This Detail Garage location isnt even worth going to anymore. Usually out of stock on whatever you need, never have the new stuff, they arent even open when they say they are, even if they are moving. I used to love being here a couple months back, but its just in the hole now. I hope things change back to being good when they finish moving. Other than that, if you need somewhere better to go, DG Rosenburg is the spot, they have new stuff right away and is always open.

I went in with the hopes of the store being stocked, but to my surprise there was a major lack of product. There was one polisher left, which they claimed to be brand new, yet it was open on a demo table and had clearly been used for testing. There was one guy working at the time, he was knowledgeable, however he seemed to be in such a rush to get me in out of the store when I was the only one there. You can definitely get a far better deal on their products on Amazon, I would only recommend to visit if you absolutely need to get specific items on the spot.

Man, words cant explain how much I enjoy learning and getting great advice on which type of chemicals I need to properly use on my vehicles needs!! Ive been a customer since they opened last year and Denny is without a doubt the man I always deal with!! No knock on the others theyre also great but he just takes the time to show how to use the products and just giving great acknowledgement!! Hands down Ill make the 1hr drive just to visit these fellows!

I can’t say enough about how amazing my experience was at this detail garage location. They were out of polish machines but helped me out and sold me a brand new one they had left. They are VERY knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me out earlier today. I got everything I need to polish and maintain my CTS V, thanks a lot guys!

The salesmen were all able to answer all of my questions. They recomended products that I could combine to get the exact results that I wanted. Their prices are reasonable and I will definitely be back to shop with them again.

Horrible customer service, lack of knowledge on product information with current employees. I miss when Edison or Denny use to work here at this location. They would made sure the product quality was on point, and understood the value of customer service. They provided beneficial information for products being installed now, which will prevent issues in the future.

Guys are very helpful, knowledgeable about the items they sell! I wish they had more 4oz size items couple of things i wanted to try.I love that almost all there products especially the towels come in plastic so no dust, sand, abrasives get trapped on it... Worked at pep boys Ive seen towels get shipped in the same container as sanding blocks. Also like that all products have a product number on the label.The interior detailer (inner clean) is very good I wish I bought the bigger bottle... Even tho I have alot!! Left in the 4oz I know Im going to be switching over. few sprays on a micro dash and console clean not plastic shinny but has a sexy sheen too it. Description on the website say pineapple but smells like candy banana runts? Alot of the chemical guys products have a scent to them.The bottles seem to seal pretty good hopefully will hold up. Also has ratio numbers to measure.V07 wash wasnt as good as i thought. Good suds in bucket but thin in the water and on the car I might have to add more? But meguairs ultimate and wash plus seem to work better.The microfiber wash i dont know how to feel about it used 2oz in a washer machine my wash mitts are clean i could return them to a store and get a refund, the dry towels some are clean soft some are still dirty throw aways / bottom / tire scrubbers now even after the wash did not come visually clean. The fibers were garbby again, and towels felt soft and smooth. ( update ) wash works but you have to let the sit on the towels for a sec.

Representative name James was very helpful and knowledgeable...I got some type of over spray on my 2021 Tahoe that wouldnt wash off and he knew exactly what I should use to do to get it off and even did a test spot on my vehicle...Thanks man, You Rock!!!

I’ve attempted to drive all the way from the woodlands to pick up items from this location, two different times. Both times I’ve been there, they are almost completely out of product. Super nice people but come on. I’ve tried to give my business to locals but it looks like amazon will get more business when it comes to detail supplies. Maybe the owner should sell that Supra and buy more inventory!

Denny is as amazingly helpful. My wife and I came into the store with little to no knowledge of the products and he quickly helped us find the perfect gift for my brother in law. He assessed our needs and even gave us a demo of one of the products. I will 100% recommend this place to anyone and will for sure be coming back here for all my detailing needs.

I Have a ceramic coated vehicle and want products to cater to that. I purchased Vitalize spray and I have to say I am super happy with the product. Product goes on easy with a spray, wipes off nice and smoothly with a fresh folded clean microfiber towel that I also purchased at the location. I like the different color options available to choose from. The product has worked well for me as evident by the numerous compliments at car shows.

Went to buy a few supplies. The gentleman at the counter, was very helpful and with his instructions was able to get coffee stains out of my car seats.

Visited the store today and what a disappointment, no product to sell.Was going to pick up my usual gloss and wax and expand my cleaning arsenal and they are out of product, they are waiting for a delivery??? Empty shelves with no product to sell? It would have been easier to swallow if you would have put a sign up and hang on the door and say , Electrical Issues sorry for the inconvenience, instead of paying someone to stand in a empty store and telling them they are out of product!! Why pay someone to do that, just shut the doors and open it back up when you are ready for business, Jesus!?!But luckily I did find the product at Autozone but you just missed incremental sales because you have someone or paying someone to tell customers we are waiting for a delivery, not a good business model. Then you wonder why your sales are down?? Because people will naturally go online and purchase the product but where is the customer interaction to educate the consumers????? Just my $.02 about the store, Peace and good luck?!?!?

Not sure what’s up. Stopped by twice. First time the store was empty. This time they had a limited selection. I would recommend just ordering online. The guy was nice which is why I give 2 stars.

Waste of time. Drove here about a week to two ago and nearly empty. Big disappointment. Waste of time going here but guy was nice so thats why for 2 stars instead of 1.

3rd time driving from humble over here to find and empty store. How exactly do you stay open with no products available? Wont waste my time again, ill just order off amazon and have it in 2 days.
