This is my first time ever getting my car waxed, so I am super excited! My car is black and I live next to a construction site atm so its constantly looked dusty even after rain. So happy with how shiny and clean it looks now! The only thing that couldve been improved is theres still a ton of bugs all over the front of my car. Im not sure if theres a better cleaning product they could use or if its just because they really baked on, because I watched the wash and he did wash the front two or three times but theyre still there.The wait for the full wash & wax was 1.5 hours but didnt feel too bad since they have a nice lil patio area with lots of seating and fans. $70 not bad!

I have been working with Brios and David directly for some time now and when I tell you they have a passion for what they do, I mean it. Ive seen it myself when customers come in and leave ecstatic at the results. No matter what type of vehicle you have they have the knowledge and skillset to take care it!

Brio is LEGIT. You will always get the best possible wash. They have amazing attention to detail...cleaning every nook and cranny of the wheels, vehicle and interior. It’s the best place I’ve been to, and why I keep going back again and again. I love to wash vehicles myself because it just ends up better. This is one of the only places I’ve been to that does it better than I do.My only advice is that don’t go here if you’re in a hurry. Even though their crew is working hard, it will usually take 30 min or more. But I see them working. I can see the motto, “Any job worth doing is worth doing well,” alive and well at Brio.I’ll be a lifelong customer.

Having gotten several cars detailed over the years, I know what to look for and where detailers leave things off. I decided to take the leep and go for a full detail. I was not disappointed and the service was product was top notch. These guys dont brag about being fast so let them take their time. I will be using Brio from now on.

If you want to wash your car here come prepared so that you finish washing your car you always have to finish cleaning the car because it is difficult for them to do the details to wash the car well they always end up leaving the car dirty inside and poorly vacuumed they do the work for They do not know how to work with mystic, they have clients because most clients are not aware of the details I always have to end up cleaning the vehicle like another washer and doing things for my car

Car was washed well, service was extremely slow however. With only 5 cars in the lot it shouldn’t take an hour plus to do a simple wash+vacuum. I wouldn’t want to sit and wait for an actual detail job.

These guys and ladies are wonderful. After a great wash for my husband afew weeks ago, decided to bring my car in as well. I bought the basic plus package and I’m so happy with the results. It wasn’t a full detail, but my car feels brand new. I asked about my chalky exhaust pipes and they offered to use a special polish on them and now they look brand new and shiny. So happy! I rarely leave reviews but adding one here was completely merited.

Hands down this is the absolute best hand car wash facility in the Houston area. I personally drive from The Woodlands at least once a week to have my car professionally hand washed / detailed. As a repeat customer I am always welcomed with a warm greeting and great appreciation for my continued repeat business. The management and staff provide the best in customer care and service, thank you David. The employees do their best to make sure that your vehicle is cleaned to your satisfaction, service with a smile. I came for a carwash and got their “basic plus” package which includes exterior, interior, and light detailing. I have to say first impression is that the service is slow. I came here at 10 a.m. on a Tuesday morning and an hour later am still here in line for them to do the interior and dry out my car (still three cars ahead of me 🤦🏻‍♀️). I knocked out a star for the wait time and how they could improve to work on the rotation of services.I will say though, at least from where I am perched on the porch, it seems like they do pay attention to detail, and it is a great wash if you have the time to wait!

After a couple of hiccups with the detail on my first visit, David made sure to reach out and make corrections to a few issues that were missed on the exterior. After I brought my car back, everything was handled and the car looked great.They do a great job on the interior, but note that their products are a bit on the greasy side if that bothers you; after a week or so the greasiness subsided.

This place always has great service, theyre meticulous and their attention to detail is second to none. I always know my car will come out looking amazing every time. 👍

Did a very poor job cleaning the interior, it looks like it was barely vacuumed, the wait was around 2.5 hours which would have been nice to know when I went in.

Got a Basic Plus wash and they did a really through and great job especially for just $27

Great company overall, they really take the time and wash your car from top to bottom. All the bugs were removed and the rims were the cleanest I’ve ever seen them. I will keep coming back for sure!

They locked my keys in the car. They tried to pry the door open to unlock it. I stopped them and had my wife bring the extra key to unlock it. I asked how they were going to make this right? The owner explained that I needed to understand that mistakes happen and there was nothing he could do.

Have to turn in a lease car that had some minor surface scratches and just needed a general clean up so I wouldnt have to pay any damage fees. They buffed out all the scratches and gave the paint new life! Makes me want to keep the car how good it looked. Prices are also very reasonable. Definitely recommend and will be bringing all my cars here.

Just to let Houston know...... this is the place to take your vehicle for an overall renewal of appearance!!!! I took my vehicle thinking there is no way car would ever look new again, especially the interior! Low and behold when I saw my car I didn’t even recognize it! Exterior was shining, wheels, tires and all. Not to mention the interior!!!! It was as if I was driving it off the car lot from the car dealer back January 2014. Of all my years in Houston (drum roll) this has been THE BEST of all. I really encourage all to give it a shot! You will be pleased with the outcome overall!!!!

I have been to many hand car wash places over the years, and this place is the best I have found by far!I take all of my vehicles here and also them recommend to all my friends, family and co-workers. They are professional and do an excellent job day in and day out. I own a classic car that had a old worn out paint job, and David did an amazing job to restore it and make it look new again!

My car was broken into and the side window was completely smashed. Had to buy some cardboard and duct tape as a bandage until i could get it fixed. After insurance covered a bit, I only had to pay $100 out of pocket. Its convenient that you can pay over the phone or online. All i had to do was show up with the car and let the technicians do their magic. My window looked brand new!

Not impressed. Car was not that clean. There was debris under the seats. For $140 I expect a decent vacuum job. Mister car wash does better for $15. It looked like someone spent about 15 minutes detailing it and it didn’t even smell fresh when I got in it. The reason I took it to get professionally done was because the car needed it. For the job they did I could have easily saved my money and did that myself. Basically they wiped armoral on the dash and squirted the seats with some leather cleaner, but they must have just quickly wiped them down because there is still dirt in the seat creases.

I never been to this location but I needed to get my car detail cleaned. Rodrigo showed me the packages and said they would take care of everything. Came back and David and Irwin showed me the detail cleaning. All the stains I had in the cars from original owner was removed which amazed me since I didnt think it would be removed. Everything was done perfectly. Would back here for basic car wash in the future.

This place is running a scam. This place change ownership 3 times in the last 3 yearsIt was rsvp , then oasis now brio , each time they offer gift cards if you pay cash, only to be told its not valid with new management ,The owner now , Ruben Torres says he does not know where the guy went, apparently the last owner just took off with everybody’s gift card money and nobody can find him

Randomly found these guys while visiting a friend and now I always try to go to them for car wash when it’s dirty. I used to go to couple places near midtown/eado but I find brio’s service much better.

Took my dirty Golf R 2016 with about 3 months of grime. In about 45 min I couldn’t believe how fast the staff worked! Everyone there you can tell treats each other like family even as a customer you are welcomed in. I got the mini express detail. Totally worth it. They covered everything as stated and then some. My new spot when I come into town. Very military friendly for my out of town folks!

They were real nice, given that its hot outside and those guys were busting their butts hand washing every car. Overall, they did a great job. I got the $20 deal, and they left my car cleaner than other places in The Woodlands that charge twice as much.

Wow, what a great place. Everything is done by hand, including the actual car washing. Service is friendly and wifi is provided. My car came out amazingly clean, and I only purchased the cheap wash. Will be making this my regular spot.

I showed up around noon and said I wanted the platinum deal (their most expensive one), and was simply told, Its too late for that. It was NOON, mind you. The guy then just walked away and I was standing there with a what the hell...? sort of look. I got in my car and went to leave and they wouldnt even unchain the exit for me. They stood and watched as I did an awkward 5 point turn to reverse and go back out the entrance. Ill never be returning here.
