OMG Ana is AMAZING! I was kind of down about shopping by myself (for multiple reasons) but she made the experience so great. I’ll remember her forever! Honestly I did find the same dress a little cheaper at another store (at a later date) but it was her customer service that brought me back (no exaggeration whatsoever). She even got me in when she was already booked with an appointment, so busy but tended to us all with a smile. She’s amazing, their dresses are amazing, just go and check them out.

As a plus sized bride I was worried about trying on dresses, but had my heart set on a Maggie Sottero carried here. Ana was so nice and helpful, even though she had to balance me and another bride for the first half of my appointment. She was so supportive, picked out some great dresses for me to try, and found the perfect hair piece to match my dress! I ended up with my original dream dress I came in wanting to try, and my family had a great time! Thank you Ana!

I said yes to my wedding dress today here and my experience could not have been more wonderful! Ana was so sweet and helpful the entire time! She never made me feel pressured, was respectful of my budget, and i never felt nervous when asking for help from her. Her customer service was truly amazing. I am so happy with my dress, it is absolutely stunning and the price was great!

The 5 star review is for Ana and a former employee, Brandy. They were so patient with me because it was so hard for me to make a decision on a dress. I must have tried on close to 50 dresses. Ana was nice enough to try working with a Manufacturer that no longer made a dress that I liked. I ended up picking a different dress anyway. And even after picking the dress I was helped with alterations and many questions. Ana would even text me! So thankful for her!In regards to the dress shop itself, it has soooo many dress options and I enjoyed going there more than David’s Bridal. The attendants actually help you get in the dress. Pin you and pay attention to you here. But the actual shop is a bit outdated. I didn’t mind this but it’s not what you see on shows like say yes to the dress. Just a heads up. I was a bit disappointed that after purchasing a dress AND doing alterations with them I was not given an actual Garment Bag. My dress came in a long plastic bag. Also steaming my dress was not included with the alterations so that was a bummer. All in all I would return to purchase here!

This review is for Annas customer service. She was very professional yet personable over the phone & at the store. She spent time searching online & by phone to try to get the particular dresses my daughter was interested in trying on. She was able to get us a significantly better quote on a dress that my daughter tried on & liked at a different store.

I made an appointment and Ana was my consultant. Ana was so kind and helpful especially since I had to go alone to the consultation. She went above and beyond to service me by acknowledging what I was looking for. I showed her a picture of a dress I tried on at another place and informed her my personality needed to show up more. She allowed me to search their inventory and pull dresses. She also pulled dresses for me. I tried on a few gowns and she filled with excitement for me. She informed me that she has the ideal dress in mind for me with all the features I was looking for. My eyes beamed with excitement when I saw the dress. To my surprise it was a dress I would not have picked off the rack and tried on. My advice is to keep an open mind and allow Ana to be the expert in finding the gown. The dress Ana picked gave me inner happiness looking at it and once I put the gown on I was glowing! Ana was so gracious to share her excitement for me. She even took pictures and helped me arrange my hair so I could apply a veil. Ana is truly passionate about helping people find a dress! I am very excited about the wedding gown that Ana picked out for me to wear on my wedding day! I would like to thank Ana; my family and friends are appreciative for her help. Even though she was busy helping other customers that had appointments, she made time answer my questions. If you need to try on dresses you have to make an appointment. And their hours are from 12-5 right now. There was bridal and prom dress.

I said yes to the dress at Panache! The ladies were super nice and very helpful. The dress was a little outside of my price range but they were understanding and allowed for us to set up a payment plan. Beautiful dresses, beautiful workers, loved everything about it!

This store will rip you off!!! I put a down payment for three dresses at this shop (prom and 2 debutante dresses). Due to the pandemic and events being canceled, I had to cancel purchasing the three dresses and Panache refused to refund the down payment I put on the dresses. The employees and owner continued to give me and my mom the runaround and would not answer the phone even when saying they would call us back and figure it out. No alterations were made to any of the dresses. Therefore, the dresses could be put back on the floor and sold to someone else.A pandemic is completely out of my hands and with me being an incoming college student, I really needed the money. They continued to say “you can just accept a store credit” but my question is, when will I ever need formal attire again? Especially in the middle of a pandemic. I filed a dispute with my bank and panache appeal that dispute and took the money back out of the account! Don’t waste your time here!!!

Randomly stopped by to look at wedding dresses one day on my way to work. I found a dress that I loved for a great price and did not want to miss out so, I paid a deposit immediately. However, during my work shift I couldn’t stop obsessing over the fact that I’d only tried on about 3 dresses and did NOT take the time to view many other options. After stressing over this for hours, I called the store back, explained my dilemma, and asked to come back in the next day to view more dresses. They were extremely patient and understanding with me allowing me to view more gowns! Ana was absolutely amazing!!!! I told her my price range and what I was looking for. She was so on point with the selection of gowns that she provided me with! The entire staff is so sweet and attentive! They made my experience so smooth and stress-free! Panache has beautiful gowns at great prices!!! I absolutely recommend shopping with them!!! I’m so glad that I randomly stopped by!

Ana was extremely helpful! I came in to get a dress ordered that I seen the store carried by the designer Sotterro Midgley. I ended up trying on some of their other dresses just so I can good visual of how the dress would look on me. Customer service was great and best of all I got a great special with the black friday discount and they work great with payment plans! They also have a great selection of bridesmaid dresses. I would definitely recommend this bridal shop.

Very disappointing. Store hours do not match whats posted on the website. The dresses they show to be in stock on the website are not in stock. They showed over 30 dresses in my size only to have only 2 available. Very Disappointing!

Panache bridal has made my entire wedding experience a headache and stressful. I would never recommend this place to any brides orBridesmaids unless you want the headache and added stress. To begin, I placed an order for 8 bridesmaids dresses April 1st, 2019. Upon placing this order we were advised by Anna and Brandy that the dresses will arrive late July. July came and no dresses were here nor were any phone calls made out to me. I had to call in myself to find out that there was a manufacturer delay. I talked to the store manager in August , Villa who was very rude she kept cutting us off and was not at all sympathetic. She constantly had to let me know that they have been in business for 26 years and Anna has been here for years. For a company being around for that long then there should have been a lot more professionalism and not me or my maid of honor having to contact the store almost every week to get an update on ourorder. We finally got the dresses in mid August only for the dresses to not fit my bridesmaids correctly!! I found out that they do not have plus sizes for my girls to try on and instead just measured them and gave them sizes they think would fit them which requires multiple alterations. They “tried” to make things right by giving 1 of the 8 girls free alterations with their seamstress who still did a terrible job. I could go on about how terrible my experience was with Panache but I advise every one to read the bad reviews because they are absolutely correct.

I had the best wedding dress shopping experience one could hope for and a huge part of that is because of Ana, she is like the wedding dress fairy God Mother, she made sure that everything I envisioned came true. This place was amazing!!! Im pretty sure I found my wedding dress already. I fell in love with most of the dresses I tried on, they have such a beautiful, vast selection. Brandi was beyond patient and so helpful! She encouraged me to try different dress styles that I didnt want, but ended up loving. She definitely knows what shes doing! She was amazing, definitely will be asking for her when I go back with my bridesmaids. The prices of the dresses I liked were a little over my budget, but I did see a section with much cheaper dresses. There are plenty of dresses there to give everyone options. If you are in need of any dresses (formal, wedding, prom, etc.) you have to stop here! Brandi definitely made the experience lovely. Im almost positive I will be back soon to say yes to the dress!

I had one of the worst experiences ever shopping at Panache, i was a bridesmaid, one of the associates measured me herself and ordered my dress too small making me have to get alterations which still were horrible because the day of the wedding my dress was Falling off of me and too loose and i was having a hard time keeping it up comfortably. I found a dress i liked for my own wedding but the service was so bad i cancelled my order even though i had already paid on the dress but i would rather not deal with the horrible service they provided us with. I would not advise anyone to shop with them EVER

I was at first a bit skeptical to go to the salon because from the outside it does look a bit dated however they offer quite a lovely selection of gowns, even plus sizes and they carry some great designers. The staff is NOT pushy at all and they actually listen to what you want and need. Unlike other large bridal salons... cough cough Davids Bridal.... who just churn brides and bridesmaids along all day long. Anyway, getting off point. I wanted to say how HAPPY I am with my dress and not only that but I received an amazing discount buying the sample AND they let me do a lay away plan. THAT IS UNHEARD OF!!!! The layaway fee was only $35 and I had to put a small amount down (very small) the same day! They worked out a payment schedule to fit my budget and time frame. I am just so excited!! Brandi is the bomb and I will be forever thankful for her and her time. God knows I went in there 3 times to try gowns but I got the one!! Thank you!! Cant wait to get married in October!!

After months and months of a multi-state search, I finally found the dress of my dreams in Texas! I’m from Kentucky and was having a tough time finding an amazing gown for my wedding. Panache had a wide variety of beautiful plus size gowns that I could try on. Ana was very friendly and professional! She made sure that I found a gown that made me look and feel amazing! Five star service!!

The lady was extremely nice and helpful and they had so many dresses to choose from. They also offer alterations if need be in a pinch. Would highly recommend to anyone, whether on a budget or not. Took my future sister-in-law and some of the bridal party here on Saturday to find a dress. We had a great experience with Brandi and found a few options! We went to 3 other places over the weekend, but couldnt find anything and had terrible experiences with the consultants!! Made it back to Panache with 30 minutes to spare on Sunday and the bride bought a dress. Brandi was amazing!!

Brandi was amazing! I had a relatively small budget for my dress, and there were lots of very beautiful but reasonably priced dresses to choose from at Panache. Brandi was so helpful and sweet too. She took my concerns for sticking to the budget seriously and helped me to figure out what kind of style I was looking for (she picked out the one I chose in the end!). I would highly recommend Panache and ask for Brandi!

Mrs. T is the seamstress there and she does great work! My wedding is on 10/20/2018 and my dress fits perfectly because of her. She is knowledgeable and has solutions for all fit issues. I felt very confident and comfortable with her altering my dress.

Ana was super helpful!. Im a mother of a bride and it was the hardest decision to make when picking out a dress. I was on line looking at so many different websites. I almost ordered my dress out of state . But luckily I called Panache here locally and Ana was able to get the dress for me! WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!! Do not go here !!! When I went in to get my fitting there was only one dress ,a size 8 . I tried it on and it fit big. So the manager said I would be a size 6. My mom ordered it with her dress as well. When we went in on Saturday to pick up the dresses, we realized they gave me a 10!! I tried it on and it was huge on me. Then the manager had the nerve to tell me that she was doing me a favor by getting me the skirt that fit my waist. My mom offered me to take her size 8 when the manager said that my waist was to big to fit my moms dress. Who says that to a thirteen year old who has a low self esteem already and makes it worst! I felt like crying. There was other people around and it just made me feel so much more insecure and embarrassed about my body than I already am. And not just that, there’s roughly about 8 bridesmaids counting me and I was so excited to be part of the first wedding I’ve ever gone to. But thanks to the manager messing up my dress and my mom not getting refunded I can’t. So my first time going to a wedding is ruined because they couldn’t get my size right. And on top of that my self esteem about myself is now way worst and my aunt has more stress than happiness :(And she messed up not just on my dress but on other bridesmaids too. I don’t understand why we can’t all get our money back. My mom says that we’re stuck with the dresses and we can’t afford new ones. The only way I can participate is if all the other girls get their money and give their dresses back.That’s the least they could do for messing up my aunts beautiful wedding by messing her bridesmaids orders. If only we could turn the time back and read all the reviews before going here and wasting our time and money.

I purchased and paid $257 for a dressin early September, for my grand daughter for Homecoming.The dress was out of stock and I was not called until 2 weeks later, to be informed, then it was too late to order another dress.I asked for a refund and it is 2 months later and I still have not received my refund. I have called twice and was told that Panache would check with their I T department to find out why refund was not applied to my account,. no one ever called me back. I dont find this kind of response to be acceptable for a respectable company. All I want is a refund

My mom needed a dress and the sales lady was attentive and kind. My mom found a dress, but it needed to be altered. Being that the sales lady told us they had an in-house seamstress my mom decided to use the seamstress. We were told we needed an appointment to see the seamstress. My mom scheduled an appointment. You are expected to pay up front the cost of alterations.My mom wanted some cap sleeves added, the dress to be hemmed and adjusted to fit her.When we show up for the appointment, my mom is escorted to a dressing room and told to put on the dress and wait for the seamstress. My mom puts on the dress and we wait for the seamstress. While waiting another woman walks into the room where the seamstress is and cuts in front of my mom. So I guess appointments aren’t really necessary. When my mom finally sees the seamstress, the seamstress is called away to go help a sales lady get another woman out of a dress that was too small for her. The sales lady was afraid the dress would tear and then the zipper was stuck.The seamstress comes back and my mom informs her what services she would like. The seamstress then gets some scissors and begins to cut the dress to shorten the skirt. Once the seamstress is done, my mom tells her when she’ll need the dress.When my mom goes to pick up the dress, the cap sleeves are just two pieces of leftover tulle from the pieces cut off from the bottom of the dress the ends are all frayed. The tulle is also frayed at the bottom of the skirt. You can tell the seamstress did not do anything to it after cutting it with the scissors. The dress is also too tight. My mom asks if the seamstress if it is possible to loosen the dress and the seamstress’ recommended my mom eat only salads for the remainder of the week. My mom tells the seamstress she is also unhappy with the sleeves and the seamstress removes them and at least refunds my mom the fee for the sleeves. I am not sure if this seamstress has any help or just takes on too many projects, but if you use her be prepared to have a back up plan.I ended taking the dress to Memorial City Tailors and thank God they were able to save the dress.I gave two stars one for the nice sales lady, for the dress and the fact my mom got some of her money refunded. As for the in-house alterations, I would recommend someone else. You pay so much money for a dress and for it not to be altered correctly is just not right.

I went to look for a 15 dress. The lady helping me had such a great attitude.She located the dress in the store.She Allowed me to put on the hoop skirt and the dress.She gave me shoes and a tiara to try on as well. She also set us up with a plan and found ways to bring down the prics.Trying on the dress and taking pictures were free as well. I 100% recommend this shop.i did see if you are looking for a bridal dress you do need to make an appointment

I had been looking everywhere for the dress I wanted.Unfortunately the dress I was after was discontinued and the only place that had one left was Panache Bridal in Texas. (Bearing in mind I live in the UK)I was a bit sceptical about purchasing a $1,300 dress online but everything went so smoothly.I cannot praise this shop enough!! They were absolutely fantastic, especially Ana.Nothing was too much trouble for this shop, they sent pictures of the dress for me, arranged postage and put it in a smaller box so the cost wouldn’t be too high, always answered my emails and phone calls.The dress arrived yesterday and I cannot be anymore happier. It is perfect and fits so well. There were no problems with the dress and it was packaged really well.Overall I want to thank you Panache Bridal for helping me receive my dream wedding dress.

Your employee, Anna, was simply amazing. My daughter got married in July 2018, and we purchased the brides maid dresses here. Two of the brides maids became pregnant and the dresses did not fit as planned, Anna came to the rescue. She not only found a dress in the right color but was able to get it in plenty of time for alterations. Also Anna was a huge help in assisting me with the appliques for my daughters wedding dress. I found a dress online that had to be purchased by an outlet before I could try the dress on. I called several other high end dress stores to ask them to purchase it for me, but I didnt know which size dress would fit because the size chart implied I was between sizes. Every other store told me I had to purchase the dress at the full retail amount and could not return it if I chose the wrong size. Only Panache offered to let me put a non-refundable deposit on the dress for the amount they had to pay the distributor so they could order it at no risk to them and reduced risk to me. They asked me to come into the store so they could verify my measurements and help me decide which of the 2 sizes I should purchase so I wouldnt have to purchase both sizes. When they compared my measurements with the designer I was between sizes like I thought, so we looked at the shape of the dress to determine which was the best choice. There was only 1 dress left (it was an older collection) in that size, and they stayed on the phone with the distributor to make sure there was no error with this dress, that we received a confirmation number for the order, and we received all contact information for the person we talked to. When the dress came in they helped me try it on with no obligation to pay the remaining amount due even if it did fit and I didnt like it. I did like it, it fit perfectly, and I felt like I had received amazing customer service even though they had no guarantee they would make a sale from me.

I accompanied a friend looking for a dress to wear to an award ceremony. The store manager was so amazing an helpful. My friend did find the dress she was looking for an it was fitted for her. She just picked it up an its amazing!!!!

Terrible experience. Im writing on behalf of my fiance. Her bridesmaid ordered their dresses through this place. They say they have 25 years of service but I doubt that. Highly doubt that. Whenever there was a problem they seem to blame it on the manufacturer. Because its stated in their contact theyre not liable for manufacture issues. So to all the future brides and bridesmaids please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Reading all the negative reviews and my own experiences I think maybe some people were expecting million dollar dresses and only coming in with a $1000 budget and expected these ladies to perform miracles. First off my wedding isnt until 2020. I dont know whats a budget this is my first wedding. After going to another bridal store and being treated horribly I came to Panache. OMG!! Ana on Friday and near closing time was nothing short of ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! She never left my side and help me try on like 10 dresses. Shes actually features in a few dress photos. I had to come back on Monday to take care of a few loose ends and met Brandy. She was just as AMAZING as Ana. They both help me try on a few more dresses and were absolutely wonderful. Again very near closing. I love these ladies and hope they will attend my very special day

The gowns are just fine, you can get some of the gowns in other shop as well. But I paid for the beads be fixed they the seamstress will check for all the missing buttons and beads. But when I had the gown, there are still a couple of beads missing. Then when I told them about it, the seamstress just say I dont have it.... it just sad that some of the workers are efficient and hardworking, but tainted with some unprofessional workers.

After 5 mos. of looking and searching, Finally found a gown! I love this place every bride will surely do like this place... Thank you for the big help specially to ms Anna. Even if she is attending 1 bride she was still helpful.

I love Maria and T! They had amazing customer service, are very knowledgeable of dresses and materials, and work fast. I actually found them after I bought an overpriced dress elsewhere and took it in to get alterations... the place I took it to ruined my dress from it being too short in the front to having holes the size of a half dollar. This was the day before Harvey hit so T took my dress home and had it finished and perfect by Tuesday! Natural disaster... no problem, Panache will make sure your dress needs are met!!! Before going to Panache I had already been to six other appointments to try on wedding dresses and was feeling discouraged because I had not found a dress yet. Yulia helped me find the perfect dress and veil. It felt wonderful to see my mother almost cry to see me look so beautiful.

I was very sceptical about this place because of all the negative reviews but decided to give it a chance. I am glad I did, Ana was very kind, patient, and AMAZING!! I cant remember the other girls names but they were amazing as well. I really loved that they were not scared to be honest, I was able to find my bridesmaids dress. Thank you guys!!

I paid for my dress and for the alterations. When I arrived to pick up my dress they said I had a balance. Then I had to wait while they pulled out boxes of paper receipts..... eventually they found that I had in fact paid, but the dress was not altered! In the end, I left without my dress. I gave them 3 stars because they did agree to deliver my dress to me the next week. Its a good thing my wedding isnt this weekend!

The dresses are jaw dropping, They have sizes for anyone. If you need your dress custom made to fit your size they are always on point.

My daughter found an amazing prom dress here. For about $500, it was unique and absolutely stunning on her. Couldnt have been happier.

I’ve been in numerous weddings and this is the first time I experience this poor service. For a business that’s been open for years should had been up front on how long this will take to receive the dresses. We didn’t get our dress till late AUGUST mind you the wedding was in September. Instead they kept lying and never call to give us a update. We shouldn’t have to contact you about the status of bridesmaids dresses. ZERO ZERO ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! GO AT YOUR OWN RISK IF YOU WANT TO HAVE HORRIBLE ALTERATIONS, CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS, and time management issues.

I give this place two stars and both of these stars are only for one person, Vanessa. She made me feel like a bride and helped me find everything I needed. She definitively went above and beyond and I will forever be grateful to her for this. She is the only reason I brought my family, grooms men, and brides maids to get their dresses and tux here. Prices were not cheap, but because she was so nice and helpful I knew it was going to be worth it. The rest of the staff there was not super mean, but they are just not good at what they do. They dont understand that when it comes to a wedding they should make the client feel that they care. They did not do this for me. Every time I needed help I had to wait until Vanessa was in, otherwise I would get some kind of attitude or carelessness from the other girls. They also complained a lot about Vanessa. I had no issue waiting until she was in, but they would make it very clear to me that they had a problem with her. I found this very unprofessional and a bit stressful. I did not need that. I had an amazing wedding thanks to Vanessa. Oh and she also has great taste and is not afraid to help you make decisions, but also makes you feel confident with whatever you end up choosing.

The seamstress Missy is awesome. she’s fast and does great work.

I loved the service they gave for my daughters wedding, it was A+. She got the dress of her dreams. They have an excellent staff, and a great owner. If yall want a dress go to Panache Bridal and Formal.

The staff is very kind and helpful, the store has a good selection of dresses and the tailor (Ms. Thi) is great, she was so helpful in giving very good suggestions, she was perfect when tailoring my dress!!

Brandi was amazing and super helpful!! She catered to me as a bride shopping for my wedding dress and explained everything to me! Such a sweet soul!!!She made my dress shopping experience amazing, no stress!

I made an appointment 3 weeks ago, it was not an appointment. I did not have my own attendant, there were not seats for family, it was packed and off the rack dresses YOU pick out and put on yourself. I was told even though we have an appointment, she had 8 other brides to help and additional walk ins. We left after 10 minutes. I do not recommend this store.

I came to buy my prom dress paid over $100 for alterations and steaming. After they couldn’t find mydress for approximately 10 minuets it was found in a side closet. I came to realize the alterations are horrible. They continued to apologize in sarcastic manner and made the statement “even thought your unhappy we would love a good review “ that’s all that seemed to matter. The dress with supposed to be steamed and it was an additional $25. There where wrinkles all the way down the dress. Then the ladies in the front made the comment “ if she puts on the dress they will go away” because she refused to try to steam my dress again. They are very rude, inconsiderate, and very unprofessional.

Im giving yall 1 star cuz Im being loyal to my fellow bridesmaids and because our dresses were late, but you guys were really nice to me.

At first I thought that Panache was a great place. I had 10 girls order their dresses from here. 1 of my bridesmaids got measured and paid her deposit like 2 months before the other ladies. So they called saying all the dresses are back. However we get their and the girl who paid for her dress first, hers wasnt there. They say that it was a mistake from the manufacturer but I believe they never ordered it. Now its 3 months still my wedding and her dress is still not in and when you call they leave you on hold forever. Im pissed. I have been nothing but kind to them at Panache. They better figure out where my girl dress is or issue her a refund and we can go find her another dress somewhere else. Brandi is the only one who appears to know whats she doing. Thats why the bridal groups Im in always talking bad about Panache but I took a chance anyway. Im feel like that waa a huge mistake. 😔

When I walked in I wasnt greeted. As I started looking they were right there by my side and very helpful. The lady that helped was nice, helpful, and eager to do what I asked. I have not decided on a dress yet but I really like them here. I will keep you posted.

I am extremely unhappy with the Customer Service my girls and myself received. The young lady who answers the phone was smacking on food while I am trying to resolve an issue one of my bridesmaids had with the alterations. My bridesmaid paid for alterations and the dress was not even altered. The dress is so big on her. Now she has to take it somewhere else and pay again for alterations. Its ridiculous. Not only that, when we originally ordered the dress, we were not told the dress has to be paid in full once they get delivered to the store. We ordered the dress 6 months before the wedding. They kept calling and asking for payment on the dresses. I was under the impression and was told the dress must be paid when picked up. I will never recommend this store to any one. You get what you pay for!

They have an amazing staff and friendly nd they made my daughter VERY HAPPY for her special they turned my tears into ALL SMILES
