I have to admit I have not been to this particular car wash for the past two years. I used to use them exclusively for both vehicles. I looked at the exact time when I was first able to verbally contact the salesman (5:34pm) and likely the 2 star rating was because it was Sunday and they closed at 6pm. I was the last vehicle of the day and I would have given them 1 star if it wasn’t for the last woman that pointed me to my vehicle. I was the last to arrive leaving 2 other much nicer vehicles than mine but the cashier was aware that I didn’t have intentions on tipping partly due to her lackluster customer service. I was browsing their excellent assortment of accessories and cards that I had picked two out while my vehicle was going through the machine as I turned to the cashier stating that I could just pay with my CC to not hinder her closing duties to abruptly be told, “Ma’am, we’re already closed!” Right above her head was a clock and she was correct because it was 6:01pm. I said ok no problem, I liked what I picked and it was worth a return visit to purchase during scheduled business hours. She then said but it’s ok if you just give me cash. I would have thought just the opposite for accounting purposes. I pulled in hoping to get the $39.99 package plus $5 for the Lava Shine but was told no because they were closing so instead, thankfully I got the $19.99 package plus an extra $1.50 for two additional scent packets. That was a first time I have ever tried them. The package includes scent but I had to ask for mine making me think that likely a third of their customers don’t ask and it wasn’t offered at checkout so that is a profitable changeover for the company. Long story short, the interior vacuum job left obvious lack of attention as did the exterior. I appreciated the lady smiling at me at the very end. Without her, definitely a disappointing ONE star experience! I patronize only businesses that deserve it. That is exactly how I decide who I open my wallet for. Period. I won’t be back.

Complimentary coffee, comfortable seating and all the scents you can choose from are just the perks of coming here. Everytime my car is cleaned here its like a brand new vehicle. Ive been here a few times and get the $20 package. Best deal ever!

Ive been here a few times and they always do a great job. Today I went and they didnt have any other customers so it was nice because the guy spent a long time detailing my car and didnt feel rushed. Even when they are busy though they do a pretty good job on my car and Im always happy with the way she looks afterwards, I recommend this place.

So 2 weeks ago I go here to get my car washed and paid $8 for a was and tire shine.. today I go back for the same wash and am told for tire shine it’s $4 extra really I can buy my own tire shine and a whole bottle thanks but no thanks I won’t be back

This place is terrible and the manager is even worse. A very rude employee closed my door on my antenna telling me water would not come through after I repeatedly told her I did not think it would closed all the way and she said I do it all the time and left. As soon as the water started soap and water got ALL in the passenger side and in my pure which was in the seat. The manager said “well it’s just soap and water” and walked away from me as well. Terrible customer service do not waste your time here

Place is overall awful. There’s legitimately BLACK MOLD in the hallway ceiling, which is poor safety. Always nats and flys swarming around the coffee area. Utterly disgusting.Some fat lady with highlights in her hair is absolutely RUDE! She wouldn’t refund me when they DIDNT EVEN CLEAN MY CAR CORRECTLY AND SCRATCHED MY SEATS!!The people wiping cars down have no respect either, always staring at me or other people like they have no common sense or courtesy.AND on top of all of that, it took over an hour! AN HOUR!!! JUST TO CLEAN MY CAR!I will NOT be returning to this god-awful place.

Havent had a bad experience here yet. Rene always remembers me and my truck when I pull up. Was concerned that it wouldnt fit through after the lift, but Rene told me to come down to see if she would and we would figure something out if she didnt! My lifted 2016 Titan XD fit through without any issues and she came out looking great as usual!

Wont ever return againSome fat short guy comes out with an attitude including poor customer service to start, no hi how you doing. Reaches inside the car on the driver side to place the receipt with tape on it. Instead of giving the receipt with tape to my boyfriend to place on the front window shield. Tells my boyfriend to just drive around to the car wash. Gets there nobody is there to assist nor to clean the front exterior window.

Avoid Avoid Avoid !!!!Just went recently for a wash and vacuum. Did not really need the wash because my car was still fairly clean but decided to anyway. God I wish I had never gave them my money.When I made it home, I noticed deep scratches all at the same height going down my vehicle. I immediately returned and was immediately met with a patronizing and condescending attitude from one of the workers. Im currently waiting on corporate to contact me. Not to mention Ive heard this has been a reoccurring issue for them from different people. I would suggest that they routinely perform preventive maintenance on their equipment because thats moreThan likely what happened to my vehicle. If your going to use rotary brushes to wash people cars at least ensure it isnt going to leave gouges in people paint. Looks like you didnt prep my vehicle properly to ensure a proper cleaning and you can save that generic apology for someone else because it was your equipments fault why I have these deep scratches. Point blank period. Also for anyone reading this please keep scrolling through the reviews because they have plenty of 1 star reviews of their equipment damaging peoples cars and them not doing anything to reconcile the situation. Avoid at all costs.

When I go to a car wash, I dont like telling people to keep cleaning the dirty spots. I had to point out SEVERAL after my car was supposedly done with the hand wash. They also manged to scratch up the inside (my rearview mirror, gauge cluster, and radio) and outside (windows, paint, and plastic trim) of my car by using dirty rags. I should also note that my car is brand new (2020) and that this was my FIRST car wash with the car.

The Hispanics working drying and cleaning the cars are hard working. There was another man there today not helping much but getting the tips.A Hispanic lady told us when we were about to leave. wait! Your Windows were not Cleaned. An older man came over to do the job the first one did not.

I have been using this car wash for years, its a great solution whether I want a full interior detail or just need the outside rinsed off in a hurry. I always see the same friendly faces when I go there. I appreciate the great customer service!

Upon asking why my car looks dirtier than before, the lady said your car will need a bath, which I guess she meant deep cleaning. When I said, why didnt you tell me before or at least give me possibility? She said, we wash first then decide. Total wast of money and time, never returning again at this place.

Living in Cypress, TX has gotten much harder I the last several years, esp. when it comes to our cars. Recently, my car was stolen from my garage. Recovered 7 days later after superior police work (kudos to SFPD), the car smelled like a meth den and needed to be cleaned and de-sanitized.

My truck was damaged when the car wash brushes held up my truck, car wash stopped and I was asked to pull up. Do not go to this car wash!!!! Manager did nothing about it!!!!!

I took my car here after a road trip. I wasn’t expecting it to be prefect but it didn’t look much different. I also added having my tires cleaned and the lady didn’t even take 5 minutes. I would not recommended the car wash service.

I Could give them 10 stars! I have used them twice and it has been the best money spent to fully detail my vehicles. Once they took off nasty stains from my back seat from Tea and Coke. (kids) The second time my mother had paint in the back and it spilled all over the carpet. We freaked out!!!! RENE and his staff worked for hours, but they got everything off. The car looked amazing. NO PAINT residues to worry about later. And their price ...was incredibly low. FYI: I called Mr Car Wash, and others in Sugar Land...and they dont even deal with Paint issues. So this place saved us about $2500! Thank you!

This car wash ripped my fender flare off my vehicle. The manager is refusing to fix it saying that it fell off before. How she thinks she knows that it fell off before, which it didn’t, is beyond me. This flare has never fallen off before I drove through the car wash!!!!

The towel dry is a nice add for this price...leaves my car looking spot free! Tire shine is worth the extra buck.

So where do I start ,OK well the 1st time I went was great it was early in the am . The 2nd time I went I had to direct the lady on areas that were clearly not clean , and after that I still had to use my own towel to clean the front of my car . The 3rd time which was today 2-29-20 at 12:30 pm I went to get my car clean not only did I have to clean the front of my own car again , but they (did not) vacuum out my backseat correctly , they (didn’t) clean my tires , and also one of my mats was missing. I called and spoke with the manager he did agree to re-vacuum my car , but I would have to wait in line which I had no time to , because I had to take my bf to work ; however , the manager did replace my floor mats with some he hadmy suggestion is go as soon as they open through the week days , but today I (did not) get my moneys worth #cryingface #upset #notsatisfied

Just happen today.Want to clean my car,washed with the lava coat.They washed but did not engage the lava part of it.I told the lady in the office that there was no lava wax.She argued with me that she see lava pointing on soap leftover on my car.I watch the whole washing process thru the windows from inside-no lava wax flowing no lights indicating lava flow.I did not argue with the lady.No point to it.It happens at the same location before and they run my car thru again-this time with lava lights on and car got cover with wax.No big deal-I paid over $30 for $15 job .I have been considering to stop using this place for some time after 10 plus years of using same location.Today they help me to make my decision-no more Regency Car Wash on Hwy 6 for me.

My driver side side view mirror got destroyed during my car wash

I have a f350 with ranch hand bumpers and grill guard with led light bars in them. They said they could handle it no problem. Went through the wash and they broke off a LED bar I had in the back. Not to mention a sub-par carwash. Walked in asked them to find the light they broke off. They went in and got it. The woman who was the person in charge just handed it to me. No offer to fix it or make it right. When I asked for my money back she basically told me to pack sand. Yea it was $6... but i still had to replace a $50 light and re-install it... not that big of a deal but the bad attitude was what really prompted this review.

Close to home and the prices are great. Staff is professional, friendly and do a wonderful job at making my car sparkle weekly. The price for car detailing is much cheaper than other locations ive visited

First time I went they cleaned my truck still had some spots needed to be cleaned, no big deal jumped in then I wanted to adjust my passenger mirror and tried to get out and door wouldnt open. Told the the cashier she didnt do a report so I left Ill fix it myself. I went today and again the same thing happened. Dont go there they are careless and dont care much less the owner.

Only wanted exterior service only. That is when the customer service went down hill. I will take my business elsewhere. Seems as if you dont want the upsale they dont want to deal with you. I did not have the time to get full service today.

Every time I come here, it is generally decent service. But there is a serious disconnect between the employees and their customers. Apparently, if you come for an exterior car wash, you have to get out of your car and take your antenna off yourself. I did not know this and my antenna ended up breaking off inside the wash. I spoke to the manager, and she said it is too bad for me because it is posted in the sign with a bunch of words. To me that is something that you would post in big bold letters on a Sign by itself. I have never been to a car wash where I have to get out of my car and remove my own antenna on an exterior wash only. I asked them if they were going to buy me a new antenna, to which they responded with no it is my fault it broke off, I can pay for it. Unbelievable.

Paid $19 for exterior clean and $5 of that was specifically for bug removal and when my car came out there were still bugs on my windshield. If I pay $5 to remove bugs, REMOVE THE BUGS before drying and doing it with a dry towel by hand. Left completely disgusted.

I left my car to wash they told me it would be ready at 7 I went there and they are closed no one is there. I want my car back. I want my keys. They deserve zero stars.

They broke the locking mechanism on my driver side door. I didnt realize it until I got home because the doors all lock automatically when you start driving. I called them and they said they were not responsible for the damage. Basically the conversation from the girl on the phone was Screw you, prove we did it. Dont patronize this place.Also, notice how they only respond to positive (probably fake) reviews. Dont be fooled by any of the 5 star reviews they have.

$110 to detail - hand waxed over the dirt. Inside smells like it was done with dirty cloths. Will have to strip to clean again. No quality control at all. Not the same business it was a year ago. Never going back!

I brought in my brand new car and as they scrubbed using a brush prior to entering the automatic car wash I hear the banging from the guy scrubbing using the brush. I said to myself it should be ok they know what they are doing. Once the car came out, I had deep scratches on my trunk that is the same stroke of the way the guy was brushing. The car had only 1500 miles. Its brand new. I spoke to the manager and they denied that it happened by them. They may be cheaper then others but you get what you pay for--add a few deep scratches. Now filing with BBB and insurance to fix my brand new car.

AVOID THIS PLACE: I just dont understand places like Regency carwash, do they think people have 45 minutes to vacuum and wash their car? My favorite part is when they say we are very busy with 2 customers in the full service. If they want to be a drive thru carwash, then be one but dont screw over the customers paying $20 for a simple full service wash!!

Dont let them touch your car! I took my car in for a oil change, it come out with check engine light. While they were trouble shooting. I found out they took my used oil filter from the trash and reinstalled it in my car. I saw it when they threw it in the trash with thick black oil and then he took it out installed it. I called him out on it and he said he was testing it. They deserve a zero star.

They are good at what they do compared to others around . I have been a regular customer for over 2 years now. The Big Kahuna is a bit pricey but worth it.

Doesnt even deserve this one star. I left extremely upset and bothered by the manager and the staff there. I pull in and I ask the guy if they can wash the inside of my Rims and he says sure especially if your getting the #3 package I even show him exactly what Im talking about and he says no problem. Also ask him if my rims may possibly get damaged to my low profile tire he says nope it sure wont well it did. I wasnt so upset about that what could be done anyways after the small damage. What upset me was that I tell the manager if they can make sure to get the inside of the rim and says no they dont do that and told him the guy who took my car said that that was not a problem. He responds with go get him and have him do it since he promised you that we dont do that. At that point I should of gotten upset but I didnt I walked over and looked for the guy couldnt find him. Walked back and told him that I couldnt find him and he insisted on not doing it. He sees the guy and calls him over and tells him to clean the wheels because he promised me. He tells the manager I didnt tell him that and I showed him yes you did I pointed and rubbed off brake dust off of the inside of the wheel and showed him exactly where I wanted it clean. He says no I didnt tell you that we could clean that and I responded yes you did then he says no I didnt. I responded with forget I will just never return here. The manager didnt care turned his back and walked off. What a manager hes going places with those type of people skills.

Bad job on upholstery cleaning. Not sure they even did it or if they did, the way they are cleaning seats is not the proper way to clean seats. I ended up doing a better job on the seats myself with my cheap little spot cleaner from walmart. I could smell the smoke smell in the water coming off the seats. These guys are supposed to be professionals with commercial grade tools. They did do a good job with vacuuming and shine on the interior although the shine was too greasy. I wasnt impressed at all. They had my car all day so it wasnt a rushed job.

I never really write reviews, but I stumbled here after I was driving through the EZ Tag lane on the tollway and a LARGE can of pink paint busted open on the freeway and exploded all over my car. Needless to say I was very upset, however the guys here got all the paint off for me, shined my headlights and vacuumed my car. They turned a very terrible day around for me! Thank you

I waited over an hour for my truck to be cleaned, and when I went to find out where it was, they said it had been ready for 30 minutes, and that when they had told me it was ready, I just sat there. The manager said you have to look out of the window for them to wave at you, and if you dont see them wave you, its your own fault! They didnt even clean it propey, I had to get them to.do the flatbed properly, then again as they STILL had not cleaned it. There is one worker who is decent and actually understood why I was angry, the manager just told me that I didnt understand and jept shrugging her shoulders. AVOID

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND REGENCY CAR WASH TO MY WORST ENEMY. I WAS A REGULAR CUSTOMER THERE, GETTING MY CAR WASHED 3 to 4 TIMES A MONTH. EVERYTHING WAS OK UP UNTIL THIS LAST WASH WHEN I DISCOVERED MY BACK BUMPER WAS DAMAGED FROM THE WASH. WHEN I BROUGHT IT TO THE ATTENTION OF THE MANAGER ON SIGHT, SHE IN TURN REFERRED ME TO HER GENERAL MANAGER. JOSE NAFTALI WHO HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. HE WAS VERY RUDE AND CAME ACROSS AS A DISHONEST PERSON. HE MADE PROMISES THAT HE DID NOT KEEP. WHEN I ASKED FOR THE CORPORATE OFFICE INFORMATION HE RUDELY FLAT OUT REFUSED TO GIVE TO ME. IN ALL MY DEALING THROUGHTOUT MY LIFE I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. AS I SAID, AT THIS POINT, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND REGENCY CAR WASH TO MY WORST ENEMY.
