Houston area. I was near panic mode thinking I’d be without my computer with a historic winter storm on the way (what a welcome lol). I dropped my laptop off & within a few hours, I was back in business & prepared to weather the storm (it was a loose screw on the motherboard)! I’m so grateful for the speedy service Freddy and the team provided. I came back for a second time & once again, they have saved the day. Looks like it was a battery issue this time. (I don’t think my laptop enjoys traveling lol) Thank you guys!

MacBook screw/battery problem: Quick backstory, I’ve been having battery issues with my MacBook Air and been trying for months to remove the screws on the back of my laptop that were stripped. I went to several “MacBook professionals“ without any success. They would try and fail. They wouldn’t even touch my MacBook until i paid a ridiculous fee. Lucretia was so patient, respectful, and professional with me. Excellent care and customer service. She went above and beyond to fix my problem.Thank you Lucretia!

Im so thankful I found this place, this guys are good at what they do! brought my laptop for repair because for some reason the screen would freeze all the time, They fixed it in 2 days, a week later it started having issues again but they guaranteed their repair and did not charge me a dime for inspecting it and fix whatever problem it had,will definitely be coming back!

Freddy and his team are very knowledgeable and helpful. My iPhone 6 screen kept fading black so I went to iPC Repair to have the screen replaced, assuming it was an issue with the screen. It cost $60 to replace the screen and I was in and out in less than 20 mins. They also offer a warranty in case you have any issues. Unfortunately, the screen stopped working a few days later. It turns out it was an issue with the motherboard not the iPhone screen so they provided the $60 refund. During the whole process, Freddy was very friendly. Great customer service.

My iMac speaker stopped working, they where way cheaper than apple and much faster. Would certainly return if I needed any apple product repairs. They had fantastic service at a reasonable price!

I took my iPhone X in yesterday to replace a cracked screen. The repair was $60 cheaper than a shop a couple blocks away. While the gentleman who helped me was pleasant and efficient, his replacement of my iPhone X screen caused Face ID to no longer work. I went back today and it cannot be fixed, seriously reducing the value of my phone. They offered 50% off the cost of the screen replacement, but it has yet to hit my credit card so I am not sure it will happen. Very disappointing.

I needed my son’s cracked MacBook Air screen repaired. They replaced with a used screen that looks brand new. Screen and computer look great. Service was very friendly and quickly done. I left it overnight and picked it up the next day. Pricing was very reasonable, much less than what I saw the going price on the Internet was.

Laptop had a busted screen. Called ahead to see how long it would take. They said about an hour. They checked their stock to see if the replacement part was there. It was. Brought it in and it took just shy of an hour to fix. Very fast and efficient. I highly recommend bringing your computer in for repair. Just make sure they have the replacement part in stock before going in.

I own a virtual practice and was really concerned when my Mac wouldn’t start up properly! Everywhere was closed but these guys saved the day... with less than a hour left of their work day! They were very kind and I truly truly appreciate their hard work! If I have ANY issues..I won’t be considering anywhere else but here! Highly recommend!

Good laptop and phone repair shop

I recently had to take my CPU from work to Freddy to get it repaired; since it was my work unit I needed every file on it to remain on it. Freddy was thorough and never hesitated to call me (or take my call) if he had a question about our procedures or information. It was ready before the promised date, and on a holiday weekend as well, and the price was more than fair!

I only use this repair place the pieces are out of this world. They are the cheaps out of everyone I ever tried to use. The men who work there have great customer service and they are the only two I like to deal with when I go there.When the lady is there I dont use their store her customer service is not good. That is the only thing I dont like about this place but I will send everyone their because of the two great people who work there.

Cracked iPhone screen and cracked MacBook Pro screen- very nice staff, worked quickly-phone back in an hour and MacBook back in two days- perfect condition!!! Will most definitely be using them again!!

Freddy and his staff are experts. They are very knowledable and take the time to educate you about your devices and the repair process. I think their prices are fair and their repairs are well done.

They charged me $35 for a laptop diagnosis and they said it costs $200 to fix it. which was more than the laptop price. Then, they charged me extra $30 to recover to recover a small folder. only small folder. I got the lap top to somewhere else and they repaired it for $50. I dont recommend this guys at all. they are not fair. try other places.

Freddy was very courteous in explaining to me the repair process. He did a great job replacing the battery on my Mac air and the charge port on my iPhone 7. I’m glad I came here instead elsewhere.

I dropped liquid on my MacBook pro and took a trip to the apple store, they quoted me $1,275 to repair, which i was going to go ahead and do, but then asked if i could get my data which I really needed, i had my finals and all my work was there, (i know i spilled liquid) but really needed it. They said that i would loose everything, so i looked around before moving forward with the repair, long story short, these guys did not only recover all my files, but repaired the laptop for half the price than the apple store did! I AM SOOO HAPPY!!!Thank you iPC!!!!

I broke part of the back glass on an iPhone 5s. They replaced it quickly and at a reasonable cost. Good walk-in service. Theres a couch where you can wait if the repair doesnt take too long.

I took my macbook pro to the apple store to get it fixed and they quoted me an outrageous price and told me that it will take a week to get done..so I brought it to ipc repair. They quoted me less than half what apple was charging me and was done in less than an hour! This guys are the best and very honest. I will highly recommend them for any apple product repair.
