My experience with rani boutique is since last 1 year. For my wedding last year in lockdown when I was searching for my wedding lehenga Rani boutique has helped me with the best choice and excellent fitting lehenga. Apart from the mind blowing customer service they always comfort us with their love and homely feeling. I have purchased my wedding dress for me and husband wedding outfit as well from them. I keep visiting them for Indian outfits like kurtis , Jwellery, blouses as they have best collection and best prices. I always recommend this place to my friend circle. Keep up the good work.

Came here for a last minute wedding outfit for my wife and I. The owner Rani was very helpful and efficient. She was able to find both of us something in under 30 minutes and it was stress free. There were many different choices and prices were reasonable. Will definitely be coming back here for all other needs and recommending it too everyone.

They are very good and reasonable at doing alterations and very quick about getting your clothes back to you when you need them by. I always come here for my alterations to outfits and I am always left extremely satisfied with how beautiful and perfectly tailored my outfits come out!

Amazing service! I had a last minute alteration needed to my outfit (literally the day before a mehndi) and I was ready to put the towel in since I understood it was very last minute but they made it happen! I dropped it off Monday afternoon and got it back that evening! The fit after the fix is perfect. Reasonably priced as well. I highly recommend for any alterations needed. :)

I never do reviews but I had to do one for rani boutique. These ladies did a awesome job helping me dress my bridesmaids and myself. They did 15 blouses in a timely fashion and were all ready within a couple of weeks. All the jewelry was bought from Rani as well... they have a great selection on everything!I went to other stores in the hillcroft area and NOBODY listened to what vision for my wedding except for these two ladies!! They were amazing! I think I went to the store at least 7 times and each time they gave me the best customer service and best prices!Thank you! i’ll def be back!

I got my first saree from here in 2013 and another one in 2018. The owner definitely picks out great selections of sarees. If you happen to not be of Indian origin, they will help you with Learning how to fold and drape your own saree. Typically I’ve had good experiences here. There was only one time that one staff member just seemed really uninviting -but who knows maybe she was having a bad day.

I had such a wonderful experience shopping for my first sari. The staff was so warm and welcoming. They explained the different styles to me to help me with making a decision. They made my shopping experience stress free. They also had a variety of styles and colors to choose from. I definitely recommend this place if you are seeking quality and to have an overall great time.

My husband and I came to get outfits for an Indian wedding. We picked out our garments on Saturday, they were able to do the alterations and we left with our garments on Sunday! We got lots of compliments, and we liked the quality of the garments. Naj was really helpful, in particular, guiding me towards selections in my size and budget. She was able to make the tailoring just right and even did the little custom bits we needed for comfort. I really recommend this place and next time I need a garment, I would be coming here first!

I fell in love with a beautiful dress that I havent seen in any of the stores around the area, it was just what I was looking for. It was a very reasonable price in comparison with other stores. The staff was very attentive with my needs and tried their best to make me happy. The shop has a variety of wedding dresses and colors. I highly recommend this place.

Wow, just wow. My partner and I came to Rani Boutique for some wedding outfits that we needed for the upcoming weekend. At first, we were a little saddened by their apparently small selection. However, when our amazing sales associate spoke to us about what we were looking for, what colors we were looking for, and what level of bling we were trying to achieve, she pulled numerous articles from their apparently never-ending back room. Even when the shop got busy, and our initial salesperson got busy with other customers, she insured we were both taken care of, and shown the best of what they had to offer. We both found exactly what we were looking for, and got shoes and accessories to match. We hadnt been shopping on price, but the prices we paid were fair. Their customer service is amazing and world-class. We could not have been happier with the service and merchandise we received from Rani Boutique. They really are a one-of-a-kind business.

The first time I decided to visit this shop because my attention was caught by its name. What curiosities could I find in that ordinary, common building? After having a quick look I got an idea that it was the last home for the things thrown away. On my way to the exit I noticed a wonderful old vase and at the same time I had an image of this unusual thing at my home, then after the vase was an unearthly Indian statuette, the clock from the middle of the past century, etc.

I was planning to come to your store and like most new customers thought to check the reviews. Impressed as I was with your good rating I went on to read the reviews but the fact that you are not taking criticism well shows that there is some credibility in what your critics are saying. You do not treat your customers equally and this has the potential to reduce your customer base. I was thinking of quashing the negative statements of some of the customers but then I read your rebuttal which was essentially a demonstration of your arrogance. I hope you do not abuse me here after getting a fresh bitter shot from a commoner.

Great service! Rani helped me pick out beautiful outfits for a wedding I was attending. Prices are really great and reasonable and the tailoring is included. You wont find tailoring included anywhere else in the Harwin/Hillcroft area. The turnaround was just about 2 days or less! I defiantly would buy again from this store. Went here yesterday to shop for my boyfriends suit and a nice traditional dress for a girl. The staff was very helpful and took their time with us. It was my boyfriends first time trying on indian clothes, so they were nice about it. Would go here again :)

We had a very bad experience here. My uncle bought a suit from this location and it was a gift. I go there to return or get an exchange and told the lady to accept the return. She say this item is a clearance and would not take returns and become very angry and asked me to go from the shop. We explained to her that the size is too small and we came from a far distance. Please anyone tell me if you returned a clearance item with no problem.

I came here at the beginning of March while in town for a wedding. I had a saree that I wanted altered but after seeing all the beautiful options at this store, and speaking with Rani herself, I ended up purchasing an even more gorgeous one that was perfect for the event! Rani is so welcoming and was beyond helpful in altering my saree in less than an hour! The prices are some of the best in the area and the service was truly unbeatable. I’m a little surprised by some of these reviews. I went to Rani Boutique to buy a few outfits for an upcoming family event. I found Rani to be receptive and incredibly helpful in helping me find a few outfits that I loved.

So you cant put the surveillance online and thats why you have been dancing to different tunes for a whole week now! I am leaving you with your guilty conscience. Hope your full-of-self soul finds peace and you treat people better.Terrible place, terrible service and terrible human relations! As soon as we entered, they started telling us to hold our son, as in carrying him around, not letting him touch the ground as long as we shopped there! Hows that even possible?! How am I supposed to do sari shopping with a toddler in my arms. If you dont want kids in store, put a board stating that clearly!FYI, my son is only 2, but he knows how to behave in places! Honestly, at first I had no intention of buying anything but the lady, I am assuming Rani, was very helpful and kind. She made the process very easy and relaxing. I told her how I wanted my Kurta top to be with all the fittings and stuffs, and she made it perfect.

She did a great job of showing me all of the styles and explaining things to me, as well as rejoicing and celebrating with me as the big day draws nearer :) I shopped with my future mother-in-law and two Malayalee friends and they were all equally impressed with her work and customer service. Hay guy,Dont ever shop from this store. they have such a bad customer service. we bought some clothing for my daughter it wasnt fitting right, when we ask to change to a bigger size they refused to do that and the guy i guess owners husband he throw the cloth on us.

Terrible terrible terrible! Very rude staff and customer service. We went in because of a decent Saree collection but were told to come back in a half hour because she was with someone else. When we returned, she asked us if we were going to buy something before even showing us what she had. She was rude the entire time she worked with us and we ended up leaving without buying anything because of the crudeness throughout the visit. Then she proceeded to say that she knew we werent going to buy anything while we were walking out. Sorry lady, but that is not how to treat a customer who was ready to buy a very expensive Saree and was at the checkout counter when you just couldnt keep your big mouth shut.Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else if you want to be treated with respect and dignity.

I came here to find a saree for a traditional south Indian wedding in Chennai with less than a week before my departure date. The woman who helped me knew exactly what type of formal saree to get for a traditional Chennai wedding, and what kurtie to get for the other festivities during the wedding. I felt very comfortable and like my outfits matched well with what was being worn by the other wedding guests.Alterations were done in just a couple of days and everything fit wonderfully. She even pre stitched the saree so that it could put on very easily with minimal extra folding. Definitely helped a lot! She also added beautiful sleeves to the blouse that matched the trim of the saree.Everything seemed to be reasonably priced and did not seem to be much different from other stores in Houston or even from the online websites from stores in Chennai. I bought a Kancheepuram saree, blouse, petticoat, beaded kurtie, leggings, scarf, bangles, earrings, and rapid alterations for what I consider to be a very fair price.Overall I was very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend this store!

Rani boutique was recommended to me by one of my fiancé family members. I was looking for my bridal lengha and since I am not very familiar with the Indian culture, Rani took her time explaining exactly what I would need and how each piece should fit. She worked with me, while trying to get my future mother-in-laws approval by phone since she does not live in town. Once we selected the bridal lengha, we moved to the jewelry selection. Rani had a good selection and again with her assistance she was able to guide me to the correct type of jewelry. I felt so comfortable with her assistance, I even brought my parents to Rani. Again we walked out of the store with clothing for both parents and jewelry for my mother.

I love going to the Rani Boutique to look for South Asian styles! I have never been disappointed. Their clothing is well-made and tastefully styled . THeir shalwar kameez outfits often have an artsy twist in the pairing of solid, print and coordinated print fabrics. My Euro-American friends always are full of compliments when I show up with a new outfit from Rani Boutique.

Rani was very attentive to my style and sensitive to my price range when picking out a sari for a Garba (pre-wedding celebration). She asked for the style I was looking for and the price range and we were very quickly able to get down to business! It was easy with her b/c I was able to be honest about what colors I liked and didnt like and she narrowed it down for me, explaining the textures, colors, and styles. If I was interested in a sari should would take it from her shelf and unfold it to show me carefully what it was. We tried on 2 saris and I picked 1 of the 2. The transaction was very efficient, swift, and straight-forward for me and my Fiance who picked out a Kurta for the same event. Highly recommend and of course its always easiest to shop when you know what you like and dont like. Sari shopping can be a bit overwhelming especially if you dont do it often, but the key is to know your style preferences and your price point and go from there!

I and my matron of honor did my wedding shopping at Rani Boutique and it was an amazing experience! Seema was incredibly helpful. She was knowledgeable, friendly, warm and cared about everything being absolutely perfect. Naz is onsite and does alterations and sews beautifully--she did a wonderful job on my alterations. I also sent family members and friends to Seema and they had a wonderful experience. For whatever special occasions that I need Indian clothing for, Rani Boutique is my go-to place.!

My experience at Ranis Boutique was exceptional! I had gone to several other stores before this one but did not receive the nearly the same amount or quality of customer service like I did at Ranis. I went in looking for a specific color and style saree. Other places just threw their sarees at me to look at, which is commonly my experience at most indian clothing stores. But Rani carefully and delicately opened up each saree for me. You can tell she respects her products. She told me her and her team in India design all the clothes themselves. For a while I was the only customer so Rani was able to take the time to put a few sarees on me so I can see what they would look like. She was honest in her opinions and straight up told me which ones looked didnt look good on me or which ones were too gaudy-looking for the occasion I was shopping for. I ended up purchasing a beautiful black and blue saree. After a while, I went back and decided the blouse sleeve length was too long and made me look a bit older than I wanted, and asked her if we can make it shorter. She said definitely. She also had me look at a separate blouse piece (which they sell individually) which actually matched perfectly to the saree and it had short sleeves and made me look younger! I ended up buying it. You can tell that Rani is very passionate about what she does and that is why I chose to give her my business. The selection they have is a wide variety but each item is unique hand picked from India. Overall I had a good experience at Rani Boutique. Im sure Ill be back again!
