Great service here. They were very quick to turn around our clothes as well. It was a little pricey but we brought jackets and a full suit. We will definitly bring any other dry cleaning we have here.

They cleaned, preserved and boxed my daughter’s wedding dress. They did a great job. I was called to inspect the dress before it was boxed.

I decided to try out this place due to its great reviews but was left disappointed.I’d like to start with the good as I can see why have positive reviews:1. The staff is extremely friendly.2. I thought the prices were very competitive, especially for the area.3. They did an amazing job with my French cuffs placing the creases exactly where they should be.Unfortunately, I also dropped off a $200 Ferragamo tie which had a light coffee stain on it. The gentleman who checked me in was adamant that it would be easy to clean. When I went to pick it up, I received a ruined tie. They had clearly used too strong of a cleaner that caused the color to bleed and destroy the pattern. I have attached a picture for reference.Not testing cleaning solution on a hidden portion of fabric first, especially on an expensive item thats 100% silk, is amateur and sloppy. On the bright side, at least they didn’t charge me for the ruined tie.Overall, I think the normal dry cleaning here is fine but would definitely recommend you look elsewhere for any special services such as stain removal.

I am big on reviews for I want to do business with. This establishment had to high reviews. I was extra excited because I only get one day off a week and I needed to have shirts dry-cleaned for work and this place offered services that it would be done quickly, which it was..however the work done doesnt seem to be. I was getting in trouble for ironing my own work shirts and playing it off like I got them dry clean but this is a catastrophe a $33.93 catastrophe. I wont be going friendly service though.

This is the BEST cleaner in Houston Metro area. I have been to several cleaners and by far this cleaners will give your dresses and blouses pristine look and smell great. The customer service is superb and with happy people.If you are particular about your clothes the value for the quality is excellent. I highly recommend.

Martinizing Dry Cleaners maintains their quality in times of Corona! Super excited they are deemed an “essential” business because of their ability to sanitize garments. My wife’s delicate blouses are restored to their former glory thanks to their experienced, loyal staff.

This place is the BEST! They can clean anything and take great care of nice, delicate clothing. I have brought in items that were hopeless and somehow Martinizing cleans them to look like new. My husband wont take his suits/shirts anywhere else. One more thing. The staff is friendly and efficient. They make me feel like their best friend when I come in. Additionally their prices are reasonable. Martinizing is a great find in this large city. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

I like the price. HOWEVER, there are several other things that I did not like. I prepaid when I dropped off my laundry. When I went to pick up my laundry,, I presented my receipt. I was told there was a discrepancy with cost. I explained that there shouldnt be, because I had paid my balance in full when I dropped off my laundry. The manager was called and began to ask me how the attendant had weighed my items, as if I should have knowledge of that. The manager then went on to explain, while wasting my time, making a transaction that should have taken 5 minutes, a 15 minute ordeal ,(I was on a lunch break and had several errands to make) that the personnel who weigh and take the clothes, upon dropping off, are different from the personnel, who washed my clothes, and the personnel who washed my clothes had weighed my clothes after my clothes were washed, then added an unpaid service ticket, with a different cost/price. So my question is whatbwould have happened if I didnt have my receipt. I had my receipt and was still questioned. Also, this service does not use fabric softener and my clothes smelled like nothing, not even fresh. Maybe I should have asked if they use fabric softener. I dont know, but I do know that the likelihood of me returning. is slim to none.

Just moved to Houston and was worried about finding a place to clean my more delicate clothes so I took one of my favorite Ermenegildo suits to this establishment and I am very impressed with their work and would leave 10 stars if I could. Great work! Great customer service! Will definitely be back.

Over $60 for four pieces (two dresses, one blouse, and one robe)?! Four Seasons’ dry cleaning was not this expensive. On top of that, I specifically told the lady I dropped off with that one dress was a “no dry cleaning” item and should only be wash and iron. When I picked up with another lady, she informed me that they only do wash and iron for shirts. So why was I not told this in the beginning? Come one Google, this is the second time in the last couple months you have let me down 🤦🏻‍♀️ Make sure you cross check with multiple review apps before you visit the business... The price is ridiculous.

Martinizing Dry Cleaning was great, and on time. Very friendly staff. The only thing I would ask is what the cost of everything is before leaving (if its your first time using their services.)My total was $21.20 and this was for 1 shirt (beading at the top...which may have been why it was so expensive, and 1 skirt.)

Odd to say that I love my dry cleaners, but I love my dry cleaners! They are always friendly when I come in; they do really good work. They do our dry cleaning and flat work beautifully!

Cannot recommend this dry cleaner enough. I was terrified to get my silk wedding dress cleaned (it had wine on it) and after some researching found Martinizing.Not only were they incredibly affordable, they were also very knowledgeable. To the extent they go to special conferences on how to remove stains. I picked up my dress today and it looked better than new. No stains, not a single wrinkle. I’m very, very impressed with their services. Everyone was very kind and friendly.Only feedback is that the establishment is way tooooo hot. Not a problem for the customer who will quickly be in and out, but I feel terrible for the employees. Highly suggest to the owner a change is made.

Dry cleaning. A little pricey. Almost 40 dollars for 8 shirts. Which is almost 5 dollars per shirt. Might start browsing around for a cheaper place.

Hands down the best dry cleaner I have ever used. Took a vintage Biba shirt with stains 2 other dry cleaners had tried to remove (and many had refused to take on the liability) with no luck. These guys worked some unknown magic and did what no others could come close to. On top of that, they only charged a few dollars where the others charged $20 or more. They are also very friendly which is always a bonus. Cant recommend enough!

So let me tell you a quick story. Im from Michigan and traveled to Houston for an Indian wedding. As some of you know these weddings are multiday events. Through the travel and my suit being in the carry-on it was very wrinkled and needed to be pressed. So I dropped it off on Thursday thinking I will be picking it up the next day. With all the commotion going on I totally forgot to pick up my suit the next day. Saturday comes and I go into Google maps to navigate to the cleaners. I find out that it closes at 2:00pm on Saturdays. Its 2:30 pm. My heart starts to race and I start to panic. I called the place up hoping for a prayer and it goes straight to voicemail. I then go to the website and sent them a message on there. No response. I then go back to Google maps to see if theres another number but I see there is a messaging option. I sent a message about my predicament and get a reply within 30 seconds from David who says he is at the cleaners and he can open the door for me. I rush to get there and my suit is standing next to the register and David greeted me welcomely. Not to mention he gave me a $15 off for being a first time customer. My family lives in Houston and I visit often. David just made a customer for life. P.s I know I should have known the hours of operation. P.s.s. go to their website and get the coupon!

Great cleaners. Kelly is always smiling and friendly when she checks in your clothes and hands them back. I feel like my clothes have been treated gently and with respect to the investment I have made in them. The hand finish on shirts is a nice touch, it removes some of those annoying mini wrinkles and makes the collar nice and crisp. I haven’t had any dress pants come back with double creases. I had a pair of dress pants re-hemmed and unlike the original tailor I took them to this time they came back fully hemmed and not just a couple of quick stitches. All in all I am extremely happy and will continue bringing my dr cleaning here.

I looked at all the reviews in the Heights area and they had the highest overall score so i trusted them with my very important and beloved Santa suit,It came back beautiful. Those things can be tricky because if the fluid they use is not brand new clean then the fur gets a pinkish tint.Not these guys. The red is RED and the White is blinding almost.And they fixed the zipper and the final cost was about ten bucks less than what I had been told so thats a plus too.Thanks guys. great job.

I have been going to this location for over 20 years and before that when on South Shepherd. Originally called Monarch cleaners and now Martinizing. Same people, same employees and same courtesy and same good service.

Got my suit cleaned here. Very fast and professional!

I will leave you with what I sent Martinizing after my experience. Since sending them this message, which gave them time to rectify their mistake, they have not responded. All in all, the company has 0 accountability and I will never be visiting them again. They never took responsibility for their mistake and have lost a customer:I brought a shirt in to have a little torn area around a bottom button fixed. Since this was a custom shirt, I specifically asked that I be called and given a quote before ANY alterations were made. After waiting for about 4 business days without a response, I decided to call the store and figure out what the deal was. When I called, I was told that Martinizing would not be able to make the fix in-house, and would instead need to bring it to an outside tailor (I was told it was brought to Martin Tailors). I was then provided with a quote for nearly $30 and told that the bottom of the shirt would need to be brought up about an inch. At first, this price seemed to be pretty high for what seemed to be a small fix. I was also concerned with the fact that they would be making a major change to the shirt. Therefore, I told the employee at Martinizing to tell the tailor to hold off on the alteration as I wanted to talk to the tailor one-on-one to see why a major alteration was required and why it was deemed to be so expensive. Lo and behold, I get a call the next day saying that it is too late and the alteration has ALREADY BEEN DONE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. I know I couldve gotten a cheaper price and I was not necessarily happy that they made this significant change to my $200+ shirt WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. When I went in to pick up the shirt, I expressed my displeasure with the fact that the alteration had been done and at the price it was done--seems like they realized it was a nice shirt and decided to jack up the price for no reason other than the fact that it was a nice shirt. I asked for at least a partial discount when picking up the shirt and was denied. I would have refused to pay but at this point I had very little trust in Martinizing and was concerned that if I did so, the shirt may become lost. Additionally, the shirt came out just OK. It is pretty clear that the shirt was brought up about an inch (which was what I was concerned with), but the tear that I wanted fixed looks fine. All in all, I am very dissatisfied with the service I received at Martinizing. I recently moved to this part of town and had started to bring my work shirts to this location but after this move I will likely have to find a new dry cleaner (which is a shame because all of my dry cleaned shirts came out great).
