They lost the bottom half of one of my suits and damaged another brand new suit. They charged me $50+ for damaging or losing pieces of the suits that were dry cleaned and a few button up shirts...the shirts didnt even seem like they had ironed them.When I called about it, I was asked to call back a few days later to give them time to locate the pants. I call again and they say that they cant find my suits in the system (even though I used the ticket they gave me, which means the suits were in the system when I picked them up).I work 8:30am-7:30pm near the galleria. So when I was asked to bring my jackets in for them to see if they could find the pants, I gave up.Heres what I do know, they lost my business forever and you should stay away too.

It cost too much way high.

Not enough people working front and promise a time to be ready and show up for pick up and not all your items are ready after you drop off for two day service.

I have been coming to this place over 10 years! Pilgrims is the only dry cleaners I trust in the area! I especially come for Amy because she is very conscientious. She is taken care of me for the past 5 years anything I need she always helps and has never once turned me away. There has even been times where I have come 10 minutes after they close and Amy still helps me thats and what you call excellent customer service. Amy goes out of her way no matter what the reason to help you. As long as she runs the front counter I will always continue to come here and be a customer.

After two bad incidents within a year of doing much business here in 2020/2021; this recent and the Last time is about losing, or probably it was actually damaging my dress slacks. This second incident forced me to contact the Better Business Bureau, due to their female manager avoiding the issue and not settling up with me. Before I was forced to do that dreaded task, I made three trips over there to talk with this so called manager, in person about their latest bad deed here. She only would tell her front desk girl Bri that I needed to return the next week. She was too scared to meet in person and settle up, during my misled appearances in person here, in three different visits! Kicking the can and passing the buck here to young Bri to lie for her bad behavior.Update: BBB says she would not respond to them either, after the manager’s witnessed dastardly deeds performed here. And BBB only could make initial contact with her only by snail mail. This business doesn’t offer public email contact services at this dinosaur brick and mortar. That way she is not compelled to write back and make good, with any urgency and probably lose the BBB letter too, so she will easily forget about her problems, like it never happened ever. Figures out to be swindled by her and her devil May care debauchery in 2021. Minus five stars.

Took in a coat for an alteration supposed to be done by Thursday came by Saturday wasnt finished and they still charged me the whole amount. Wouldnt recommend, not very good customer service from the lady upfront. Peaches Dry Cleaners just down the street is so much better.

Brought in two pairs of Bass Weejuns for sole protectors because it had leather soles. The service was fast and only cost me about $38. Pretty good price to me considering how fast it was (picked them up the following afternoon) and the installment was well done!

I have been using this location for my dry cleaning for 2 years. The staff is always friendly and professional. I have never had a problem with the service. They do a good job at a reasonable price.

Have used them several times over the past few years and have always had great service. Everyone is always very nice and service is always quick and easy.

Cleaners are fast and efficient and friendly. Their alterations person is a bit high on pricing. The shoe repair is great with good pricing and fast service.

Waited over a month for my wedding dress to be cleaned. Was postponed two times and told I would receive an email to say when it was ready. No email sent. No notification. The dress was still dirty when I received it today and on top of that there were multiple holes in the dress. All for the low low price of $180. If you care about the clothes you need cleaned I wouldnt suggest bringing them here.

Ive used a few other cleaners in the area- most at some point or another ruined buttons or left holes burned in my dress shirts. Ive been going here for about a year now and havent had any clothing damaged. Wednesday pricing isnt near as high as other days of the week.

Went there twice had good experiences they were speedy with cleaning always next business day after 5.

Do not take your clothes to this business. I have taken my clothes there twice and both times they lost an item or mixed up my clothes with another customer.

They should pay more attention to the names they put on the notes, when you go to pick up the clothes they dont give them to you because they put the wrong name on it and so my clothes lasted 10 days for not finding it because they put it wrong name
