Dropped off clothing on Tuesday for a Thursday pickup. I was told to come at 4 PM. When I arrived to pick up my clothing, I was told that the clothes simply werent ready and to come back Friday. When I told the woman I couldnt do that, as I needed my work pants, she told me to come back at 6 PM. I arrived at 6 PM per her instruction only for her to actually SHOO me out of the shop and told me to come back in 5-10 minutes as she still wasnt finished. When I came back at 6:15 PM, she asked me why I needed beach clothes so urgently and laughed, even though I was picking up my work clothes (as well as a few sundresses). Extremely unprofessional. Will not use again. Paid over 100 dollars for clothes that now smell of mothballs - the smell is STILL in my car. Do not recommend.

Very professional on time every time

Polo gets your clothes dry cleaned economically. They are not super expensive and do a good job. They are also good at alteration services and should be used if there are old clothes you want to fit into again. The service turnaround is usually a day, unless you are in a hurry. An ideal spot for getting things done economically.

The absolute best! I came in at 8 am the day before my wedding because I had lost weight even in 2 weeks time and the dress didn’t look or feel right. (It was not a huge poofy wedding dress a flowy type for a small wedding) she agreed she could do the alteration pull in an inch on each side and take inch out of the straps. She stayed 1 hour past closing so I didn’t have to rush the next morning to pick up. I cried because I was so grateful! They did not charge me an arm and a leg either! Literally saved the day for me and my dress fit perfect!!

They were very nice, but I paid them $15 to destroy $50 worth of fabric.I brought in some thick velvet to be pretreated before working with it. The mess on the right is what I got back! I had to go back to the store to purchase 2 more yards, shown in the left.Shame on me for not checking before I left or getting a receipt!!! :(

Great location and reasonable price for their service. The lady was good at the service and I picked up my suits at the right scheduled time. Excellent service. Only thing it didnt receive a 5star is the the store can be keep a little bit tidy and the location is not easily visible from a distance

As every high school student knows, its prom season and buying a dress is already super stressful and a lot of work!! I had found the perfect dress for a special night, but it was too long!!! ): Luckily, I found this place and the lady was able to hem my dress up in short notice. She was very nice and very cooperative, she listened to all of my needs and fixed the dress to my exact preference. Not only was her work spot-on, the price was very fair and cheap considering how well she did. Im so happy I found this place because I will be coming back and ONLY here in the future!

Had two new suits tailored, got me in quick and turned around my suits a few days earlier than I expected. Really nice people and did a professional job. All in all, I like the place a lot and will continue to use them for tailoring.

This place is amazing and they made my clothes sharp and fly. The pricing is fair and there should not be anything to complain about. The owner is very nice and answers every questions I have. I encourage people to come to atleast check it out

Bought pants from H&M the other day without trying them on (mistake) and although they fit in the waist, the pants were about 2 inches too long. Called this place and the lady said she could have it altered before the end of the day. Dropped them at 11am and came back at 6:30pm and they were altered perfectly.

Quality work reasonably priced

Friendly people, but I have deducted two stars because I have given my trousers to alter the length several times, half of the time the thread comes off after first wash. They dont return the dress on promised time, so you have to tell them the deadline as at least one day ahead of your required date. Last visit, my husband had to wait 20 minutes until she sew it although he went to pick it up one day later than the promised day.

Did a good job getting a tough leather stain off my khakis.

Left two garments for alteration. Some of the work wasnt done at all, some was done with sloppy disregard for quality. Staff cant or wont follow instructions, even when given in writing. Terrible experience.

Gotta give this place 10stars! My son is in the Marines and needed some last minute patches put on his uniforms and the ladies got the job done for him with in 24hrs... Thanks alot!!

I went to get an estimate for cleaning my sofa covers, I went there with one cushion as sample and the picture of the whole sofa. I was given an estimate and when I went to pick it up I was charged much more, they said it was too dirty. Why wasnt I told that when I went to get the estimate? Couldnt you call me to inform so I could decide? I am not going back here.

Terrible customer service. Came in to pick up my alteration and was made to wait 20mins while she sewed something for another customer who was waiting. When I asked to get help she just waved me off. I am never coming here again
