They actually do as good of a job as I would washing my own car, which says a lot. Every once in awhile water comes out of the side mirrors. Other than that, make sure you ask for something that you do or do not want.

Dont get me wrong. Service was great and they did a pretty good job on my dodge demon. Just didnt get all the soap off when they dried it so it had some smudges. Will update if next time is better.

VERY FRIENDLY 2 OWNERS! Very patient with the vehicles I have at my dealer as well, some clean, some very bad condition, and sometimes I pickup the cars late but they do not give me a difficult time.

This is a great place to get your car hand washed. They take the time to do a good job and are not in a rush. There is a nice sitting area as well so you do not have to stand and wait. The internal cleaning service is among the best I have experienced within Houston. If you want to clean the seats and make your car look new from outside and inside, this is a good place to try out.

It was ridiculous, I went to get my truck wash like I usually do every 2 weeks and I noticed a day later I was missing my front passenger weather tech side mat, that I had just purchased 3 weeks ago as a set. I go back and ask them about it thinking they just forgot to put it back,no big deal. When I get there they told me they never saw it and that I only had one on the driver side. What really bothered me the most is that I had been coming here for years and they didnt even say Im sorry or try to help me fix the situation and now Im stuck buying another set of $180 mats. They definitely lost my business!

So disappointed in this place. Been going here for years but due to management change the place has gone down. I got the basic car wash as always, however this time they did not wipe down the seats and door panels for prints/stains. When I asked them to please wipe it down the workers said “that’s extra” and only one of them decided to clean it up and reminded me when she was done that it’s extra next time ..I chose not to believe the other reviews since I’ve been going here for years but next time I’ll be sure to go to the one on Voss. Unlike this place they value my business!

Be careful about the buy 5 wash and get $10 off offer. I am regular here, but started getting only outside washed as the chemicals they use for interior make my car’s leather feel rough after cleaning. So the owner or the main guy here refused to oblige by the offer and said that it’s only valid for full wash. I told him it’s not mentioned anywhere, he started smiling. I didn’t fight over it but it should be clear in their advertising.I would still come here but only for outside wash. That’s my personal opinion though.

It was so fast and the people there very nice, the only problem was as soon as I left a pouring rain came down and messed a bit with my beautiful clean car😂🌸

Ive gone to splash for years thinking they were the best hand car wash. I was waiting in their huge line and I was going to be late so I decided to come here instead. And man did they do a good job. I was paying $30 for what they do for $15 here. I totally recommend this place and Im so happy I dont have to wait in line any more.

Not recommended! They charged me a lot and they even didnt clean well. When I asked the person who is in charge he was very unprofessional to handle the situation.Never will go this place again!

Today was the first and the very LAST time I will ever visit this business. I paid for a hand car wash and interior cleaning for $25.00. I asked the woman as i was paying if it was ok to use my interior cleaning product as I have a custom interior. She said that would be fine. The employees washed my car but when it came time to do the interior the employees seemed confused. The owner then approached me and said it would be an extra charge for them to use the product that I WAS PROVIDING. I found this to be ridiculous since they were going to use a mystery product on my interior anyways. (I asked the owner what he used, and he said he would not tell me!!) keep driving right past this place, the job that was done on the exterior was mediocre at best, and having to deal with the extremely greedy and rude owners ruined my day!

Ive been taking four cars here for 3 years, ranging from my own BMW 325Ci to a new Volvo XC 60. They do a great job on all of them and their prices are ridiculously cheap for the level of work that they do. Never a problem. Always beautiful work. Youll see a lot of high end cars here (Lamborghinis and Ferraris and such). Theres a reason for that.

If I could give a Zero that would be it! Went today, paid an extra for Extra Cleaning service and ... they didnt vacuum the trunk, didnt clean rear window and after I pulled the mats they didnt even vacuum under the mats! Outrageous. Will never be back there again. After complaining to the lady I paid for Extra Clean she said to one of the workers to clean the trunk, and she disappeared. Shameful business.

Had been their customer for around 20 Years...the same Mr still sits behind that little window, Difference than and now is that his pockets are full now. you try and talk to him nicely and he turn around the 1st impression he will give you as if he does not understand you or English and than he opens his mouth and its all Texan.....So rude I live up in east Texas I dont get to hear ppl Rude up in these parts of the woods....but he is Arrogant Rude and unappreciative to words his customers....and of course I feel Sorry for his work crew that they have to put up with him...a few very nice and simple ppl work for him and most of them have learned they way their boss treats them and thats how they treat their customers.Sorry I told him Thats the last time he will see my business and for sure there are plenty of options in the surroundings that I can Use.Thanks Mr what ever your name was the owner of best Car Wash Good luck.

I took my car there on Sunday. One of the workers got my seat/headrest stuck in my window/windshield the pressure broke my windshield and they broke my headrest in three pieces. The owner told me he was not going to PAY for the damage. I am suing them for the damage they caused. The owner is a rude ASS. Stay away from that carwash. Bad News.

I wash my car here off and on but they are so horrible. The Hispanic worker stole my coins time after time and scratch my baby up badly. Last time I went I paid them 40 something dollar for a car wash I told them clean in side car. When I came back 2 hours later my car wasnt even done so I waited around for over an hour more they said my car is done. They did not even wipe down dashboard.... save ur money and ur car dont even bother with this place.

I hate to leave negative comments, but this case is special.This review is not about the quality of services, not about the staff, but about the attitude of the business owner and his tyranny.I washed the car at this company today. To say that I am in shock is to say nothing.To begin with, I arrived when there was no one at the car wash (today is a little rainy day). I was in a wonderful mood, but everything changed in a matter of minutes ...I got out of the car and watched the following picture, as the owner of the business with a rude cry called the late employee to him, and then, with the whole team and in front of me, as a client, began to swear at him, and then kicked him out of his place of work. The employee had no choice but to leave.Being a little shocked by what I saw, I asked to first wash the car for $ 20, but they explained to me that I needed to choose a car wash for $ 35 (extra clean), since it includes a comprehensive car wash and the main car wash - I agreed. Having paid for the sink, I began to wait for its completion.When the employees finished, I pointed out the shortcomings, and we, together with the employees, eliminated them. But the owner came up and began to say that washing the polishes is not included in the sink and that you need to pay an additional $ 5. At the same time, this was done in the form of shouts and unrestrained emotions. I answered him that earlier all this was included in the price and I received similar services. He continued shouting that this was not part of the service and indicated that next time I would wash the car myself. I answered: Who are you to tell me what to do? He answered me in the spirit that go to your country. After these words, I sent him, and he sent me back. I left. And I will never return.But what I want to say is that this person himself is not a native resident of the United States, he, like many emigrants, but at the same time allows himself to express racist thoughts, shout at the staff (we live in the 21st century - they are not your slaves !!! ). I highly do not recommend this service, and I wish the employees patience with such an oppressive owner, or better just change the place of work.
