The guy at the counter on 12/24/2019 @ 11:30am tried to charge me 10% to cash my payroll check instead of the 1% that they advertise and when I asked for the supervisor he said he was the manager and refused to give his name.

This location really need to be checked. I used to go to them alot and the Spanish guy that was the Mgr use to help me. I went there on 11/02 to get a money order for 1200 and the Indian guy said 400 and verified my money and still gave me a 400 money order. I came by in confronted him about it and he tried to play crazy with me. I had him to call the suppose to be head Mgr Amir J. And he was just as rude and told me I would have to wait til 9 for them to close and count the register to see if they was over. I told them no I wasnt going to leave and I expected my money and I notice that there was money put to the side of the register. Long story short I got the rest of my money and co mb e to find out the same guy try to short a friend of mine a week before! Check them at that location and I wont be going back to that location!!!!!!

Ive been here a few times in the past and had a pretty normal experience , but this time my visit was pretty awkward. The customer service lady thought it was funny to purposely greet every non-Spanish woman as senor, and chuckle and talk about them in Spanish. This is the 21st century and mostly every one is a little bilingual, including me. This needs to be addressed.

If you have to close early because your systems down a little sign on the door I couldnt hear you through all that glass.

Worst place ever very discriminatory place

They are supposed to close at 8 but if you arrive at 7:50 it doesnt take care of you anymore because it takes 10 minutes to close the box, then you shouldnt say they attend until 8.

They offer fast service as well as in the changes of chekes they offer good pressure and the best that money orders offer for FREE. Thats why I think it deserves 5 stars
