Hello! I am super disappointed that the limo that was provided has big scratches on it and it is missing paint. This was our kids first prom and we wanted the best for them. This was not the best. We should have been notified and had the option to decide whether we wanted this limo. We request some of our money back and he stated that since I was still writing a review that I no longer was getting a refund and was pacifying the situation.

We rented from this company for a prom. The driver arrived on time and was very professional but when the imo arrived it was wrecked and very noticeable. The owner felt as if we did not need to be notified and was very unprofessional and rude. I would not reccomend this company to anyone!!

Highly recommended to international students. AAA knows how to get things done in the best way. I order a mid-night out of town trip which picked us up at the airport and sent us to our apartment. Couldnt be more satisfied with their service. The driver was on-time, polite, and helpful. The car was tidy and spacious. I felt safe and comfortable. We managed to fit two people, four hold luggage, and two hand luggage in one sedan lol.

Today I am firing back at the unprofessional manner I’ve dealt from this company. I received service for talent in January of this year where I paid for transport from the airport to the hotel. I also scheduled service from the hotel to the event. My talent informed me that they waited for the driver and no one showed up. They ended up taking an Uber to my event which I reimbursed them for. As many know when putting events together my mind is far from ensuring that the driver is where he needs to be. The company expects me to pay for service that was never received. As a business owner I make sure I take care of my dues because I wouldnt want a customer doing that to me. The manager(s) and this company have tried to tarnish my business name behind this incident and it is so very unprofessional and rude.

You all saved the night this past weekend with phenomenal limo services. I wasnt sure if my group wouldve been able to go out to downtown Houston without yall! Thanks so much!

I had rented a limo at another place for my daugthers quinciañera 7 months in advance. The day of the party I got a called tgat the car broke down. I started to call different places and came across AAA, the lady that answer the call was sooooo helpful, she underatood my situation and she send me a driver in 40 minutes with the best limousine I have ever seen.
