Everyone here was SUPER friendly and helpful. I got my interior detailed and exterior washed: both were stellar. My car is spotless, in and out, and my experience was great. (And y’all, my car was DIRTY inside—two small kids.) I also thought the price was really competitive based on my own quick comparison between this and a few comparable places. Highly recommend.

It was my first time coming. I like that someone came out to help pick what packages I want where it will still come with a free wash and discount. The lobby was nice to sit and wait. Only took 1 hour to wash, wax, and clean interior of my car on a Sunday morning. Only missed a couple of pet hairs between the seats. They put possible trash in baggies just in case they dont throw anything important out. I will be back!

On this cold rainy day, Staff was very professional and helpful when I first arrived. When I mentioned it was my first time visiting, they explained each service option in depth and gave a personalized recommendation for what I was looking for. As I headed inside after my car was initially washed, I was greeted with customer service that was sincere and welcoming. I enjoyed the complimentary snacks and cozy indoor area. Service on my car was amazing. My car looks brand new, fresh off the lot. Josh and Marissa definitely gave me a wonderful first experience at this location. Their detail Service is second to none in West Houston. Going on my second year on their drive through wash and dry. So for $30 a month as many times as you need to get your ride clean you cant beat that price.

Fairly new which is great because all of the equipment works good. Vacuum is unlimited & has good suction which was my favorite. The only down side would be the dryer in the car wash part. It doesn’t dry well so I had water marks after.

This place is amazing. I took my car here and it was in bad shape, it hadn’t been cleaned in a couple of years. After they work on it looked like a new car. I highly recommend this place. They are fast and affordable.

I know $39.99 is the basic price, but I thought they would still at least put some effort. They just leave the exterior to machine washing and do not pay any attention afterwards. Both of my side mirrors, all door handles, and the trunk were very dirty. Glad I didnt get the monthly membership the guy at the front suggested. Why would I get a detail wash for $39.99 when the result I get is no different from a car wash at a gas station for under $10?

Super amazing experience! We’ve been to other car washes and was super dissatisfied. We tried this place for a few months before caving in to get a detail and seat shampoo! We’re “cheapos” so to speak, and like to make sure we’re really getting a value before paying for something.. well, we are more than statistics with our detail.Porsha, James, and Derrick (the detailer) took super great care of us and we appreciate it!

Business is good, but most of their vacuum machines dont supply enough suction air!Some hoses are broken and some vacuum machines dont even work!

It seemed to clean very well the Jet dry isnt the greatest it only gets the top of your car but it doesnt get the back or the front however its not too bad otherwise.

I purchased a membership here recently. The drive through car was has my car cleaning and shining very well. However, I must go to another car wash if I want to clean the inside of my car well. No SUCTION!

The service was good but none of the employees were wearing face mask. The funny part is there is a sign posted on the door Face Mask Required.My suggestion is to avoid this place during the pandemic if you want to stay safe.

We went through their car wash and it barely cleaned anything off our car. At least the vacuuming was free.

I took my jeep wrangler to be washed and waxed I told the person exactly what I wanted wash the outside with their pressure washer use soap and water only and on the inside clean it a all purpose cleaner no dressing on the inside or outside non what so ever no dressing on my fender flares on my tires on my dashboard ( NO DRESSING )she told me not a problem that would be $40 bucks I said Ill pay $80 please make sure its done right....when I return their was dressing everywhere on my soft top on my bumpers on my dashboard on my paint on my wheels on my windows.....she was tried to lie me and say it was all purpose cleaner until one of the employees said it was something they use called quick shine....just a fancy armor all....on top of dirt.......thanks guys now it will take me 2 or 3 days to clean it off my top my flares my bumpers my dashboard my steering wheel my door panels my center console.....not to mention to Aggravation doing it in a 105°👍👍👍

🔴🔴🔴 DO NOT go here, I call the manager we discuss what I wanted to the car which wasInterior exterior full detail. Meaning clay bar buffing pain correction for the outside, shampoo for the inside. When they said that they finished the car, it had dirt on the outside and the inside was not done so when I start talking to the manager he said “ that’s all you get for your money”. So I called customer service 4 times in one week hoping to get an advice on what to do NOTHING no call back. 5 days later I get a check engine light on my car and it’s a misfire from when they washed the engin. This please a JOKE.

Amazing customer service, honest, friendly and they go above and beyond to serve and please you! I have never had a great experience at a car wash like I have with I shine express! Hands down I recommend everyone to come and check this place out ! Take my word for it or better yet try it and see for yourself! Manager was super nice and very helpful. I came in for the first and was welcomed and explained the different services and prices. The waiting room was cleaned with comfortable chairs, charging station, nice screen TV, snacks, and drinks. The place is new so it is fairly clean. The car wash station was clean and had a good length to nicely clean the car. I am definitely coming back again.

This is the best place that I have ever had my car well cleaned up. Staffs are cool and have the best customer service ever very professional which is why I have signed up monthly contracts to wash my car. After spending so much the car is still un clean from front and back and every time i have to stop by for tire shine on the left side as the car wash fails to do...it just adds another 10 min to the wash time which frustrating

Its a nice car wash. I dont know when they started this business but it looks new and their basic car wash is $5 which is quite good. This place is clean and have all the things a car wash should have. Plenty of free vaccums and you can buy detail service as well. So its a full service place.

Have been a customer since the day they opened, i have a monthly membership. couple months ago I complained about scratches all up and down the right side of my truck, one of the managers tried to tell me it was the towel I was using, did I scrape up against a tree all this so as a monthly membership you get $10 off any detail so he decided to go ahead and throw in another $4 off I paid $25 to get it Buffed waxed. There were no scratches on my truck Ive been watching it close. And I only use their towels, quit using the one he said that was scratching my truck up. My entire truck is now covered in scratchs, Both sides, the hood & tailgate. Decided to go ahead and cancel the service I cant pay $30 to have my truck scratched up, went in to cancel my service same one in there that asked me if I ran up against a tree and that I was using the wrong towel. When I told him I wanted to cancel the service his comment is youre leaving us Im like yeah my trucks covered in scratches again and I cant keep doing this, his reply is wow. to me if I own the business I would do everything in my power to keep a good customer that has a monthly membership has paid several times to get their truck detailed I have told numerous people to go there due to the quality and the customer service. Even gave them a good review online. I just was kind of shocked that no big deal that I was going to leave. he grabbed his little clipboard walks outside and try to sell a car out there the monthly membership. I was very disappointed but it is what it is. I would think twice about going here now.

Went the Haunted Car Wash they have been having since this weekend. I live close by and needed a wash anyway and my kids saw the sign so we went through and I was EXTREMELY impressed by what they had set up and my kids loved it. My car also came out looking great. I would def recommend them!

Great car wash and interior clean for a reasonable price! I highly recommend giving this place a try. I usually go to Mister Car Wash and have gone to several others in the area, and I typically leave unimpressed for the money. IShine did a great job on the outside wash, and I was really impressed with the job they did cleaning the interior. They thoroughly cleaned out all the trash and crumbs from between the seats and removed all of the dirt and scuff marks from the seats, trim, and floor mats (I have kids and my interior is always a wreck). The wait wasnt bad, and all of the staff were incredibly professional and helpful (met the owner who was onsite, and all the staff seemed to really take pride in their work . . . a huge difference from the places I usually go). A clean waiting area and complimentary drinks/snacks also made the short wait time easier!

I do the monthly package. Its always quick to because they give you a sticker you place on your windshield. Their stuff always working and have plenty of vaccum.They will give you a towel if you would like to hand dry your car. Im not sure if you can still use the towel to dry your car if your dont have their monthly pass so I would ask it doesnt hurt to. whenever I have needed help which is one time they were extremely helpful and nice they were able to resolve the issue quick.

Just be careful with the promotions they offer. They will start charging more once you forget the promotions. I thought they would at least provide a good customer service. Owners are nice but the guy who represents as the manager who talked to me earned this review. Unfortunately I will have to modify the review in yelp as well for other to know.Hope they will correct themselves. Me and my family used the Zoom car wash before and moved to this one since this is little closer. Unfortunately I got disappointed because of their tricks.I will review the progress this month since I already paid. I don’t like two words, if you promise something, you will have to keep it.

The workers cleaning the car with brush needs to be more caring towards the car otherwise it is a good place have been a customer for more than 2 years now

I paid 39.95 just for interior clean for detailing. its totally waste of money. They didnt even normal vacuum well inside. They just spray something to the interior for shine. I vacuumed my car after them. Waste of money waste of time.

By far one of the most professional car washing shops in town. Not only do they have good pricing but the service is the envy of all shops.If you want great service at a good price its worth the trip. I drive past 3 other carwash shops for this one.

Josh, the Manager, was super nice and friendly. I usually go to one down the street but decided to try this out since it was new. Thankfully I did, because the wash was way better and he was able to get me signed up with a membership for just $20.

Decent wash. We tried my Camry and fiances f-150. Still came out with water spots and dirt swirls around emblems. The vacuums are weak sauce! Didnt even make a dent in all the dog hair:( All in all, good wash just not worth the 16$ per vehicle.

Went through their carwash after being referred by a long time member. To come out with my gas cover missing and other issues that the manager said could not have happened with their machine. No one offered me to write a claim or not. I was very disappointed to have not yet receive a call from no one there. Bad business for a possible new member to go through.Been waiting for the owner to call me, his wife told me he will call you next week (here 2 months now) sense its the weekend.How simple is it to look at the cameras and say (its on us) sorry and hope you continue doing business with us.

I’ve used the iShine location on Westheimer a couple of times while in the area and I’ve never been disappointed. The best part is the customer service....the managers and staff are very friendly and helpful. They also run specials quite often and have very affordable deals. If you’re ever on Westheimer between Eldridge and Hwy 6 and your’re in need of a quick wash or even a detail...please check them out!
